Reviews of Apple Covent Garden
M. I. M.
Everyone knows about apple 🍏 it's know for quality and security. This store gives you Max experience about apple products on iphone, iPad, MAC headset and all. The best part of this store is it gives you presentation upon Apple products on a big screen feels like watching a movie 🎥.
M. S.
One of the best Apple stores in London. A great selection of products and very helpful staff. We were looking for a new laptop.
The staff answered all our questions, that we had about student discounts and the different offers available. We were able to see the differences between all the laptops, tablets and phones.
This kept the teenagers with us entertained for a good half an hour and the shop itself is great from an architectural perspective. Well worth a visit if you are in the Covent Garden area and looking for something to do.

My AirPods didn’t work proper anymore and got them checked during the process the agent was genius and super communicative with me. In the end got them replaced.
R. D.
Excellent knowledgeable service from the sales team. Luckily I haven’t had to go to the Genius Bar yet but I love the trees inside the store and the architecture
D.
i visited this store recently to seek assistance With a issue i had with my Apple Watch S7.
The Genius Bar managed to sort my issue instantly. There knowledge was second to none! I would recommend to a friend every time. The store was spotless. The staff were super helpful. In the unfortunate event i have any more issues and i am in the area. They will be my first choice!

I wanted to buy some apples so popped into the Apple store. They seem to be out of apples but there were plenty of iPhones and iPads!
They have a lovely stairway with lights. As you can see in the photographs with me sitting on them.
This is a nice shop if you are an Apple person, or just want to sit and take the weight of your feet for a while. Far too expensive for a bear like me though!
K.
Gotta say, customer service is top notch. 💯Was lining up outside and two lovely employees asked me what I was there for and told me where to go, the process was smooth and the attitude was great! Overall great experience! 😄
J.
On of the coolest areas in central london.

More beautiful with wonderful decorations on Christmas day
S. S.
Great to see the usual apple layout and design around the “historic” builds.
In a way made this area even nicer

They asked us to wait by a table, but never told us how long we would be waiting. After 10 minutes I asked an employee what the estimated time for my reservation would be, which he replied over 3 hours.... he was really going to let me stand there waiting for that long with no idea. Maybe book online or go to a different store. It seems like part of their marketing scheme to have many employees on the bottom floor, and half that amount on the top floor to help actual customers.

First time bringing my iPhone in for repairs and wasn’t sure what to expect. A lot of employees around so didn’t have problems asking for help. I was checked in for my appointment and ushered to wait at a designated spot. Not long after, a very lovely Federica met me and carefully explained the process and cost of repair. The estimated wait time was less than an hour which was great. It was an overall a very pleasant experience for an issue which caused me a lot of stress! Thanks Federica!

An amazing and huge Apple Store. The architecture is beautiful and when you visit there's a lot of space to discover each Apple product. It is very nice that you can visit and do not feel crowded or that it's too small. It's a good experience and especially if you want to take your time to look and try out devices. Each device has a lot of space around and also is of course beautifully presented. The modern design and great location goes very well together. You can also expect a great service from the team working at the store, they are very helpful and knowledgeable when asking questions about the computers.
D. T.
An outside corner of Covent gardens turned inside for apple. Large interior makes viewing their products easy to browse.
A. W.
With a large screen for entertainment of the little one - and a snoopy in space drawing tutorial too - it was easy enough to find the product I needed. Excellent customer service and for the architecture lovers out here, the building is a must see in itself!

I Would like to take this opportunity to write something about Jason. Jason was a specialist who helped me with literally ALL the questions I have had, I wanted to buy my watch 7 however wasn't sure about which stripe to go with and what size I needed before ordering it. Jason was the most patient, wonderful, understanding, complementing person I have ever come across. Even found time to complement my nails- I had an awful day, a lot of bad stuff happened and hi just lighten my mood, not just because he complement something but because he was just so wonderful it made me forget about anything else. He didn't rush me even once, made an eye contact, He deserves to be so much more than just a customer assistant - with his skills someone else should employ him and immediately gibe him the Managers position of Apple is too blind to see it. Jason, thanks for being awesome ;)
b. g.
Amazing customer service. Everyone was lovely, and the technician (i think his name was Max) was brilliant. Cracked screen and LCD display. Problem was solved in an hour.

In many ways my preferred flagship store compared to Regent street. I simply prefer the layout and feel of this place - but a matter of choice.
The store is excellent. If you want to simply pick up many key accessories you don’t have to spend a lot of time and much can be found not he ground floor without having to venture in deeper.
Pay via the Apple Store App for some reason wasn’t working (01-Oct-2021) but with was able to easily get the attention of the staff to help me be in and out in less than 10 mins.
Superb!
L.
Nice and huge Apple store. The staff need to be a bit more attentive though. And its hard to determine who the staff are 😂
But good service in terms of replacement/repair. My wife brought her phone since Face ID wasn’t working, they just plugged it in a diagnostic software and determined its really not working properly. Then, they replaced it with a new one.

Am a hard core Android user. Visited the store to explore Apple products. Was well explained and demonstrated by Jane of Malta who was young enough and technically sound. Impressed with the demo and user feedbacks which paved the way to buy an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Worth the visit to the store. Didn't expect this type of care on each and every customer amidst the huge crowd.

Apple is just an amazing company...devices, service, organisation, advisers...the whole "package" is about quality, and high end.
Well, 5++ stars to me.
Thanks Apple

More beautiful with wonderful decorations on Christmas day

Probably more a reflection on Apple than this specific store, but in the past they cared more about customer satisfaction. My wife’s iPhone screen broke (not cracked, but unresponsive due to something internal in the phone and not, so far as we’re aware, through any misuse at our end). It was a little over a year old and £189 to fix (after a couple hours’ wait). In the past, Apple have swapped broken products for us (even where our fault) and issued a refurb as a replacement for free (and then presumably gone off and fixed our returned product before issuing it, again, as a refurb). So, it’s disappointing that that exemplary level of service isn’t, seemingly, a part of the apple offering any more.

Very flawless and smooth experience at the Covent Garden branch yesterday when I went to pick up my new phone. I arrived slightly early and the team managed to help straight away without a hastle. In and out the store within 5 minutes. Great service!
N. S.
I see queues everyday... it a popular huge central store. But I actually stopped buying iPhones (each time there is a new one) because of the tech support staff attitude and the whole way it's organized (when you come in with a smashed screen). Here is a tip, maybe manufacture screens that don't crack when you sneeze on them? That's instead of expecting customers to wait for hours while your tech team condescendingly charges £££ to replace it... But that's a utopia?
K. L.
Often the experience is hit and miss but lately I’ve been impressed with apple’s service levels, care and speed. Took 90mins to replace a screen under warranty. No quibbles.
E. K.
Jason is amazing! He helped me a lot during the whole process! Defined will come to store back.
P.
I enjoyed visiting the Apple Store in Covent Garden, it is actually very near Covent Garden underground station and not far from the buskers and Street performers which are always interesting around here. I was collecting a new iPad air, and there were plenty of staff, and the store didn’t feel overcrowded. Someone was doing a presentation on a screen to help people learn how to use an iPad when I was there. I was served by a pleasant young lady who was very quick to take the bar code and see my ID. The iPad was brought down very quickly and the atmosphere while I waited was calm but invigorating. The staff are very pleasant and polite.
S. S.
Great to see the usual apple layout and design around the “historic” builds.

