T. M.Used the company through Sky Protect and ended up having my claim rejected by Legal and General. Company hasn't been in touch to arrange delivery of the goods that were sent there. Lessons learnt on this one is don't buy a policy that is u underwritten by another company using 3rd party companies to carry out repairs gets really complicated
A. B.5 star service on our LG oled tv...called out with a 1 hour time slot and called as arranged, was delivered back with in 10 days, fully working. Definitely recommend this company.
S. D.I have had a Sony TV and a Sony Hi Fi mended here, and on both occasions was highly satisfied, both are still working well. Not used delivery service I dropped off and picked up myself. The staff are always polite, explain the repair before commencing and told me the cost, can't ask for more.
On our local FB site I have recommended this company to quite a number of people who advertise for somewhere to take a broken TV or other electrical item
M. A.My OLED tv developed a fault and this was the nominated company for repair through Domestic and General. They promptly phoned me to confirm collection and the person I spoke to on the phone was really friendly, polite and answered all my questions.
I was a little apprehensive as I had read some reviews on Google which were quite negative, however this has not been my experience at all. They phoned me on the day of collection and arrived at the time they said they would.
The gentlemen who collected the TV were really friendly, professional and and answered all my questions, they advised me of the process and set my expectations well. They are a credit to the company.
The TV was unfortunately not cost effective to repair as it has been discontinued (LG E8 OLED) and so D&G have given me some choices of a replacement.
The reviews on Google aren't fair in my opinion and I have had a really positive experience with the company, they were professional, efficient and helpful. Thank you.
K. I.I don’t understand all the reviews for this company. I came here through D&G to have a Samsung TV screen repaired. They took 4 weeks to complete the repair, which wasn’t ideal, but is acceptable considering the fact they carry out every job for an insurance company, so they’re bound to be busy. But my TV has come back in absolute pristine condition, the engineer even switched it on and took a photo as proof it worked. They even put tape on the frame so it didn’t get damaged! I swear the quality is better now than it was before! In terms of customer service, I called 3 times and the two women who I spoke to were lovely, helped me straight away, and then also continued to call me and give me updates on what was happening, the engineer was very friendly as well. Great service, and seems like a great team, happy customer and couldn’t be any more thankful.
