Accompanied my dad to his appointment and asked Lorraine for some advice regarding my own blocked ear. She very kindly offered to look at it with the camera and was able to fit me in, at the end of dad's treatment, to sort it out for me. She explained everything clearly and took into account my positional vertigo, treating me sympathetically and with reassurance. Would highly recommend Allhear, thorough and professional service. Went to my usual audiologist for wax removal 3 weeks ago, problems still persisted. Having lost all confidence in them, a friend recommended Allhear, what a revelation. The whole procedure explained in detail, along with images of the inside of my ears which showed me how much wax had previously been left in. The treatment was painless and carried out in a very professional manner. Images taken again at the end showing a massive difference inside the ear. That evening I watched the television without the use of my hearing aids!! The whole experience was an excellent, professional service which I’ll definitely use again if the need arises - Thank You

Lorraine was extremely helpful in my quest. I was very interested in having a ear health check, i wasn’t in any pain or experiencing any deafness etc., I just thought 💭 that we often look after our eyes, our teeth, maybe go to the Chiropractor or chiropodist, or treat our bodies to a massage etc etc…..there’s many choices. So I thought 💭 why don’t I have an ear health check? So I phoned Lorraine, had a consultation, I used some recommended olive oil spray in my ears and we scheduled an appointment etc etc. Lorraine warmly greeted me on arrival and invited me in, very professional lady. I was absolutely blown away by the detail from the camera which Lorraine used, the pictures came up on the screen in full colour and very enlarged so we could see all the fine relevant details. My left ear 👂 was completely clear! Hurrah 😃. However my right ear was pretty much full! Which on reflection was quite amazing, given that I wasn’t experiencing any difficulties, no pain, no hearing issues etc…..so while I was surprised to see how full my right ear was, I was also relieved to be in safe hands too! Lorraine used the ‘Micro-suction machine, assuring me along the way, also encouraging me to be able to say if there was any discomfort, she would gladly stop or pause for me etc. Well even though my ear wax looked soft, there was definitely a ‘plug’ there! I hadn’t been to have my ears checked for 5years, also, I hadn’t been using the recommended (or any!)olive oil spray either! Lorraine worked with a confident and competent hand, patiently persevered and hey presto! Out came the stubborn ‘plug!’ I can absolutely recommend Lorraine at “All Hear”, based on Moor Lane, in North Hykeham, Lincoln. Please please please don’t neglect your ears 👂, treat them as kindly as you would your eyes, teeth, body, bones etc etc, as it’s all to easy to just not bother, then end up being regretful. I’m feeling extremely grateful that we have Lorraine’s expertise in Lincoln! Thank you 🙏🏼

This was a transforming event. I was aware my hearing was getting worse and my GP had confirmed I needed my ears cleaning out. But how to get it done these days? NHS says just use olive oil (hadn't worked) and Boots have stopped doing it. Luckily I discovered Allhear only a few miles from my home. Lorraine was extremely professional. Covid 19 precautions excellent and treatment thorough, gentle and comprehensive. My hearing improved immediately and now, a couple of weeks later, I am still delighted every day.
