D.Honestly never heard of LinITX and I've brought IT stuff for years. Was in the market for some Unifi bits and stumbled across the site really. Reviews looked good so put in an order, well 3 now this week.
Dispatch and delivery exactly as organised each time , even the pre 10am Saturday delivery ordered late Thursday night.
Messed up and missed 2 external network cables on my last order. Popped in a second order as collect from shop (huge warnings it's not available) and asked if they could pop them in with my other order. No draconian auto cancellation or block on the website - then in the morning obviously picked up by a human and accepted and processed perfectly. Nothing is too much for them. Will definately be buying again from the in future.
One note if you order out of office hours it will not be processed until the morning - this is normal so don't worry!
M. S.Simply brilliant service. These guys carry a really useful range of networking gear and "problem solvers". More importantly, they also know how to use them and offer solid, friendly advice when needed- including the rare "there's a cheaper option which will do the job for you just as well".
They're also fast- orders are packed and shipped the same day and the last order time is surprisingly late.
Yes, you may sometimes find the odd item marginally cheaper via Amazon marketplace sellers- but you will never find anyone who stands behind their products quite this well. Lack of stress is always worth it.
With such a good range and such unstintingly great service, I can't recommend them highly enough.
C. G.I needed a Unifi US-8-60W PoE switch and after searching the ‘net found LinITX to be the cheapest by a good margin. I’d never heard of the company before, but a bit of research showed only good things being said, so I went ahead and placed the order around 13:00. My order qualified for “free” delivery, so I thought a few days, or (like Amazon can be), next week sometime. But no, the switch was delivered by FedEx around 9 the FOLLOWING DAY, well packed and in perfect condition. This company is to be commended on their excellent customer service. I will certainly be using them again – if the price remains right.
S. S.I needed to solve poor rural broadband for my business so found a "green FTTC" box on someones drive miles away with an almost line of sight. A bit of negotiation had an agreement to get a new line put in to their shed; this gave me 80/20Mbps to a shed miles away from office. All I needed was a link down the road.
The internet brought me to LinITX and I ordered a kit with a pair of AirMax AC PowerBeams (large dish, mounts and radome). Nicely packed, fast delivery brought these items to my door. A quick installation and tuning brought the link to life and rock solid at 200Mbps (enough for me). A firmware upgrade improved the already excellent interface.
Ordered 01 April 2019 - hardly a bit dropped to today ( May 2020 ) - power cuts excepted.

Only problem has been that they have sold out of certain lines, I have been assured that this will no longer be a problem in future as they are holding more stock.

S. A.I have purchased two of their LinITX pfSense firewalls, one 3 years ago, the 2nd very recently. The 2nd one is a replacement for the first because it has more capabilities built in such as hardware encryption.
The prices were reasonable for what you get. They come shipped with very clear instructions and they arrive very quickly. My recent purchase arrived next day.
This company is my 'go to' for firewall purchases. If you want to run pfSense or OPNsense then you won't go wrong. If/when I start buying Ubiquiti kit then there's a good change I'd buy from LinxITX.