On of the coolest areas in central london.

One of the Best shopping place for shopping in London.
A. S.
Very crowded apple store, located in the old city center. Absolutely beautiful glass staircase. Friendly staff, que is very long. Not recommended if you there for a quick stop. Cool building and location for shopping and eating out
L. K.
Today (Thursday) the Apple store wasn’t busy so I was served straight away. The agent was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and fitted my screen protector in no time at all - the high standard of service I’ve come to expect from Apple.
R.
This place is amazing. I haven't been to an Apple Store as big and intriguing as this one. Lots and lots of apple devices and computers to touch and play with but more importantly workshops and staff helping people everywhere. I swear I probably saw 30 employees and maybe 6 of them came up to me asking if I needed help.
If I had time I would have stayed for a workshop but if your in the area definitely stop in to check it out.
R. M.
Large, usual attention to ergonomic lay out... Smart store, great location.
M. R.
It was incredibly informative and enjoyable. Ipad is amazing for arts and ideas in general. The event will run for an entire month iver many apple stores
V. L.
lovely service as the staff were really friendly. They explained everything and answered my all questions. The queue was a bit of a wait but all apple stores are like that currently due to the pandemic. I got a quote for my repair and the real price in less than 10 hours. Collected it a week later. Plus the store is very pretty on the inside as well. Very spacious. my favourite apple store to go to!
J. H.
Replaced unwanted Xmas presents efficiently. Excellent customer care, though very busy and had to wait (but that is expected). Great location and cool open building, with interesting architecture
S. E.
A good apple store.
The staff is Friendly and it is less crowded the apple regent street.
It has all apple products , accessories and repaired services .

Called in on Saturday the 24 th July to replace 2 cheap screen savers for the Apple Belkin glass Screen savers. Staff were very efficient both checking in and the guy who fitted the screens. There was a bubble in one of them and he quickly changed it without having to ask. Very friendly staff willing to have a conversation and nothing seemed too much trouble. The screen savers are well worth the money and I always have them fitted in store to mobiles, except for 2020 mobiles, because I had to order them online, as we don’t have an Apple store near us. I couldn’t wait to get them on the 2 mobiles and the phones are brand new again. Don’t waste your money on cheap screen savers. PS They accept cash which is an added bonus they are not yet feeding into a cashless society and fair play to Apple for doing it.
F. S. A.
Huge place with Apple products. Walls are made of beautiful stones. 3-story branch. Friendly staff.
C. M.
Came in so my friend could use the WiFi. The WiFi was slow.
The store is beautiful though. They absolutely nailed the balance between modern and old...
K.
I prefer coming to this Apple store as the staff are always really helpful, friendly and attentive compared to most other stores. I bought an Apple Watch this weekend and was helped by Idil, who was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the product and also super patient with my many questions and long-winded decision making. She made the whole experience really easy and pleasurable.
J. P.
Great store, extremely friendly staff but the waits are a bit long...
D. D.
The experience Apple is going for may be had here. Swish decor and friendly knowledgeable staff.
My most recent support visit turned out to be only a faulty charger but the tech (Kevin?) took some extra time to run some additional diagnostics while we talked about travel plans. I left with a working MacBook Pro and feeling very pleased with how it went.
P. W.
Love these stores, did find the employees, in the foyer, seemed happier to laugh amongst themselves rather than help the guy with the white stick, I'll stick with Bluewater in future
A.
Apple’s stores are as renowned as it products. Consisting of multiple floors with every Apple product on offer to test, it’s always a great place to swing by when they launch a new product. And after a visit, there’s a range of places to eat just outside.
M. R.
Absolutely amazing experience from walking in and walking out with my new MacBook Pro, adaptor and AirPods .Thanks Vinny outstanding customer Services . This is where I’ll be coming to buy my Apple products from Now on .
L. I.
I had an amazing experience here. My iPhone 6 screen broke (was still working though, I could back it up and hear text messages coming through), I took it into the store, and they REPLACED the whole phone with a brand new iPhone 6 straight out of the box within 24 hours for only the cost of a new battery (£45). I don't know how I got so lucky! But thank you Apple :) You really made my day / week / month!

