Very helpful team. They didn’t just take my money. I had been in to a certain multinational on Buchanan Street to see if they would exchange my Mac but they said no because there was a flicker in the screen - offering me the chance to have it fixed for £400. SimplyFixIt checked online and it seems that my Mac was actually covered by an extended warranty. Back to Buchanan Street armed with this new information and they were correct - free repair. I’m going to make a point of going back to give this company some business as they have been very fair to me. Well done !

Came here after visiting another store who told me that, despite paying insurance every month, they couldn’t get the screws out of my phone to fix it. These guys had it done in an hour and a half, for just £15 more than what i would’ve paid through my excess fee!!! Cancelled insurance and will definitely continue to use here instead.

The gentleman was extremely helpful went out his way to try and solve the problems with my partners broken phone. Gave me good advice on how to try and recover the photos etc stored on the phone. Even tho the phone is unrepairable he did his best to check all parts within for internal damage and to see if or what repairs could be done to make the phone re-usable again. Brilliant experience every time I've been. Very helpful staff who take the time to explain everything they're doing and why. They don't give up on older Macs or tell you "just buy a new one" (as they do at the Apple Store). I really liked all the staff I talked to, and felt like I was being listened to. My problem was complex and involved some alterations to the motherboard, and they took the time to make sure it was done right whilst keeping me updated on progress. They also give good advice, which allowed me to consider my options properly. When I went back to France they liaised with a family member to get my computer sent over, which I really appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have now also been there for a phone battery replacement which was speedy and cheap (and has a warranty!)

Great customer service. They tell you exactly what is required and explain very clearly if it is worth doing the job. They tell you the price and stick to it and if there are any problems once your computer is returned they advise you to bring it in to have it looked at and rectified if required. I wasn't sure about how long my new battery should last and they told me to take it in to them and had a look at it. There was actually nothing at all wrong with it, it was just that I was not sure how long the battery should take to recharge. Once they explained this to me they were happy to have helped. Very helpful and informative. Excellent service.

I visited SimplyFixIt with my daughters MacBook Pro that Apple had quoted £800 to repair. Within 30 seconds, it was fixed and working - turns out there was nothing wrong with it, other than requiring a controller reset. Apple didn’t spot this despite having the laptop for a day and a half and managing to diagnose £800 of repairs. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys, and will use them for all of my future repairs.

I had a wee problem with Lighting Connector in my iPhone the customer service assistant was able to fix it in 2 minutes. Excellent customer service. A few months after I came with another problem - I've spilled some tea over my laptop that needed cleaning. The problem was solved quickly, also few damaged keys were replaced with no extra charge. It's really excellent business.

Lovely place to get your tech sorted out. I would recommend giving them a call prior to going in just to ensure that they're not too busy and able to assist within a timely manner. If you're not in a rash then just walk in, parking available on the street & streets nearby but you will have to pay for it.

There was a crack on my retina display screen on my 13'' Macbook Pro. I was given the complete account on the repair work and why the entire screen panel had to be fitted. Not only was it cheaper than going to a Mac Store (cheaper by £200) but it was fixed within 5 days (weekend inclusive). The laptop was stripped apart and cleaned and works and looks great. They replaced my iPhone 6 screen & battery for less than the Apple store does and they replaced my back camera and camera lens, which the Apple store does not even provide as a possible service. Everything was done within one business day and when I noticed that my camera would not focus a few days later, they were able to correct the issue within 2 hours. I anticipate that SimplyFixIt has given my iPhone around 3 more years of life. Definitely worth the £160 some odd spent there.

Thank you so much to the guys at SimplyFixIt! Took my faulty laptop in and was super nervous about leaving it due to a negative experience with another shop. However the gent behind the desk reassured me and took me through options, trying a few different things on the spot before taking it in for repair. The laptop was fixed within the time I was quoted (4-7 days) which included ordering a part and installing it. I was really impressed that this was covered in the rate charged for laptop repair, most places I know would have definetly charged extra. The guys were always helpful and happy to chat through how the repair was going any time I called and the repair came with a 90 day warrenty. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Phone wouldn't charge, so went into the Apple store, got told it would cost £300 to get a replacement phone - as the charge slot was beyond repair. Popped in here by chance and my phone was fixed on the spot in under 5 minutes. They also refused to take cash for such a "small job". My iphone suddenly stopped working after it had it's battery replaced (elsewhere I should say, not at SimplyFixIt). It wouldn't charge at all. I popped in to the shop, they took a look at it, fixed it (simple hard reset) and handed it back. At no charge. They could have easily said it was a rubbish battery and fitted a new one. So excellent customer service and no charge. I'd happily go back.

