We've been told to make an appt and did so. Expected to see the place empty but the store was buzzing and so crowded unlike other mobile network stores.
Despite booking an appt we have been waiting more than half an hr for an agent to come up and help us with our purchase.
Don't know what the guy did that Barclays rejected our finance. Such a let down journey and an uprofessional agent.
Was heading home empty handed and while in the traffic I managed to buy iphone12 Pro Max 256GB with finance through Apple's website using same details.

Today I visited the Apple Store, I was very distressed because my iPhone had stopped working. I was helped by Owen in the Tech team and I was truly thankful for his patience, his expertise and his kindness. He was courteous, so knowledgeable and fixed my iPhone so quickly. I am truly grateful to Owen, extremely professional. A sincere thank you for all you have done.

Purchasing here is such a bliss, especially if you go in there knowing exactly what you want.
The only issue is their knowledge on consumer law and legislation regarding sales and VAT invoicing for repairs and other service-only payments. They need to ensure their employees know what they are saying is true as opposed to making up laws on the spot.
I suppose if no enforcement is in place by the government to disincentivise this unlawful behaviour, you can’t really expect a human to be 100% ethical.
TLDR; Definitely buy from here but don’t come back with any issues or repairs, just do them online.

Good Afternoon, today (12/02/2022) at around 13:00 I visited Apple Brent Cross & as usual superb customer service & customer experience from Apple. I was looked after by Fuzzy, I just went to order a couple accessories for my iPhone 11 & 2021 M1 iPad Pro's. His drive on delivering excellent customer service was reassuring he cared about my needs, he built up simple conversation & a laugh about Apple products, sharing a liking on Product Red iPhone's. I look forward to booking, Macbook Pro sessions with himself. I always enjoy visiting Apple, it's always a journey to look forward to & that's how it's always been, not just as someone who purchases products, but also being taken care of after-sales. Once myself and a family member had a technical issue regarding an iPhone XS Max, although no Apple Care was registered & the coverage had expired, we were taken care of by an Apple expert from the United States, for 5+ hours!!!. That's what Apple stands for, their name just screams out WOW. Hence why they are the world's most valuable company worth over, $3 Trillion USD. Take care guys see you very soon. :)

Went to visit the store yesterday to trade-in an old phone and pick up an iPad. The staff were excellent. Didn’t have an appointment, and they were super swift with their service, and very helpful. Thanks to the two great colleagues that helped me.

I travelled all the way from Stratford to get an iPhone in starlight colour. Upon arrival I met an extremely rude and lazy lady wearing scarf. She was adamant to not help me and told me they did not have it in stock even though it showed it was in stock.
I then approach another really friendly staff who happily found me the phone I was looking for and even appolgised on bhelaf of her colleagues.
I sincerely belief the lady in scarf should fix her attitude and be more helpful towards customers or at least not lie about stock levels.

Clean shop and the staff are pleasant but the layout is a catastrophe. I came to buy a charger for my macbook air today and once I'd found one I noticed there's no till. I'm sure it's just a weird apple 'think differently' type thing so I just asked and was directed to a table that looks like all the others, to pay.
I mean, they're Apple, so I assume they're familiar with the "ol'cue-up-for-a-checkout" system and went for this alternative for a reason. But there was about 4 of us just loitering around a table waiting... We were all frustrated, even though we were probably waiting for an amount of time which wouldn't make us bat an eyelid, had we been standing in a cue.

Online info regarding booking appointment could have included Genius Bar appointment , I had to come all the way for book an appointment and then come back some other day to meet them to just get my details to order an replacement . I felt that could have been done the first day I came in, and then I came back again to collect my replacement again some other day.

Store is big, bright, clean and well organised inside. I booked an appointment as I had bought a new mac and it was telling me I couldn't set up a new ID as too many had been made on the laptop🤔🤔yet it was new?? Found this weird especially for a MAC and paying £1200, if this a glitch then not good and of course if it has been used multiple times also not good. Query was sorted out, got a refund but no item in store as I customised it so had to go back to the drawing board and reorder a new one. Very inconvenient as I now have to wait another 2 weeks🙄
All in all, the experience instore was good except having to wait for someone available even though I had booked a slot online, hence why I didn't give 5 stars.