Everything you'd expect from an Apple store in London - big, spacious, lots of staff, Apple
R. M.
Juliana looked after me so well. It was my first time in the Apple store and i had an amazing experience thanks to her :-)
B. C.
One of the best Apple Store in UK, IMO it is the best. Not like regent street, not a lot of people in Covent Garden so very quiet compare to that. I like The today at Apple sessions, I have learnt a lot of things from that.
Well, I go to there quite often, and advice people visit there at lease once if appropriate.
H. C.
Mixed experiences with this Apple store, had a wonderful person serve me previously to fix my Airpods but on a more recent visit, they took my MacBook in for service and while they quoted me a full turnaround in 5 working days, they didn’t even bother to send the MacBook to their service Centre until I contacted them on the 5th day. They then sent me a revised quote for the repair that was more than double the original amount and gave no explanation, when I contacted the Apple phone line even the service agent said what Apple Covent Garden did was unacceptable. Will be going to another Apple Store from now on.
M. M.
Great place. Early mornings are best time to visit. It is tranquil and peaceful.
K. C.
Nice staff giving technical advice.
H. A.
Very helpful but appointment waiting time was 1 hour
D. D.
Had a great experience with Roberto, he was very friendly and helpful, made my day
A. H.
Giant store with lots of apple and partner products on display. It has some interesting architecture including a glass spiral stairs.
R. B.
Big store full of apple products.
Lovely friendly staff who will happily help you spend as much of your money as possible. Lots of advice and hands on touching on many electronic finger responsive displays as possible. Go knock yourself out.
P. W.
Just like the other Apple stores in London, except that there are too few customer service reps and they're too busy to answer your silly questions.
The space is enormous so you rather use the elevator if you want to see the accessories.
Nothing exceptional about this concept store, except the Apple machines.
W. F.
Apple replaced my busted display card on my laptop for free! It would have cost me £470 if I had to pay for it myself! Nice staff and good customer service. Nice toilets too.
H. S.
I picked up my new iphone 13 mini here😆 The place is crowded but I got my phone quite quick. Yeyy
b. j.
Amazing place with lot of shops around as well as lot of restaurants and bars. The street market also offers lot of options
J. D.
Nice store with friendly staff. Typical apple store with typical service, no complaints at all.
C. J. (.
A nice big shop with plenty of expensive but high quality products that are far superior compared to cheaper brands.
B. N. S.
Beautiful space with very enthusiastic staff and great events through the year. The event space is fabulous with a glass roof.
M. M.
Another perfect example of how Apple blends the beauty of modern architecture with age old construction.
J. W.
Excellent service from a lovely. And exceptionally helpful lady with very long brown hair which I couldn't fault
However I was not particularly impressed with the iPad because it has that swiping system which I find very irritating and I prefer the older style system of having a button as it keeps my greasy fingers from going all over the screen all the time
G. S.
Customer sevice can be improved.. staff needs more training to help people resolve some queries
A. B.
Booked a repair session online while the store is closed. Had a bit of a queue, but all the staff is super helpful and nice.
m. a.
I love this place ❤️
You will find a lot of amazing and creative things ..
next to the Lyceum theatre where lion king play ..
G. H.
It was the biggest Apple Store when it was open. The staff are NOT helpful like Regent St one. They always pretend to be busy! I had worse experience rather than good in this store ...
J. F.
I had an amazing experience with Michael, Thank you so much for helping me, you made my day!
F. Z.
Probably the prettiest Apple store I’ve seen! I came here to purchase my products and also service my MacBook. The interior is beautiful, and the Genius Bar is genuinely so helpful!
M. M.
Loved it at that midmorning time of day. Before the maddening crowd came with peals of noise!
S. R. B.
Good service and courteous staff. Picked up a few iWatch accessories that I have been using!
S. k. K.
Hi,
I have bought my Laptop MacBook 15 inch 2018 in India, I have sticky keys and hard press. I have seen that it comes under keyboard replacement scheme.
Can I get replaced at your store?
Thank you!
J. G.
Beautiful store but very busy- 2 hour wait. Worth checking out another Apple store not centrally located.
S. R.
Spacious store and beautiful display. Btw staff were very helpful.
R. T.
Took my laptop in to get serviced. Efficient intake process.
S. H.
I was only here for a minute but it's a really beautiful store and it is impressively big. The doorman/guard i met at the door was really friendly.
c. r.
My phone stopped working, in order to get it repaired needed to book an appointment at the genius bar
The time slots available online weren’t suitable so I decided to come directly to the store
They booked me in within the following 30min
Excellent customer experience, in particular I am grateful that Mackie from Genius bar served me that day. Super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful replaced my iphone which was in warranty
P. C.
I came here to pick up my ipad pro. Service was prompt and they were very helpful with all the questions I had. I felt very safe as well as they don’t allow many people in and only with appointment booked.
K. K.
I think you should visit even if you are not a fan of Apple. You can see and try all of Apple's products, and the building from the outside and inside is remarkable.
L. C.
Nice customer service :). Much less crowded than the store at regent street !
J. S.
Solid service, but over run and somewhat uninterested employees. Typical Apple store: kids on iPhones and no clear path to get help or check out. But nice renovation and very capable service department.
J. K.
Great location, absolutely huge store staff are on the ball. Can get busy on the weekends.
L. G.
I am not the type of person who leaves reviews, in fact, this may be the fist time doing this however, last week I went to this store and my mum and I did not have the best experience/ approach at the beginning that we are used to from the apple team. I do have to mentioned that my issue was addressed with a single interaction with William Henry, he was very understandable, professional and respectful.
This is a remainder to all apple staff to just be kind to everyone. I know something it could be hard - I get that but just remember, we are all the same and these has been really hard times for most people also, we never know what the person next to us is going through so please, just be kind and paciente with everyone.
Thank you very much William excellent customer services and kindness. I hope other learn from you.
Kind regards,
L

A nice location/decor but the customer service I had here was not great
J. M.
Lovely staff, great service and very visually appealing store to look at upon entry. Will definitely be switching to Apple at the end of my current contract
H. A.
I was serviced by Dan at the Genius Bar, he was really helpful and patient helping me with my damaged airpods. Brilliant service and a really kind professional! Thank you Dan :)
M. A.
One of the best apple shop. Location snd the house of shop is very nice
T. A.
Extremely Helpful staff, store layout can be confusing as you don’t know that there is ‘more in other floors, but still great.
C. N.
Good service for a big name. Great products for insane prices (but that’s not news—it’s the standard Apple way).
The waiting hours are long, but not as long as you might think for such a high traffic shop. The waiting/working spaces are crowded, but they don’t feel as cramped as you might expect perhaps because they’re quite open and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are casually professional, but, unfortunately, not quite friendly (another unfortunate standard Apple practice?)
To be fair, many of the staff are great, but some seem intoxicated by the fact that they work for Apple in a pompous, ridiculous, pitiable way.
A. K.
My experiences in this store have been overall positive. The wait time for an appointment isn't always the quickest if you have an urgent repair. You can go in and queue without one, but you can wait from anything to 10 minutes to 2-3 hours and it's probably best to avoid. In my experience staff are both knowledgeable and friendly.
S. S.
outstanding Apple store popped into the amazing store on my lunch break to get my iPhone screen replaced i excepted them to say it will be 5-7 working days but the young man behind the counter came back and said should be no longer then an hour i explained i was on my Lunch Break and asked if there way anyway i could collect on my way home he said yes of course just speek to the staff at the front of the que so you Dont have to Walt in line apple has Outstanding customer service.
C. S.
Helpful staff. Massive place. Easy for social distancing.
B. C. (.
Very professional hassle free shopping, a cut above the rest???
D. S. (.
Staff are nice, but not sure about the hardware service. We went in after almost three hours of waiting, the issue is not fixed and we have to go in and waste another couple of hours. A bit disappointed but no choice if we need to get things fix.
C. P.
Been coming here to fix some of my purchased products. The customer service is phenomenal. Silvia from the Genius Bar, helped a lot on trying to fix other issues I wasn't aware of on my phone. She was very nice and engaging!
M. A.
Today I can leave a five star, but normally the rating is a zero with a few bad experiences in the past. I dealt with a staff member called Max, he was on point and accommodating. If only all the other staff acted like him it would be so much less of a tense environment. Mostly when I go there I feel like the staff are on edge and I am in a Russian prison camp.
But the tall blonde Max changed my opinion of apple. All people want is good customer service it makes them return. Egotistical staff turn people off.
A. S.
Customer service was pretty good. Managed to sort out an issue I've had with my phone for a while now
R. L.
Not one to usually leave reviews, but today I have to. I was trying to get my mum a gift for her birthday. Called on the phone was greeted by an amazing colleague called Mihai, who truely went above and beyond to help me, just as I thought all my options were up, he was able to save the day for me! Great customer service! Truely amazing staff member could have turned me down like the other staff from other branches or over the phone but he really done his best to help me get what I wanted and I am really grateful. This review is for the staff member, and for the Apple to recognise this staff member 👍🏽👌🏽
P. H.
Huge shop, great if you like Apple products. Has an enormous TV screen, it's worth going there just for that.
Just be careful walking out with your Apple bag containing a grand plus worth of shiny new stuff. You don't want to get it robbed in the street!
A few tourists sneakily charging their phones on the display stands. Tut, tut.
Z. H.
Always found the staff to be friendly, keen to assist but not pushy. I like the way they have recently dedicated a number of floors to one-to-one support. They have free app workshops for all and offer free summer camps and field trips for school children. Generally, a more enjoyable experience shopping for Apple products than before they launched these flagship stores, when you had to seek out smaller retailers with minimal knowledge. My only tip is to avoid weekends if possible.
A. R.
Took a bit of time to get served but the staff did their best to assure me I am soon getting help.
B. D.
Very very slow service, even when booking in advance. However quick and effective once they got to me.
A. S.
Its quieter and less crowded than other stores. Better appointment availability and most importantly the employees are very friendly and supportive. Specifically SILVIA! she is fantastic, very supportive, kind and smart. Apple is lucky to have her! Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Silvia.
A. W.
Really aesthetically pleasing store. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Went in to get my iPhone 6s battery replaced, this only took an hour which I felt was very reasonable timing given that it was a Saturday and the store was quite busy. Will return again if I need repairs.
C. B.
Beautifully restored historical building and the outstanding Apple top service.
J. Z.
I had visit to Apple store Covent garden, on 17th and I've met one of the best security guard outside the store which he helped me with excellent customer service skills also , showed that he loves his job and he loves helping people , I've dropped my wallet with full cash , he had to follow me and handle it , to me what fantastic guy , he refused giving him cash as reward for my wallet absolutely amazing lad , his name was hajj he said he was from algera , thank you so much mate , thank for apple you have such great security guards.
D. B.
The Apple store is fantastic, always possible to get help. The staff are so nice and do try to help as much as possible.
A. S.
The Staff was very helpful, kind and well informed. This is my favourite apple store.
S. G.
We bought IMAc computer this week then we noticed a small vertical line near the camera, we went back to apple trinity store to check if the rest of the mac has the same vertical line and we noticed there is nothing. We talked to the staff name Dan, he was very helpful and assisted us through the process to get the replacement.
Thank x

