Highly recommended. After reading excellent reviews on their website an order was placed and delivered the following day. A problem with the item ordered was quickly addressed via a series of emails, but not resolved. The computer was returned without hassle following their returns procedure, A different computer was ordered and delivered the following day despite it being almost Christmas. Very pleased with the alternative item, the help received and the prompt service in executing the orders. Highly recommend this Company and would order again.

I bought 2 Apple Macbook Pros for my 2 granddaughters, one is 18 the other 16 and going to University and college in September. I ordered them on Tuesday evening at 9.30pm and they arrived at 10.30am on Thursday morning. When I opened the boxes I couldn't believe it. Being refurbished I did wonder if there would be a couple of marks on them but these looked as if they brand new and not a mark on them. They were absolutely amazing and had an amazing price tag to go with them. From ordering to delivery and I must say they were very well packaged, I cannot fault this company. Needless to say our girls were extremely pleased with their gifts. I would definitely recommend this company if anyone is considering buying a new laptop.

Great customer service. Bought a Mac as a surprise for the Mrs who unfortunately preferred to have a Windows machine instead. So sadly had to return this. Communication was spot on with Romman and Jordan the agents I dealt with. Courtesy, politeness; right from when I purchased this to returning. The machine itself , although refurbished looked new, far from what I expected of a refurbished machine, so sad to let it go. I would rate them 5/5 . You don’t often get this CS with other providers. OurDeals.co.uk after making a mess of my initial order excelled themselves with my replacement order supplying a MacBook Air complete with Big Sur and delivering it on Sunday at 10:00 am. It was needed over the weekend to enable the database to be completed by Monday, and their efforts ensured that happened. It is a pity that on the first occasion the computer supplied was the wrong OS and had a problem with a key, but they stepped up to the mark with their efforts to replace it with what was required in a timely fashion. I was looking for a MacBook Pro with all the ports I needed (Ethernet, Thunderbolt 1/2, USB 3.0, SD and optical disc drive) and was recommended the mid-2012 model by many people online as this was the last model to have all of these ports built-in. I stumbled upon OurDeal.co.uk and I was pleasantly surprised by their refurbished stock and the upgrades and improvements they had made to these older machines. I found a great deal on a mid-2012 MacBook Pro with 8GB RAM and they'd even swapped the base model HDD with a 128GB SSD drive which does wonders for performance. The great thing about these older models are that you can easily upgrade them, but OurDeal did all the work for me! Their live chat feature was very helpful and someone was at hand to answer my questions right away without any extra hassle or waiting. Tracking was super easy and I was notified every step of the journey so I knew exactly when to expect the delivery. The laptop arrived within a few days and was packed well and I was astounded at the condition of the 8+ year old laptop. There really wasn't a mark on it whatsoever, it was almost pristine!
