Curry’s fitted our new dishwasher this morning. The team phoned to say when they would arrive, fitted and tested the machine. Excellent performance from the guys…..no mess and they took away the old machine….

Large store part of retail park. Parking is free but time limited with ANPR camera so watch the time. Store itself is split over too levels with lots of demo equipment onsite so you can see touch and use before you buy. Can some times he a wait to speak to assistant or be served.

I visited Lincoln Currys to look into buying a laptop. They have a wide range of laptops at varied prices. I was served by Hiten who was very helpful. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the laptops and was able to answer all my questions. A good experience!!

Bought a TV as ours gave up. Got home and set it up, only to find it didn't work and the screen was cracked. Phoned the number on the extended warranty, and told to take it back to the store. Got back to the store, and was made to feel like they didn't believe us as they wouldn't exchange it until they plugged it in to test it. I explained that we had two 40 mile round trips, and asked what they could offer us as compensation for the fuel cost. The guy who served us said your joking, it's the manufacturer to blame not us. We've gotta send it back to get our money back now we're a TV down! Typically, once they've got your money there's very poor customer service.

Staff in shop are very helpful. Duty manager Laura was very helpful awaiting a phone call this afternoon from her. But delivery team side very poor service. They delivered a washing machine to a 77 year old lady which should of been with installation and old one took away same day. But delivery guys didn't have tools to fit washing machine so they dump it in her hall way. She then had to wait another day for another team to fit take old one away which should of been done on same day. Very poor service on delivery team side.

Had great assistance from Harvey for samsung whilst trying to find a suitable fridge freezer replacement... But also very impressed with the staff upstairs in store when helping out some of my overseas colleagues with small fridges and coffee machines. They are all so very helpful upstairs and welcoming and friendly. Me and my partner visited the store to buy a fridge, washing machine and to have a look at hoovers. We chose what we wanted and approached Paul asking to help us. Unfortunately the fridge wasn't able to be delivered until the end of September so we couldn't get a fridge and there was no pressure selling to chose another one. We moved onto washing machines and got the one we wanted which was lovely. Before we left I asked a question about Shark V Dyson Hoovers and Paul was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and we left with the Dyson small ball allergy hoover which was £150 less then the shark I was looking at getting. It turned out Paul also helped us last year picking a speaker and his advice on what was best was not wrong! We got several complaints from our neighbours it was that good and only cost £79 AND got 6 months of Spotify for free! Anytime I go into this store I will seek out Paul as he is honest, does what is best by the customer and is a very friendly guy. My only criticism of the whole experience is that the manager came over to tell Paul to hurry up as there were other people waiting (which the manager didn't seem in a rush to help the staff on the shop floor) which I thought was rude considering we had just spent around £600. If you ever visit this store find Paul he will sort you out he has knowledge on a lot of different products, he is currently based upstairs!

Plenty of parking although it can take some time to get out of the retail park due to traffic. Prices are reasonable and stock levels fluctuate depending on time of year and demand. Only let down in my opinion is the staff. Crawling all over you when you're browsing and virtually non existent when you want advice or actually want to make a purchase.

Very good shop with extensive stock for all price ranges. Samsung Representative was very helpful talking us through all the different fridges & helping us find one we liked. Delivery was smooth and efficient despite having a small, old house and was very cheap (and they took the old fridge away!) Only problem in here is that due to all the tech it is boiling! Which is fab in the winter but in summer when its 25° outside it was quite something. Would recommend:)

Only popped in to browse, but left having purchased a Chromebook, which was a doddle to set up. I was very impressed with the staff member who helped me as they took the time to find out what my online needs were, rather than flogging me the priciest item. I haven't previously associated this store with good customer service, but I can't remember when I was last so impressed. If more stores had sales staff like this, perhaps the high street would not be struggling as much.

Plenty of free parking and in a good location shelves in a few places where bear. Staff could be friendlier and more observant but on all an ok visit. Update: 12/2021 staff although friendly have an attitude of “ Not my problem” and don’t want or care about actually solving a problem this has happened a number of times now and is a bad attitude to have. Management need to train there staff to solve problem or get better staff.

Amazing Customer Service! My boyfriend had to cancel a phone contract that he’d just taken out through iD mobile. Lachlan was so helpful, he went above and beyond his normal work to help us out. Originally we would have had to go through iD mobile online to sort the contract out but Lachlan went out of his way to help us and managed to cancel the contract and we received the upfront cost of the phone back straight away. 10/10 Service. A true credit to the company.

Went in found exactly what we wanted and was helped by a lovely assistant who sorted everything we required ,we collected our purchase (a tumble dryer) which was bought to my vehicle. On getting the said dryer home we unpacked it read the instructions plugged it in and Smoke!! disappointed ,now having to ring a service agent ,so will see where that gets us .until then I'll reserve any further comment.