Great service, Alex and Ivan were really nice and helpful

Excellent service by the the genius bar team. Fixed my laptop within 1 day and did a fantastic job. The guy who dealt with me was extremely knowledgeable and knew the answer to every question i asked him. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
A. A.
Brilliant service. All safety measures and distancing in place. Pre book if you need tech info or need someone to take a look at your device and you will be seen almost immediately. All staff really friendly and polite.
T. S.
Elegant and beautiful place to hang out. And there's a joint serve a delicious meat pies or vegetarian as you like you don't want to miss
A. B. (.
Always busy but easy for me to get to. Placed an order got there with my confirmation email docs and I was out in a jiffy. Super service super friendly staff and while I was there I spent 10min looking on how to edit videos on iMovie on the live big screen demonstration.
L. C.
I recently purchased an iPad online that arrived dead on arrival, I contacted Apple and an appointment was made for me to attend this store the following morning. I've never been to an apple store however I was surprised and very much appreciated the way I was greeted when i entered the store, and also when I was approached by the apple genius that dealt with me. He carried out the appropiate checks on my device and issued me with a new one within 20 mins if not less. I wish all electronic shops operated in this way.
A. V.
I was only coming for a Mac Air charger, so I didn't need much help other than finding it, and checking out. Dean came to help me out, whilst still helping other customers at the same time. He was able to communicate really well with myself and the other customers, without flustering and was a genuinely lovely guy. I'm glad I was helped by him.
H. C.
Not the best experience! I had walked in to see if I could get some advice on issues I was having with my device. Instead of giving me some insight, I was asked to go online and book as appointment, for something that the person could have told me themselves. I believe there needs to be a bit more focus on customers and their time. And that there shouldn’t be a requirement of an appointment for minor things that could be addressed at a moments notice! Overall the store was clean and tidy and probably is one of the best looking ones compared to other Apple Stores!

Incredibly beautiful shop, good customer service. I've bought a new mac here a few months ago and the service was on point, I really felt looked after especially because they helped me in picking the right mac for my needs instead of trying to push for an upsell and to get more money out of me.
I also often walk in just to see the products or to watch some of their "masterclasses" showing on a big screen how to use certain products and getting customers to engage in said activities.
It is also considerably less busy than its Oxford Street counterpart which is always packed full and makes it quite hard to be able to try products or to interact with the staff.
S. P.
Exceptional service by gentleman name David during my visit to replace recently bought MacBook Pro 16. He was always a step ahead of me for all my needs. Finished job to my satisfaction and made my visit a great experience even the reason for visiting was not very pleasant.
Long time Apple user, Slobodan Petrovic
M. B.
Great location very busy overpriced phones and tablets for the hipsters
D. U.
Not the best Apple Store in London (Oxford Street wins for me) but nicely designed, open, and in my experience friendly staff. They have a good system for coping with COVID and my experience today was speedier than usual.
B. J.
I love Apple but their after sales service is really getting terrible. Once your mac is 4 years old, they try to push a new one in your face, instead of doing their best to fix the issue.
I had to take a damaged mac to an independent, all good now.
Plus their in-store USB memory sticks are very expensive.
D. H. K.
As you would expect from a flagship store the store is a light and spacious area mixing display and workshop areas with a skill that Apple has learnt over the years. My visit was for the Genius Bar which is located on the top floor, which is accessible my Lift.
As I have come to expect from Apple the staff are knowledgeable friendly and approachable, and when needed they can put things in layman's terms without being condescending which is a skill few can master.
Overall the service provided goes some way towards justifying the high prices associated with Apple products
R. H.
Big, was able to get same day appointment for a repair issue. Handled well too.
A. D.
This store is massive set over at least three floors. Anyone every wanting to see what the profit margin of Apple is should just stand in this store.
The staff member who helped us with the broken product - non functioning keyboard - which we understand happens to many devises with this keyboard, and apple fix the problem for free, was very helpful.
I do think Apple should provide an immediate replacement product as it takes them five days to repair - which is a long time for a student to be without a devise.
D. O. P.
Went to but an iPad and cover. Had to wait a little while for them to bring it from the back but a simple service. The assistant who helped me was very friendly.
D. H.
Went in a week ago to upgrade my iPhone 6S to an 8. One of the team, Alexia, spent a good 30 minutes going through the upgrade with me and it was effortless. She was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and a great ambassador for the brand. I’ve had no problems since.
S. H.
Setting is slick. Service staff are polite. But if you want a simple price list for repair, your forced to book an appointment (for another day). Once you return, your kept waiting and told a price about 5-10x what a local operator may charge... In other words, they'd rather you just but a new phone.
R. N.
This must be Apple London flagship shop. The store looks absolutely superb and it's very well organised.
A. C.
Had my macbook serviced here at the Genius bar due to a faulty battery. The member of staff who served me was really kind and knowledgable. He quickly confirmed the issue using his diagnostics equipment and offered to replace the battery as well as the top cover for FREE as this was covered under the consumer law. We’ve also had a very pleasant conversation before he took my laptop away. 2 days later I got a call from the store to say that my macbook is ready to be picked up (3 days earlier than expected). When I arrived the next day, the staff took my details, brought my laptop, explained what was done and wished a nice day. Not only I’ve ended up with a new battery, but also a new top cover (incl. new keyboard) and a clean screen. Brilliant service from Apple staff. They definitely stand behind their products. Cannot recommend them enough!
C. B.
Annoyed that I had to go in the first place, but apple redeemed themselves as the issue with my phone was eligible for free repair. Genius Bar employee was very helpful and my phone was only out of my hands for an hour - very pleased that I didn’t have to come back another day.
N. C.
Excellent open & airy store with great service, staff are always helpful & friendly but never pushy for the sale like most electronics stores.
Never have to queue to purchase a product, just get the staffs attention & they'll process it right on the spot letting you walk out with your purchase with a receipt in your inbox.
On the downside it gets a bit too busy at times especially if you just want to play with a product to see what it's like, & I've had to wait 50 minutes before for a Genius Bar appointment I had booked two days in advance.

