My wife bought a Laptop around 4 months previously from Allan, for a Ukrainian refugee we have staying with us and he was very helpful with this and the refurbished laptop was good value and has worked well and reliably since. So, when I needed a new laptop myself, my first thought was to turn to Allan again – he generally has a range of laptops in stock and as well as providing a big saving over a new model, the refurbished route is much more environmentally friendly. Allan clearly has a great deal of technical know-how and capability and was very generous with his time, providing detailed guidance over the hardware and software features on the machine and explaining the details of the warranty agreement. He also spent a lot of time and effort answering some unrelated questions my wife had on the IT aspects of the finance business she recently started and he was happy to help and pass on his expertise. I can highly recommend Allan if you are looking for a laptop or a custom-built PC. I am sure you will get both good value for money and thorough technical support.

Excellent service from Allan. Originally looked to repair two PC stacks, during service updated software and changed basic components to try and resolve issues. Decided he had not concluded a repair to sufficiently say they were fixed, took no fee for his time. Additionally I took advice on buying two refurbished Laptops, agreed a deal for Laptops to a spec that suited me. First was a Dell Latitude E5540 - great machine, well priced and Allan was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and friendly - so when I decided I wanted to buy a new laptop for the spare room Allan was the first person I though of. As always, he had a great selection of quality, well priced machines for sale. I opted for a slick Lenovo T470s which I got for a great price, it's a fantastic little laptop. Would highly recommend Allan at Glasgow Laptops.