I would leave a detailed feedback, so they can improve their customer service. I went to this store after reading some reviews online and they appears to be legitimate. Once I arrived at the store, I was told it would cost £89.99 for the I phone 7 screen replacement and another 10 pounds, if I want to put screen guard on. It was made clear to me that, it will not be a original Apple screen, but they vouch for the quality of their procured screens. Apple, does not provide it spare parts to third party as I was told. I decided to pay the money and was told to come back in 2 hour, which I did, and picked up my phone. This is when I started to notice small issues with phone. 1.) My phone is now consuming more battery power with this new screen then it used to before. This concerns me the quality of screen Or it’s compatibility with Apple interface. 2. )It is also getting hotter without significant third party app usage. This was not happening before. 3) The brightness level is not the same as original screen and I can see the difference straight away. 4) This is where I am more annoyed now as they should have checked my phone prior to me paying the money and said, we would not be able to give you proper Apple like repair. I would have changed my mind straight away. I thought, they have Apple certified engineers, so the overall job would be good. The technician, could have checked this earlier and provided an honest answer, that there is slight dent on side of your phone, so I would not be able to guarantee 100% cealing on all sides. Now, I can see the actual light on left hand side of my phone, which further I may have changed my mind there and then. This was hindsight on my part. You need to honest with your customers upfront, so they can make up their mind. Anyways, carry our initial check up of phone before repair and informed customer straight away. Overall, I would have given them one start before but I believe their overall customer service is worth atleast 3, not 5 for sure. I am sure each customer may have different experience but mine was just ok. We should support independent Retailers with down side risk of quality some times. Ideally, going to Apple store directly is better option as you may end up paying more, but the quality is guaranteed by the brand itself.

Great, honest service. Took my mobile here to see if the guys could fix it – could scarcely get it to charge for weeks so was expecting a hefty bill to fix, or looking at a new phone. My son broke screen on his iphone, we went to simply fix it on bath street. Very kind chap served us I think his name was KJ. He advised us that phone casing is badly damaged and it would not be wise to fit new screen on it and new screen will eventually pop off or crack again due to constant pressure on glass. He clearly explained all pros and cons. I am so impressed with his / company honesty. They could have easily just fitted new screen and take my money since I know nothing about technology and techy stuff but they gave me honest advice. Fast and cheaper than apple ;)!!! We went to simplyFixIt to get a macbook pro 2012 battery replaced, the macbook was saying "replace soon". Simplyfixit replaced our battery in an hour which was cool :). Oups! After a few days we could feel that something was off, the battery was depleting rapidly and was now saying "service battery"..! As soon as they got the new batteries in, we went and they fixed the computer in a fews hours. They offer warranty and changed the battery again for free which was super. The guys were all very nice and they showed us where you can see how many cycles your battery went through and explained that "yeah sometimes batteries cells dies faster than supposed out of the blue and that's why they offer warranty." They did a great job :)

Simplyfixit! Simply the best! I cannot fault these guys for their patience, support, expertise and unfailing customer service. They were clear from the outset on the cost implications of identifying the technical problem I was I experiencing on my ageing (like me!) MacBook Air and talked me through my options. On a subsequent visit to sort out a TalkTalk email server problem (NOT of their making!) one of the guys offered to speak direct to TalkTalk support on my behalf in an unsuccessful attempt to get them to resolve the problem. He was on the phone for almost an hour and refused to charge me for his time and efforts. 5**** aren't enough. Happy to unreservedly recommend.

2 weeks into owning a brand new £2400 15 inch MacBook Pro with touch bar, my daughter decorated it with smoothie( AppleCare insurance doesn’t cover liquid damage). Apple quoted to fix it £1780. Heart in my mouth we took it to Simplyfixit Glasgow. £99. They cleaned it under a microscope and it works, like a brand new MacBook that it is, touchbar works! We obviously lost the MacBook Aple warranty but £1700 still in the bank we can live with that and have the work guaranteed by Simplyfixit. I can’t recommend these guys enough.