Brilliant service. We went and took some pictures on the iPhones and the quality on them is amazing. We then tried all the little gadgets to see what they do. We found a little printer that we could print pictures on for free and we took some nice selfies and used it. It ran out of paper before we could get a copy each and there was a guy who's name I didn't catch who helped us out with his colleague Kelly (I think she was called Kelly). We have some nice photos to remember the day with now and it was a very nice service we got although we didn't buy anything!
L. M.
Such amazing service. I had an issue with some headphones I bought in another Apple Store so I took them in to see if I could get them swapped. Unfortunately I couldn't find the email receipt from the purchase but after checking they were authentic, they swapped them out for a brand new pair instead - no questions asked. Super impressed, it made my day :-)
J. P.
Exceptional service experienced at the Genius Bar. The best service I've ever had - in any shop, in any country.
The person who looked after my machine empathised with the situation, brought the mac back to life and managed the repairs brilliantly.
I owe Hamid this review, I hope I've spelt his name correctly. I hope that Apple are looking after him as well as he is looking after his customers.
N. P.
So magical, we did there our Christmas session!
G. T.
I am generally not a fan of the Apple Stores, too many time wasters pretending to buy Apple Products leaving literally no staff available. I recently purchased a new iPhone 7 from here with their new upgrade program & apple care inclusion - the staff were very helpful for any questions I may have had, were very efficient. The whole transaction was quick, informative and I would consider going back to that store to purchase my next Apple product.
D. F.
Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was buying an Apple Watch an apple store member/genius let me try on every strap before I bought the strap. He then went and had a look to see all the straps the had in small sizes they were incredibly helpful
D. K.
Had an appointment for my iphone battery replacement. Impressed the process of works which was smooth and generous.
Interior of the shop was nice and interesting and spacious.
In my opinion, much better store than any other apple store in London.
S.
Love this shop spacious and friendly staff and wide selection of different types of products, tho most of the time quite busy and had to queue.
R. H.
Super helpful staff. I went in with Mr broken iPad and they reacted quickly and with a friendly manner. It's huge! Didn't feel like I was getting the 'hard sell' which was nice as I've experienced this at other apple stores.
T. C.
Have had a couple of repairs done here over the years. Service is always quick and to the point which I really appreciate. It's one of the nicer Apple Stores I've been to in the world, I love the exposed brick!
R. M.
This store has a stunning interior, glass and redbrick. It makes it very light and large inside. You don't feel crowded by the other customers and staff. Early mornings are best time to get help and appointments from the genius team.

My 8 month old macbookpro had a "black screen" problem, I was abroad at the time and tried a number of suggestions from various forums, they worked for a time but the black screen continued to appear. On my return I booked into the Covent Garden store. I arrived 20 minutes early just as they opened and only had wait for about 10 minutes before my Genius "Jack" introduced himself and very quickly proved the problem to be the screen and not the logic board as I feared. He promised it would be repaired within 48 hours and I left feeling happy with my experience.
You can imagine my delight when less than 4 hours later I get an email to say it was ready for collection. I was overjoyed, it was all covered by the warranty and so far everything is working well.
Credit where credit is due, I was a little apprehensive after reading the reviews about service at some of the Apple stores. I can report that my experience was very pleasant and they exceeded my expectations, a 4 hour turnaround wasn't expected at all.
Full marks to all involved.
Follow up, April 2017, Fans running constantly, slow performance, camera not working, losing memory. Booked in for 11:00 am, saw a chap called "Ray" did various checks on the unit came up with a number of possibilities, unit was a couple months out of warranty, Very happy to report repairs done in just a few hours under warranty. Full marks again!
W. C.
The lady who is dealing with all the technical problem was nice. She gave me some options to deal with my broken phone. But, the lady who was dealing with apple watch needs to be a bit nicer. She seems like she’s not happy to work there.
A. B.
Very large Apple store set over 3 floors (with full disabled access) and literally hundreds of staff. Beautiful setting aswell in a converted Victorian building. Lots of products on show aswell and enough out that you’ll likely get to actually use some of them, unlike smaller Apple stores. The wait times for Genius Bar appointments are also relatively short with only about a 15 minute wait with an appointment.
S.
Fantastic service , staff friendly & professional.
S. M.
Great spot in London vibrant and busy Covent Garden. It might be an electronics store but it's far more welcoming and appealing to families and tourists alike. Sometimes people forget it's an electronics store and keep asking for the toilet lol.....no. Great service from the staff there too. It's so busy you wonder how they keep it all together.
P. C.
Apple Store is like a modern magnet. Best have an aspirin and glass of water handy before you learn the price of the latest iPhones. The first house I bought was 9 times costlier than the 11pro and I suspect the gap is closing.
Still full though with customers and gawpers (like me) so Apple’s £/$billions are safe.
C.
Amazing theme. The architecture of the building is a piece of art. I don't know how apple does it, but they always make the nicest stores in the tech market. Even if your not bothered about buying anything, go and have a look and have a go on some of their gadgets (Tablets, phones, iPods, iPads, etc). Highly recommend.
E. R.
Really friendly, personable staff who went out of their way to fix my problem, which ended up being right as the store was closing on a Saturday night. Staff on the shop floor tried to help solve my problem, and then squeezed me in for a last minute Genius appointment. The Genius explained my problem really clearly and helped me properly understand what went wrong.
C. O.
Had to wait to get into the shop but a texting service meant we could wander around Covant Garden rather than wait in a queue. Service was good and we sorted out the issues we were having with the iPhone.

