We have used Jay for various smashed and faulty i-pads. We have also used Jay for multiple i-phone repairs for our kids. The repairs Jay carries out are so good my old boss has used him and also other family members. Could not recommend highly enough. My charger broke on Friday night at 8 o’clock. I googled local computer shops in the area and JA computer & mobile phone repairs came up and was still open. I messaged the number and I got an instant response. Within 30 minutes my cable was fixed and at a reasonable cost (late on a Friday night). Upon speaking with Ja who was most pleasant he inspected my laptop and suggested a service. Within hours my laptop was as good as new and as fast as lightening. Will definitely recommend and use again. Ja was most pleasant and knowledgeable. Great local service.

JA provided an excellent service. My samsung A9 phone screen was completely broken, glass smashed and LED broken. JA fixed it within a day and was cheaper than anyone else I called by quite a bit. Friendly guy, good service. Would defo recommend!

1st class and prompt service. Had ongoing issues with my laptop since the beginning of the year, took it elsewhere and the same issue occurred multiple times afterwards. Found Ja locally yesterday and instantly he was willing to help. My laptop was sorted very quickly and returned within hours. Not only this but we have identified that the previous company not only overcharged me but told me that I needed a new hardrive (which now identified was wrong) but to which I agreed at the time. At this time I was a month away from handing in my dissertation and was desperate for my laptop to work again, so I agreed to the new hardrive, which afterwards I was told I had lost all my saved documents. Today I handed Ja my original hardrive, and again very promptly he has been able to retrieve ALL my saved documents from my laptop before the issue began. I cannot thank him enough and highly recommend his service. Thank you again Ja, I will definitely use your services again!

JA very helpful spent time trying to retrieve contacts from my old broken samsung phone but beyond repair, he did not charge for his time. I am really pleased he gave me an I phone at a minimal price as I needed a phone urgently. I have never used I phone and he explained how easy this would be, love the phone and won't be going back to samsung. Great service.

Took my laptop along for repair, as the charging port had come loose inside the machine. this was exceptionally tricky as the screen needed to be taken off to fix it, Janaka not only fixed the port, which had broken off and put everything back together without breaking th screen. Cost was a fraction being offered by PC World and Asus. Thanks for your help. Will be back in the future for any other computer repairs.

I sought Janaka's assistance roughly 36 hours ago with two ultra-portable laptops - one 8 years old and one four years old. Both were no longer functioning. The older one was over-heating and the newer one had a tricky power-supply/battery fault. I wasn't sure repairs would be possible as they were both running very poorly. I am used to replacing laptops every two to three years as I am a fairly heavy user of them. I rang him on Sunday and Janaka immediately took up the challenge and by yesterday afternoon - Monday - both were running better than they have for years. Janaka cleaned out the older laptop, cleaned the fan and replaced the glue on the heat-sink on the CPU. The fault in the newer one was much harder to find. A crack in the motherboard near the battery connection + a worn jack point. The laptops were not only both repaired - but also beautifully cleaned and now look like new - I couldn't be happier.