A bit frustrated...after booking pickup of an iPad, and going to pick it up for my wife who couldn't make it, my wife phoned first to confirm I could pick up and then upon arrival I was not allowed to pick it up without ID, even though my wife had confirmed that it would be fine even though I didn't have ID on me at the time. Back in january i had to fix my MacBook pro screen. Kyle was assisting me all day as i had to backup my laptop before fixing the screen. He was absolutely great. He was kind, approachable, friendly and caring. He made me feel at ease and it was a great experience in such a frantic time.
Honestly a rare gem!
I recently went back to fix my iPhone screen and a man named Rich helped me. Again great customer service.

I had a major melt down at 2am when my iMac stopped responding and would t start up for me. I booked in at 2.30am with Apple to visit the Genius Bar at the Apple store in Brent Cross today at 1.40pm and what an experience! I was served by Kyle. What a gent. A total joy to be served by. Patient, tentative, and listened to everything with empathy and compassion. But honestly… and on a genuine level! Back to the problem at hand.
For some reason my iMac decided it had had enough of a rest and would power up now. However Kyle was not happy until he had run two comprehensive tests on my iMac to ensure there would be no further problems! What service.
As long as I’m alive I’m a loyal Apple customer and vow never to leave for lesser quality and lesser serviced brands!
My greatest respects to the Apple team… they lead customer service by example!! (Even reduced me to tears today when everything was confirmed as working and clear of faults!)

Well the young lady that collected us at the door was not really interested in serving us. If she was getting commission for the number of people she had seen during the day that was her interest. At one stage she was serving 4 people all at once or should I say you had people waving to get her attention. I spend 2.5 hours waiting for her to serve me. In the end it was the young lady serving on the adjacent table who resolved the issue in 15 minutes.

As a recruiter and customer experience trainer, i am always the first pick up on small details of service and my expectations are higher than most. I find Apple stores so daunting, especially not being tech Savvy. I booked an appointment for this store to have some updates on my phone and i was so blown away with the whole service from beginning to end. Every staff member i observed genuinely enjoyed their job! It was so refreshing to see. From their initial engagement with the customer to knowledge, i can not fault them at all. I actually left thinking i am so glad i use Apple as a brand.

It's a busy store and it can get difficult to manage customers but what I really liked about this store was when store representative couldn't manage my expectations or my query she quickly went to her manager to get help instead of just saying something that's not right! I must be honest, in the past I haven't had such a great experience when i've came here in the past. The place was usually packed and felt disorganised. Plus it felt near impossible to get a member of staff's attention.
However when I came in yesterday to repair my Mac, the service was just superb. I hadn't pre-booked, but was given a space 30 mins later with the repair team. The staff member quickly figured out what was wrong and offered me a much cheaper alternative rather than going for an expensive upgrade or battery replacement, which he could easily have done. I left with a very positive experience, hence the five stars.
I strongly recommend coming here at quieter times during the week. As you'd expect the weekends get crazy busy.

Got my phone’s battery replaced here as the battery kept going. The man who was our basically, well guide, helped me a lot through the process of a battery replacement at apple. Gave an estimate time of when the phone’s battery replacement would be done and kept well with that time. Its OK, though the place isn't as nice as the other Apple Stores in Central London (Regents Street and Covent Garden).
It seems to lack warmth and the Sales Assistants seem to most of the time seem to be only interested in selling things to people and not much help. You get the feeling if you raised a concern or a complaint regarding a fault with their products you would be pulled aside so that any other people can't hear of issues just in case it ruins potential new sales.