Yesterday (4 March 2020) my husband and I arrived in London from Florida. To us it was rainy and cold and we were terribly worn out from the overnight flight and many tube transfers with heavy baggage. Adding to our misery, the SIM card we had pre-purchased was not connecting properly so all our planned routes and saved maps and apps were useless. Magically, we happened upon this Apple store in Covent Garden and the sweetest man, Eddie, helped us out!!!! Seriously, this man took us without an appointment and was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He walked me through the whole process with my phone and got the SIM card working perfectly! There is no way my husband and I could have navigated or contacted anyone without his help. Thank you, Eddie! We hope you see this because you helped make a very unhappy situation turn right around!
D. G.
Like all Apple stores, always full of (young) people “playing” with their devices when it’s obvious that they can’t buy them. This is a problem for the ones that are real customers.
Really annoying when you wanna try a device but they’re running out of battery because other people just take the cables to charge their own devices.
Staff is kind and they have been helpful all the times I’ve been in this store. Genius Bar members have been able to give quick solutions to my needs.
A. H. G.
I went to this place once and was impressed - such a creative hub - all sorts of talks and workshops happening. I went to have my cracked iPhone screen fixed and I collected it all ready on the same day in the evening with all my data and photos still on it. Great service.
J. E.
With the seemingly unending refurbishments at the Regent Street store turning that location into some sort of artistic satire of a rush hour central line experience, this is now the go-to Apple Store in London. It's a really nice, airy space. Everything is nicely laid out and - apart from the week after a big launch - there's never usually a problem getting hands on with products. I've always found staff really helpful, friendly and efficient.
J. M.
Walked into store without a phone as I had a couple of issues replacing a phone in White City/Gov G. Was looked after by Curtis James who helped me with finance/multiple system issues. He's the guy, great service thank you!
S. W.
I broke my screen on my watch and took it in to be repaired. Apple are going to replace the whole unit. Spoke to Lexi (hope spelling is correct) on the telephone just now and she was so helpful. This is my first dealings with a store and I cannot fault their customer service skills, very helpful, appointment with Genius was on time, on the phone very polite and informative with regards to repair/replacement. 5 out of 5 all day long
S. H.
I came to this shop with my son, only to be to seen to by the most attentive kind young gentleman. His knowledge and patience was very overwhelming as I took a step back and let them proceed. Cam you were amazing and a credit to the company. The world needs more cams!!!! Thank you!
J. B.
Booked an appointment online and was surprised there were loads of time slots available same day. so i booked an appointment with Genius tech guys. I arrived at the store and i got seen to straight away. My Phone had to have its battery replaced so i was told to retun in an hour and wallah and minus £69 i had a new battery and what seems to be a new phone. Very Happy!
S. D. p.
went to buy my girlfriend AirPods as a surprise... was greeted by a friendly black girl with braids at the front door... really funny and helpful made me laugh while I was waiting in the line... she then pointed me to another lady who would assist me in choosing AirPods... lol when I asked her what the difference was between the 3 she told me the prices and what ones had noise cancelling. I said ok what one would you recommend... lol she said "I don't know your budget or your situation. I was offended. I said I didn't mind the price. I ended up purchasing the AirPods pros. only because the girl at the door first recommended them.
B. C.
Took my MacBook air to the Genius Bar to get repaired.
Excellent service from all who worked there. Shout-out to Ryann at the genius bar who was super helpful.
Very fast and efficient.

I don't normally do reviews but I just wanted to say a big thank you to the employees at the genius bar of the Apple Store covent garden who went above and beyond to help me with a problem I'd been having with my iPhone. I thought I would have to pay a lot of money and wait a long time to get my phone fixed but they really cared about my problem and fixed it quickly, for free with a smile on their faces! I really couldn't fault Apple employees at this store, they care about their customers! Thank you! A+++
R. O.
Nice layout! I brought my MacBook in for a repair, and they repaired it within a matter of minutes. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this Apple Store to everyone!! :) It is also located in a great area which is bustling with entertainment and food. There are also many shops nearby.
O. H.
I was helped by Nick who was an absolute angel, he was so patient with us and helped us through all our issues and made sure we were comfortable and understood everything and I came away with an iPhone XR so bonus there! I spoke to about 6 staff member yesterday and they were all friendly, helpful and chatty, great experience!
I.
Very helpful staff and fixed the issue with my AirPods straight away
J. A.
Well organised! Friendly staff.
R. G.
Been here several times with IPhone issues.
On the whole the staff have been friendly and helpful and the process is efficient. Appointments usually quick.
Once I did have to wait 30 mins for genius bar and another time the staff member failed identify the issue and I had to return.
On the whole the service is fine.
Great internet connection inside if you need one!!
K. H.
This site is really big. I think it's their flagship store. Other than that it's sort of your average Apple store meaning half the people are useless and the other half are just standing around. Took my mbp in for a fault. I spoke with someone, showed them the hinge problem, replicated the problem, he took it in for inspection and repair. A couple days later I go back for the pickup and they say no fault found. I replicate the problem again and they take it in again for the same issue. They eventually fixed it but it would have been nice not having to waste my time.
T. D. C.
Went to the Genius Bar to see if anything could be done about my Macbook Air 2015 charger which was completely knackered. Very pleasant and helpful experience, and got it replaced free of charge! Made my day and saved me about 80£.
G. E.
Nice and beautiful place, employees are kind with customers.
R. K.
This store is always busy. It takes some time to get staff's attention, but once you do they're pretty nice and friendly. I enjoyed the interior design: beautiful juxtaposition of old brick with modern glass.
T. J.
Last year I bought my iPhone from here and I'm very happy with it. They provide very good customer service. For even the smallest issue they can change your phone with a new one. They always look after their clients and don't let them leave with unsolved problem.
C. C.
Oh Apple stories, how I enjoy spending my money with you.
As far as Apple stores go, you know this is going to be a busy one, it's in the center of London in one of the busier areas - so that shouldn't come as a surprise.
The architecture is fantastic - they've melted stylish and modern Apple glass and wood with the ancient arches of the old building they merged their store with and the result is absolutely stunning.
The staff is great, typical Apple level of care and service. Just expect to wait a few minutes during all but the quietest hours. And during the Christmas shopping season crowd surfing might be the only way to get somewhere.
G. H.
My hard drive packed up before an extremely important exam. Booked an appointment at the Apple Store. Was extremely busy but I was seen within 20 minutes of my allotted time. The genius who I saw told me the hard drive was broken and would have to be replaced. It was fixed within 3 hours and they gave me a call to tell me it was ready. It was truly refreshing to have had this level of customer service and I was extremely happy with the result. All of my questions were answered well and I passed my exam with flying colours! Thank you Apple Store!
R.
If you like Apple products this is a large store, more space than the one nearby on Regent Street. Staff were nice as long as you act like you want to buy something (I've been hassled out of here for using the wifi with my MacBook Pro).
The Apple products are well presented but not necessarily the best value our quality. I liked trying out the iPad mini here, but told Apple software didn't have an equalizer for adjusting music audio, which was disappointing. The MacBook Pro I bought from the Apple store has had to have the keyboard replaced twice because of the butterfly design that makes the keys jam with small amounts of dust that get inside.
Personally, I feel most Apple products are just too expensive for what value you get compared to competition. I can understand that lots of people like them because of their ease of use and integration with other Apple products.
L. B.
My fav apple store!
They are always efficient and super polite.
Never had to wait over 2 hours for a repair to be completed.
10/10
J. W.
Very huge Apple branch in London, and the environment is very good to ecperience all the products. I visited it for fixing my iphone and the staff provide good service. But normally there is a long queue and you need to wait for the message.
J. M.
Brilliant customer service. Booked an appointment, right on time, no waiting and easy resolvation of problem. Genius was cheerful and easy to get along with. Brilliant. Apple's customer service when a fault is known and recognised is next to none.
M. C.
This store has the best vibe by far!
S. O.
Great if you are an apple fan. Not for me though, but nice to get out of the cold for a bit. I don't really understand a huge warmed store for a few items, but there we go. 5 stars for what it is.
L. B.
Really good service yesterday. I waited about 5 minutes to see if they had a Genius Bar appointment - fortunately they did in an hour and a half (and I needed lunch anyway!) On arriving back for the appointment 20 minutes early, I was seen within 5 minutes and out of the store within 5 minutes too (I just needed a new cable for my Macbook Air and fortunately still have AppleCare). Thanks guys!
S. B.
This store is generally my favourite. Bright and airy and much better to access then the Regents St store. Always someone at hand to speak to and I have never had a bad customer service experience at Apple, once.
N.
Recently moved country and unfortunately started to get a problem with my laptop screen (a very common problem which is now covered). Was coming back to the UK for three days to kick start a holiday round Europe and brought my laptop.
It was a bit of a risk but I came into the store and received fantastic service from the start. Unfortunately I was told it could take up to three days to repair, which I explained would not be possible as I would be leaving in two. As soon as I said that the staff member went away and came back to let me know they'll do it in 24hrs!
I went away and unbelievably got a phone call around 2-3 hours later to inform me it was done. Walked back and picked it up just like that. Over £300 repair covered by warranty done in a few hours. Walked away with a brand new screen and went on my travels. Perfect.
K. L.
Good professional service, store is nice and clean. Had a battery replacement wait time was 2 hours even tho I booked an appointment. Only downside is Apple really need to have more seating for its waiting customers!
J. G.
While the 'appointment-booking' process could be more efficient, I continue to be impressed with how the staff at Apple demonstrate what true customer service is. If something can't be fixed, replace it. They challenge their own policies (fixed warranty cover) and simply offer options that benefit the customer rather than the "computer says no" attitude I always prepare myself for. Great job Apple Covent Garden ;-)
R. H.
Very helpful and incredibly architected space.
J. T.
A nice open store that doesn't give you the sense of being crowded, even when it is. It has a large range of products and the staff are very friendly.
My visit to the genius bar was a bit frustrating as I was left waiting for 15 minutes despite having an appointment. Appointments for macbooks are very hard to get! The service I got was very good though.
H. C.
Best Apple store I've been too so far, of all the cities I've visited and had the opportunity to go into their Apple stores. The staff there are super friendly. There's a black guy there who joked about the new Star Wars movie with me. Fine lad.
F. A. (.
This Apple store is lovely. In the heart of Covent garden, it totally takes after the style of the neighborhood and offers you a nice shop where you can pass time.
D. F.
Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was buying an Apple Watch an apple store member/genius let me try on every strap before I bought the strap. He then went and had a look to see all the straps the had in small sizes they were incredibly helpful
C. O.
Had to wait to get into the shop but a texting service meant we could wander around Covant Garden rather than wait in a queue. Service was good and we sorted out the issues we were having with the iPhone.

