I contacted AnyKeyIT for help on diagnosing problems with my new desktop build after I couldn't boot with a new CPU and motherboard. They were able to arrange an appointment for me on the same day and provide a solution within 2 working days (thermal paste between connection of CPU pins). Had a major motherboard failure with my laptop which took a long time to diagnose, but Joe provided regular updates and excellent customer service throughout the whole process. The final cost was much less than I was expecting to pay for a full motherboard replacement too. Would highly recommend!

I went to this company based on Google reviews and I'm really glad I did. Really genuine guys who care about customer service. I thought my 11 year old laptop was scrap but they had it up and running within a couple of days and even called me before doing the work to confirm what it would entail and how much it would cost. Just the best service you could ask for. Unlike so many other places, they are keen to help you with any problem in the most cost effective way possible, and go out of their way to avoid you wasting money on unnecesary repairs. Brought in a 6TB drive that shad stopped working. The guys here were incredibly helpful, honest and up front about any and all possible scenarios (and costs involved). Didn't end up getting it sorted through them, due to it being quite a complex issue that needed sorting elsewhere, and it wasn't that desperate for me to get it sorted. But I would 100% come back with any other computer related issues I have. Very trustworthy, friendly and helpful, wish more companies were like this.

I contacted them to upgrade my French HP Pv6 from 2011. The keyboard wasn't functioning after some spill accidents and the laptop was overall old and slow.From the first phone call to the last meet they have been wonderfully helpful. I only had contact with Joe. He was really listening, understanding and explaining everything I need to know. I had a £200 budget. He suggested me another laptop but I really wanted to keep this one. It took about 2 weeks (delays in deliveries because of the lockdown) but he did it. He managed to upgrade my laptop with a new AZERTY keyboard, did a bit of internal cleaning and upgraded the storage to SSD. He texted me a detailed quotation each time he had to make a change and asked if I agreed, giving me alternatives and choices. It used up all my budget but I am thrill! My laptop is running as good as new! I am warmly recommending them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best service I've ever had getting my computer fixed. So many dodgy places around, and it was a relief to feel like my laptop was in safe hands. Friendly, and a lot of effort was put in to explaining what would need doing and why. I felt reassured that I wasn't going to be ripped off, and that there was genuine care about their work and service. Also very cheap compared to other places, especially for a Mac. This is the first time I've posted an online review for anything in 15 years of using the net, as I felt impressed enough!

I visited EMBX a couple of weeks ago with a faulty laptop where I met Matt who went through the services they provide and the diagnostics and tests they will perform to figure out the problem with my system. I agree with the other reviews here where people mention they're not the money-grabbing, corporate IT company only looking out for #1. I felt they offered a very personal service and after speaking to some of my colleagues in IT they commented on their quotes being highly reasonable. They kindly provided an engineer's report for my claim with Curry's which was detailed and professional. I would definitely recommend EMBX to friends and family who experience problems with their PC or laptop.

Great team at AnyKey. I brought my 2014 Macbook Air in to get fixed because it kept freezing and shutting down unexpectedly. They gave me a free diagnostic, and told me it was a hardware issue. Suggested I go to the Apple Store (hardware is covered by law under warranty for 6 years in England & Wales) and didn't charge me anything. Felt the whole time like they had my best interest in mind. Definitely coming back if I ever have tech needs in the future!

Upon entering said premises, I was immediately welcomed with a corrected coffe, which warmed my bones form the cold hackney wind outside. Having spilt liquid all over the keyboard of my Macbook I called several apple repair establishments and they were giving me figures of around £250 (plus VAT) without investigating the extent of the damage. On the other hand, when I went to AnyKetIT they thoroughly inspected my computer and gave me an honest summary about what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to repair (which was under a third of the price of other businesses). The repair was perfect and they went out of their way to make sure it was finished in time for christmas. Computer kept overheating and shutting down due to the heat, it was really annoying and also the Wi-Fi stopped working. Took it to pc- world first as I knew it but they didn't look at it at all and said they were gonna charge me around 120 (including new fan and network adapter), take it for 2 weeks and wipe the memory... Was not really an option so took it to AnyKeyIT! It was fantastic, Sef looked at it, fixed the wifi on the spot as it was just a glitch instead of anything wrong. Any way he fixed my computer works perfect now probably quieter than before, and for much much cheaper than pc-world! Would highly recommend.