I was here with my partner yesterday; I took my laptop to be repaired and although it was extremely busy (we went on a Saturday), a wonderful man with an American accent who introduced himself as Joe saw us and he was so kind, so attentive and so genuinely helpful, he made our entire day. I am leaving this review as I went to apple Brent Cross sceptical given some of the poor online feedback. My experience was good - I bought a MacBook through Emmanuel. After one week, I changed my mind as I did not like the keyboard (one button seemed slightly loose). I received a no quibble exchange for a different model. Customer service was good, staff seemed knowledgeable and courteous. Would have no concerns recommending this store.

Lost my phone this week, not a good week to go shopping! About 30 people standing outside before it opened. My heart sank as queuing for a phone was not on my very busy plan for the week. As went in, found one of many team members and got the new phone which arrived instantly. Then ushered over to Charlotte who was going to help lots of people all at once. Again my heart sank. However, Charlotte managed to help five people simultaneously (sitting round a table) cheerfully and knowledgeably. An excellent teacher, she gave lots of praise when you managed something yourself! 25 minutes later, I walked out with a new working phone. As Charlotte was so cheerful, the atmosphere at the table was also quite fun and the whole experience was rather enjoyable. Highly recommend the shop, particularly Charlotte (although in the past have had an excellent experience with another helpful member of staff who told me I did not need a phone and sorted out what I had been doing wrong. He then told me that was what they were there for which was very kind.) One tip for someone like me who is not knowledgeable about these matters and just wants something that works - make sure you have ALL your codes and passwords, one poor lady was trying to get them from her relatives having purchased the phone and even Charlotte could not do that for her. It's great because you can test out the products before you buy to make sure that you want it so most of the time customers get are satisfied with what they buy! As with any Apple store every thing is laid out. Several devices are available for you to test hands on. But because each member of staff wanders around and also serve as a payment point you have to be aware of this. Otherwise you'll spend a lot of time wondering where to pay as I did first time I went there.

I used to love the Apple shop, I would just choose a date and go in and sort out whatever problem, they were always very knowledgeable and could fix any issue. I love my laptops but now I can't even get an appointment to repair one of them, I have been trying for 6 months and there is never any appointment blocks available, so what do I do? I need to get my laptops fixed because otherwise I can't use them for what I want to do and that is delaying and causing problems with my work, I don't know what to do... but I think Mac should sort out their shops, the shops are a great idea when they work.

I think the website has changed and I managed to get an appointment, I was seen on time and my issue was sorted in 10 minutes, I am soooo happy! I can now resume my life! ;)

There are many critics here who complain about them not having any genius bar appointments, however if people look at the coverage of the Brent Cross Apple store, they will see there is not really another Apple Store for miles. Give the guys a break, if anything complain to their head office about the lack of OTHER stores in the area!
As a PC user, I have been completely converted to apple portable products simply due to the customer care I have received from this store.

Bought a new phone and needed everything transferred from an old iPhone to the new one. The lady who served us didn't seem too clued on as what should have taken no more than 10 minutes took well over half an hour. In the end she had to get one of her colleagues to come and help. It took him all of 30 seconds to sort out the issue! What a waste of time that was.

Very clean & simple since the updated stores. Staff are very friendly and approach you for help but aren’t too intrusive. And of course if you’re an Apple fan, you’ll be spending quite a bit of time in the store.

My iPad had a dead pixel. I called the store one week before my warranty ran out to arrange an appointment and no one called back. Two weeks later I went into the shop and was told it could not be replaced because the warranty had just run out. I explained I had called two weeks earlier. They had no record of it. But the person helping said give me a couple of minutes and he came back with a new iPad. It's very rare these days that CS takes a customer's word for it. For that I highly rate them.