Very well organized and the staff were super friendly too! Set up well to check peoples temperature, give out masks and hand sanitizer! No wait for me either as it was just a collection.
A. B. (.
Always busy but easy for me to get to. Placed an order got there with my confirmation email docs and I was out in a jiffy. Super service super friendly staff and while I was there I spent 10min looking on how to edit videos on iMovie on the live big screen demonstration.
S. O.
Great if you are an apple fan. Not for me though, but nice to get out of the cold for a bit. I don't really understand a huge warmed store for a few items, but there we go. 5 stars for what it is.

People there are so friendly and helpful. I unlocked my IPad in less than 10 minutes. Nice atmosphere and I will back there again for sure
S.
Good open space and was seen to quickly on my genius booking. Friendly staff and comfortable environment. Best apple store in UK.
A. P.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff
M. A.
love the shop!
D. D.
I've brought my laptop in a couple times for hardware problems no and talked to a number of different techs. They've all been very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable - once even pointing out I was eligible for a free fix for a display issue that I hadn't noticed. Even though I try to avoid covent garden in general, I'll definitely come back here if I have more issues!
M. S.
The service, as with most Apple stores, is attentive and knowledgeable. They focus on educating you, then selling as they know their products are expensive.
They also have great events here on some evenings but they are busy so precook!
M. R. H.
Whenever I'm around, I always find an excuse to pop in here just to browse all the products. Luckily, they have enough desks and friendly staff that don't make me feel uncomfortable for just hanging around. Speaking of the staff - I've had very pleasant experience here on a couple of occasions as both my iPad and iPhone had problems within days of buying. But the guys were very helpful and quick in resolving the situations. Whatever and whenever I decide to buy next from the Apple range of products, it will definitely be from this place.
C. M. J.
I had to take my 27” iMac in for repairs- I am very busy and stressed about a deadline so I didn’t arrive in the best of moods.
First an associate kindly offered to carry my heavy computer up to the 2nd floor for me
Then, the genus bar employee, Hamid (I hope I am spelling that right!) was so friendly and so competent I forgot how stressed out I was. He is BRILLIANT. Whatever he is earning it should be more. Thanks again, Hamid!
E. D.
I love this store and I've had some of the best customer service here too.
One particular time I went to buy some Mac accessories for my fiance last christmas. He was in the shop with me but looking at products. They were discrete, quick with taking payment, and helped me hide the presents in an unmarked bag. Friendly, helpful staff and would go back here anytime, which I generally do every time I am I am in Covent Garden.
H. L.
I don't often review shops (as opposed to cafes or restaurants), but the service I received at this store was noteworthy enough that I decided to do so in this particular case.
My iPhone had managed to kill itself in a particularly creative and annoying manner, and while the store were unable to fix the problem, the Apple Genius (tm) that helped me was really friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile in terms of guiding me through what the next steps of the process with insurance companies etc. were likely to be. If it hadn't been for him, the whole (already extremely stressful) process really would have been enough to drive me away from iPhones for good, so if anyone in Apple is reading this, it's probably worth giving this store a pat on the back for retaining a customer!
P. I.
I visit as a Business customer, that means that I have to deal with Covent Garden Business for more than personal devices. It is generally a good service, BUT:
> Post product release it's not a pleasant visit. There is no staff surge to reflect the customer surge.
> Repair times are always great, but out of warranty repairs are often 20% to 30% of the initial price which makes it prohibitive.
> You can get different stories from two geniuses, even when booking an appointment in advance you can still expect to wait at least 20 minutes if not more in surge times.
> My last trip took and hour from start to finish with a booking and most of it was wait time.
TL;DR - Long wait times, but worth the wait as service is always great and helpful. Can be expensive.
R. W.
I bought my ipad here in October. I couldn't get over how aesthetically pleasing the store was. I could live there. The staff were lovely, I was served by a man on his first week there and I couldn't have asked for anyone nicer. I gave him an outstanding review online. So so pleased.
C. R.
This place has a really beautiful aesthetic. However, it's less of a store and more of a tourist hotspot/hangout. I got really frustrated trying to shop for a new MacBook when all of the display models were being used by people browsing Facebook (or watching movies illegally online). They need to decide if they want to be a store or internet cafè.
C. C.
Very well organized and the staff were super friendly too! Set up well to check peoples temperature, give out masks and hand sanitizer! No wait for me either as it was just a collection.
J. H.
Super crowded (normal for this chain), and it seemed like the employees couldn't be bothered to help us out. We ended up leaving and taking our business to a small shop. If your repair can be made that way, I would recommend avoiding this store. (Which is why I am a 'droid guy anyway!)
J. S.
Extremely quick and easy iPhone replacement. Was seen very quickly and my phone was replaced in minutes, thank you so much Michael at the genius bar! Best apple store i have ever been to, the staff are knowledgeable and experienced
P. M.
Great place to find food and a good time
A. G.
I had a brilliant experience. Served quickly and the assistant was lovely!!! I was there for the purchase of a Mac Air and a few accessories and I really could not fault the service I received. Outstanding..Visited the Apple Store again. Jake the genius was brilliant!!!! Great staff!!
U. F.
One of the best Apple stores in the UK. Great customer service here, along with fantastic and awesome products, such as: iPhones, MacBooks, and HomePod.
Would recommend if you live close, parking is a sore however
T. S.
Excelent, they let me in very quickly at the time of my appointment and they fixed my issue super fast.
J. W.
I cannot praise Apple service too highly. Sam, who is extremely competent and efficient, got my oldish MacBook Pro functioning again, after a malware attack. My experience at the Covent Garden store was an exceptionally positive one, and will make me an Apple fan for ever.
M. R.
16 Jun 2020 I went there to repair my IPhone . Lady was very kind and very professional . I don’t remember her name .Employee Number 973644510. BRILLIANT customer service. Many thanks
U. B.
Fantastic experience as always with the staff here in particular Kia in helping me upgrade my wife’s phone to the new 11Max Pro. She was helpful, attentive, friendly and personable, so much so we discussed in depth the love we have for our pets and how silly we all are giving them instagram accounts. Point is, Kia made the trip one to remember so thank you!