Ordered a fridge freezer, turned up damaged. After many calls and automated machines, they agreed to send a new fridge door and freezer door, along with someone to fix them on. Only fridge door turn up, again more calls and they said the freezer door isn't in until September (3 months later)! In the end I told them to just take it and I will get money back. I ordered same size fridge freezer from Argos for £40 cheaper

Went to buy a floor cleaner. They did not have any of the cheaper models in stock so bought a more expensive one. Paid for this but alarm went off as I exited. I went back to the counter and informed a member of staff. She scanned it and said it would be okay. It wasn't and alarm went off. I went back again. The assistant tried again but said if it did go off just walk out. I do not think this is good practice and I don't appreciate people looking at you as if you are shop lifting. Pretty shoddy service.

Went to Lincoln currys today to buy a fridge freezer. The young sales person was very helpful and we found the one we wanted to purchase. We were then took to the sales man , who informed us that this Fridge was not available and could not give us a date when it was. We found him very unhelpful and we left the store. We decided to go to Newark even though the sales person said there wasn't any available. We went to the Newark store , where we found the same model and a lovely sales man "Robin" was very helpful. Said there was none in stock but there would be in the next few weeks. So having a date we purchase the fridge freezer. We were also told if he couldn't have got us one he would have let the one of the shop floor . The lincoln sales man just said NO ! . We now have a delivery date this week.

Good parking and a very big store with a huge selection of goods. Sales staff were knowledgeable but needed some prodding to get their attention. I ordered a £500 built in oven with installation and disposable of the old one. However, their ability to schedule an early delivery was poor. Fortunately they had a half price installation promotion on, otherwise that would have cost £90.00 which I consider excessive as it only requires lifting in and the cable changing over.

Been buying here for years, used to always pop into both stores when visiting but now they're in the same unit it's perfect. The modern feel and layout to the store is exceptional and the range of products and offers is as good as any. Knocking off two stars though as on a few occasions I have been in I have seen the manager talking to staff and customers and his attitude is just truly disgusting. Basically intimidating an elderly couple into buy a speaker they clearly didn't want is not my idea of good customer services and if you're going to speak down to your staff at least do it off the shop floor.

I have bought two items from Currys. 1. Apple iPad mini, 2. Panasonic HC-V180 Camcorder. On both occasions I had to point out that there were special offers on both items. 1. Was offered with a free protective case, which the sales person denied, although it was clearly displayed alongside the Apple iPads on the stand. I did get the begrudgingly with the iPad. 2. The Panasonic Camcorder was originally priced at £179.00, but a display card attached to the camcorder showed a price reduction of £30.00 to £140.00. The sales person went away to get a key to get a new camcorder from the cupboard. We then walked over to the sales terminal, and they keyed in the item reference number, along with other items I wished to purchase. I paid with my Debit Card, and went away quite happy. When I got home I naturally inspected my purchases, after which I checked the receipt only to find that I had been charged the original price of £179 instead of the reduced price of £140. I contacted the store and was told to return to the store for a refund of the extra I had paid. Now I believe that these type of mistakes should incur some compensation to the customer on top of the refund money. There is obviously some problem with matching the offers to what comes up on the Sales terminal. How many people have lost out because of this lack of professionalism by Currys accounts section. I received my £30 refund, after having to travel back to the store and queue to get into with no compensation for my journey or time spent making it. Very dissatisfied with this response, all too prevalent these days, of hi-tech accountancy, which always seem to err on the retailers side, strange, don’t you think. Customer LOSES but Currys GAIN!

I only wanted a Sim free phone, staff were not so interested in me. Now we know these shops are closing, it's was good shop just to browse and feel the phones, but won't be able to that soon. They did the hard sell for home broadband and contract deals, which puts me off.

Rob told us our options of replace, refund or choose a different fridge freezer. We opted to choose the latter option. He sorted everything out.

Purchased a Tefal Actifry, so many to choose from at varying prices, once we had decided what we wanted we headed to pay for the item, it went downhill from there, the young lady made no eye contact, said very little throughout the whole checkout process except the put your card in, take your card out etc, needs a bit more training in customer relations. That said it is a good store for all your electrical things and decent prices.

I think it's classed as a megastore, and there are so many products to choose from, spread across 2 floors. It's got a lift for wheelchair users or people with mobility issues. There aren't many staff on the floor though so it's hard to get a hold of someone for advice. When I have seen staff that aren't on the till, they're usually stood in the middle of the main aisle, talking to each other. I don't think I've ever been approached in a Currys by someone asking if I needed help.

I went in to purchase a scanner but after seeing the price of a scanner on its own I decided to purchase a printer/scanner instead. I found it hard to locate as signage could be improved and I walked around - searcging. The lowest price I saw for a standard scanner was £59.99 and the printer scanner I purhased was only £34.99. I picked up my product and went to the check out. Where two colleagues were talking together and there was roughly 1 minute of an awkward wait while they finished. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.

Great experience, one of the advantages of going to a retail park store we didn't have to wait long to be served. They had lots of time to help you out and had the phone in stock unlike some other stores. Technical knowledge was excellent too and a lovely clean store to browse around with lots of Demo units to play with. Great deals much cheaper than my network so a big thumbs up from me!

Small currys pc world that all they seem to do is direct you to the Lincoln store or the internet. I had been given £200 of gift cards in 20 by £10 amounts and they didn’t have the 6TB drive I wanted in stock.