Lovely spacious and location in Brent Cross shopping mall. Didn't wait long to hold the phones and check them out. Was directed by one staff to another. Waited for that staff to be free. When free, that staff told me to wait and another staff will come. Waited. Eventually.
The staff should improve their method or approach of introducing a customer to each specific phone and be ready for comparisons. Such as iPhone 8 and iphoneX/iPhone10.
Their demo should be about the actual actions that are common for most user use in every phone. Such as make receive call / text message/... Look up phone directory, create contact, do actions from directory listing point.
Check email, demo send receive email, easy syncing.
Show the easy and intuitive use of the product. Let the customer do it in front of the staff. Customer hands on experience will never be forgotten. Can feel the weight lightness, the ease of navigation, the intuitiveness, and may smile. Nevermind the 1000000 things that other smartphones can do, but can you do what you mostly do with ease with confidence with Joy, and does it give a smile on your face. Of course the phone can do more, but those Qs are either self exploration for later or now or to ask the staff there right now. You don't need a demo for everything, but you need to light the spark for each person.
I can tell you the Samsung Galaxy 9 may a great phone, but in the next shop, it is idle with no demos no clues by staff, the set up for 1st look of phone is awful and would make Samsung and any customer upset. The great features unexplored.
Compare all the phone stores at Brent Cross: The Apple Store is still Warp Speed ahead in time, but may need Scotty for engine failure. Must get Kirk Spock and Bones to keep CS Enterprise focused and improving. Ships log 2018.

I was somewhat sceptical of going in with my faulty iPhone having read previous reviews. I arrived at 9:20am on a weekday in August 2016 and even then I was about 8th in the queue. They started slowly letting people in from 9:30, even though they don't open until 10:00. Because I didn't have an appointment they put me on a waiting list and said to save me waiting there I can go away and they will SMS me when they are ready for me. About 10:20am I received this SMS and was seen within 5 minutes. Very helpful guy called Alfie looked at my phone but gave me bad news that I had bought a fake phone from Amazon. He spent time speaking to me, checking my phone and giving me a written report. The charge - nothing :) . Armed with this info I went back to Amazon, they immediately agreed a full refund so, lesson learned, I went back to Apple Store later in the afternoon and bought a new phone from them. There was about a 10 minute wait to see a sales specialist, but I understand they have a lot of customers and a finite number of staff. Very impressed that 5 hours after seeing him, and goodness knows how many customers he had seen in this time, Alfie remembered my name! Maybe the previous negative reviews have been acted upon, I certainly had very little to complain about my experience there.

Store looks like any other apple store, this one's just a bit bigger. Always too many kids playing on all of the devices making it difficult for someone who wants to purchase one, have a look at it first. Semi well staffed. Sometimes not enough people around to help.

bought in 27" 3TB fusion drive to be repaired [hard drive/fusion drive issue]... they "repaired" it but when I checked it out at the store I noticed I now had a separate 3TB HD... I queried this at the time and the guy said this was normal... soon discovered that this was not normal as any apps and their databases were limited to the SSD drive size.. in essence they didn't "fuse" the SSD and HD together. Used Apple and other forums and they said this could be done over the phone with an experienced engineer [I'm familiar with Terminal]... got a call from their support, guy named "Bruno"... refused to help and said I had to bring iMac into store... explained I couldn't spare the turnaround time and was told this could be done over phone support... guy put me on hold and eventually disconnected. Never got a "how was your experience" email from Apple like every other time. Apple support is no longer what it used to be and this behaviour is starting to become atypical. As a lifelong Apple user I've never had this kind of treatment before. DO NOT GET YOUR MACHINE REPAIRED HERE as they have someone who hasn't a clue working there!:

After visiting PC World for initial advice on Apple laptops following my decision to call it a day with Microsoft's substandard laptop (Microsoft Surface Pro-4 priced @ £1,600). I also went to Apple Store Brent Cross also for advice. Within two years my MS Surface Pro-4's screen has packed up. Constant flickering even though this problem is common with other MS Surface Pro-4, nevertheless, Microsoft refuse to accept responsibility or at least offer to repair the MS Surface Pro-4.
Us with PC World, I was advised a lot of other people as the same problem and I'm not transitioning from Microsoft to Apple. Thank you Apple Store Brent Cross for the advice; I am looking forwards to unwraping my first Apple Laptop pretty soon.