The building itself that is Apple store is based in is beautiful. Nice and open spaced, there will always be a blue t shirt wearing Apple person around to answer or help with any queries. Very friendly staff, and all of the company's products are on display around the store for anyone to play with. Also, make sure to connect to their free and fast wifi!

Like all Apple Stores, this place is full of love and details. It's a wonderful place for all tech lovers. It's not as good as the Regents Street Apple Store (one of the best in the world I'd say) but is always nice to get in and take a look.

iPad has given up completely, booked in with the store this morning. Seen within 10 minutes, ipad beyond repair so given a new replacement on the spot, brilliant! All done in half an hour.

The minimalist design ambitions have been totally negated by the throngs of tourists desperately trying to trade money for shiny things. When I went there were 75-100 employees working there and I still couldn't find someone free to help me check out. Yikes!
I do give them credit for having a great curated selection of non-Apple products though. I picked up the Ollolens for my iPhone and it is great!

Just wanted to write Finn a thank you note. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Thanks again for your help Finn!

It’s your typical Apple store, complete with display tables, Apple support staff, and plenty of shoppers. The location is really convenient and the service is up to par with Apple stores around the world. The surrounding areas of Covent Garden though make this a prettier place to shop than other Apple stores in the UK.

Like any other Apple Store a great place to charge your devices, browse the latest from the fruit company and get help when you need some. On the first floor (second if you are American) there is some quite open space if you want to get some work done.

Large store over several floors. If you love Apple then you should visit - there's plenty to look and try. The staff are busy and, while as helpful and friendly as possible, they're constrained by Apple's policies which can sometimes be frustrating and expensive. It's always best to book for an appointment if you need them to look at your device, but even so these can be delayed.

It serves the public really well and staff are very friendly. I particularly enjoyed taking part in the learning experience which is located near to the front of this store.

Not a big apple fan with regards to their hardware, but as a store amazingly constructed space, with knowledgeable staff and great looking products.

One of Apple's famous stores, this one does not disappoint. An utterly unexpected interior, with some fascinating details. You do not feel like you're in a computer store. It's something you have to experience, really. Lots of stairs. And I do mean lots.

This store is massive set over at least three floors. Anyone every wanting to see what the profit margin of Apple is should just stand in this store. …

It was so nice to buy a new iPhone when all the workers was so nice and lovely explain to me everything I need to know and let me go with a big smile on and a new Iphone

Once inside because of Covid19, various protocols etc, the service was first class.

Good design and ambient to be. The complete Apple line is on display to make sure it's easy for you to make a decision. On the other hands the products don't get less overpriced because of the presentation...

This is a tough one, apples ethics are rather questionable when it comes to sustainability and its treatment of contractors. However I have an oldish ipad and iphone and have found staff very helpful when I have a tech issue. Will i be re buying apple products when they break though (no)

Went and got a battery replaced on an IPhone. You could be sitting there for hours and no one will care...
The place is constantly busy. There are no toilets for customers. Nearest one you have to pay £2 to get in, located inside Covent Garden.

The store itself is obviously nicely designed (i wouldnt expect much else). I went to buy a set of earphones from the store which were relatively expensive. Unfortunately they were faulty right from the start. The Apple sales assistant gave an immediate refund but did say he would inform the manager to consider stopping stock of that item. In terms of customer service though 10 out of 10 on this occasion but shame about the product.

Went in for a repair to my MacBook Pro. Staff were friendly enough but the waiting time was just ridiculous. Granted I didn't have an appointment but they amount of money Apple charge for thier products you would think they could employ more people to speed up the wait times.

I always enjoy popping in the Apple Store just for a quick walk around - the staff are friendly and it's a really relaxed atmosphere. I'm writing this review to say just how amazing an experience I've had when I had to bring my MBP in because the trackpad had died on me the previous night. I had no appointment but I was helped along and within a few minutes, a Genius helped sort my problem out and carried out many other tests just to ensure that my computer was ready and functioning well. And all this on Christmas Eve, right before closing for the holidays!

Great building...too many staff?

Went in today to get some advice on an iPad which I am hoping to purchase soon. Was helped by a brilliant guy called Dale - his customer service was out of this world. He was approachable, friendly and VERY patient with my endless questions, bless him! Extremely knowledgable about the products and was very honest in his answers, which is very refreshing. I never felt like he was pushing me into any particular purchase but rather that he listened to my requirements and was able to find the iPad that best suited me. He spent a considerable amount of time with me and then took a step back when I wanted to handle the iPads to get a feel of them. So so impressed with the service I received - will definitely be going back! Thanks Dale!

Member of staff was almost unaware of a business team in the same building as them. If I hadn't been told on the phone to apple already that there was a business team then I would have been sent away...

Great instore experience, great to be back in store, really well staffed and helpful!

I went to the store to feel the Apple experience, but I felt I would get better served by buying online. The employee wasn't engaged at all. I went there to buy a couple of phones and some protective covers but only bought the phones. As I said, not so great experience.

Staff isn’t friendly they literally judge the people so easily.
