My partner bought an accessory that wasn't what he expected it to be. He returned to the shop without a receipt as he paid with his card that didn't generate a receipt. However, the apple staff were still helpful and managed to track the purchase via card purchase records. The staff handled the refund, and following correct purchase for him. He's very happy with the service rendered and I thought I'll let everyone know that the staff at Stratford apple store are so friendly, helpful and understanding!It's so pleasant to have such positive aftersales support experience!

Service was good had a reservation for iPhone battery replacement at 11am came in waited 5 minutes for someone to check me in and hand them my phone was told to comeback at 11:50am. I came back at that time and my phone was ready paid then left. It wouldn’t have been possible to do that without a reservation since their walk ins get booked right away

Although I'm disappointed in how Apple policies towards product standards and replacement guidelines have changed completely for the negative, I have to say that the genius bar people are still as eager to help as ever. Nathan went above and beyond to try and solve my issue and I could feel that he was 'on my side' throughout. Even though we didn't solve my issue in the way that I felt was right (this was due to Apple's policies) Nathan made sure to provide several other alternatives to fix my iPad by going through the seller instead of Apple directly. He also made sure I had everything I needed to have a successful claim through the seller. Thanks again Nathan - you are a credit to this store and to Apple. If it wasn't for you my experience wouldn't have been as positive and this would have been a 2/5 rating instead.

Had a nice time here today with Dill, the guy at the Genius Bar who helped me with my MacBook Pro 2017 issue. I needed a fresh install of macOS because of a drive related issue and he was able to swiftly and efficiently help me in a decently short time.

I came to Apple in Westfield for my appointment. Due to my apple watch konking out on me, the agent struggled to fix it and said it would cost £149. I wasn't happy it's not the sort of money you would want to spend before your birthday or christmas. However the staff member was polite and attentive, he explained if he couldn't be fixed they will send me a new apple watch. Which they did and I received it within 3 working days, this is a very busy store my advice is to book an appointment in advance-They had over an hour wait time for walk ins.

I bought a magsafe silicone case for IPhone 13 Pro in Westfield Stratford Apple Store. After a month, it chipped on the side (see attached photo). It didn’t fall or anything so I was quite surprised given the price. I googled previous customers all over the world who had the same issue and their experience in returning the product was quite lengthy and not straightforward.
However with Westfield’s Apple Store my transaction didn’t even take longer than 5 minutes. I just showed them my casing in a box and receipt, no questions asked they gave me a new one. They didn’t even blink. Apple Westfield you made one customer very happy.

The service at the store was amazing. The Apple Genius that helped me was very knowledgeable and efficient, I wish I remembered his name to let his managers know. He was clearly exhausted and still delivered a top notch service, very polite and helpful. He even helped me out with connectivity issues that didn't have anything to do with Apple! He was also a clear communicator (yes/no answers), which is so so important when trying to explain anything. My laptop's battery was replaced in a day and I was thrilled about it.
Here's the thing... I can't give it five stars. I edited this review, it used to be 1 star before I got to the store. They were unable to answer the phone even through Apple Support (the number links to them directly - not even sure if it rings!) and at 10AM, the opening time. We tried them 3 times up until 10:30. Other reviews even said there aren't that many customers in the morning, so what gives? You can't use the pandemic as an excuse, it's been over a year, if the appointments are booked in advance and there aren't many customers in the morning it just doesn't make sense, you need to adapt... if they hadn't had the battery in store and if it had taken longer than 10 days because of it I would have been very angry that I even had to make the journey. Perhaps letting Apple Support have access to each shop's information and stock, that could be solved easily.

A very quick visit as there was a stable queue building up. We did not have to wait in line as one of the four assistants, Tyler made it clear that we need not wait in line and then promptly booked a telephone appointment that would meet our need for the help required to sort out our iPhone. Call or go online first as they are extremely busy and being a main branch in London, everyone goes there. Go very early or long periods to wait before you can enter the store itself. Very quick and efficient staff are well trained to a standard of expertise. Or you could go spend the day out as the shops are good and plenty of places in the surrounding area to eat out, Westfield Stratford. A lot of culture and ambience to interest every taste. Well done to the Apple Team good customer care at the door, bless!!!

Depends what you want from an experience. Go to Oxford Street if you want to feel like a human being. Go to Stratford if you want an efficient, robotic shopping experience which will leave you exhausted, feeling like an ant and financially and spiritually poorer. On the plus side the Olympic park is great and the range of shops is really good, provided you don't die of sadness before you get to them.

Some staff are helpful and will book appointments for you other not so much, they will tell you that you should go online yourself and book an appointment. This shop is usually booked up on appointments so it is advisable you go and book yourself an appointment before you even waste time going all the way here.

A good place to get authentic Apple products. I go there when I want authentic Apple accessories. Some times, they are more expensive, but you know you are getting “the real McCoy”, lol.
Services are okay, but sometimes it could take a while to pay if you are in a hurry. There are no tills for payment like other stores. The trendy young staff milling around, answer your query and use the POS System to collect your payment. Receipts are printed or sent to your email depending on your preference.

Mike was helping me find a new phone to replace the stolen one and he went through all the steps to block my old account, ensure my information was safe, and assisted me with finding a new affordable phone that met all my usage requirements. A large store at Westfield. Everything's available. Quite busy after 11.00 to 13.30 and from 16.00. Most people in store are just coming there just to pass time. 8/10 people are visiting here to push time away. So it's a little difficult to get the staff's attention for any help. If you're here for after sale support you've to take appointment in store and wait. Waiting time's can reach upto hours so that's it.

I took my MacBook Pro 2012 to the Apple store because it had a blank screen with a question mark, did a bit of research before so I had an idea of what was going on but I thought let me take it to the professionals rather. The gentleman that assisted me was really professional, thorough and honest about the situation. He set me down and ran me through the process and broke down the fees for labor and so forth, the labor was going to cost £69.99 and the item being replaced was going to cost £14. Long story short, he gave me two options and saved me from spending £71.99.
We need more people like him that make you feel like you are getting assistance from your service provider and not the company making money from you all the time.

It's a good idea to book an appointment to save a wait in the queue. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Technically we were able to share how to manage Logic and Serato. Good advice given on what laptop and iMac to buy. Also Apple store will price match too. So once you decide on what you need/ want, see if can search for a cheaper price on the internet and request a price match. Make sure that you match the right spec of course.

I was very pleased today with my visit. Not only everyone was so explanatory, friendly and helpful, but they fixed both my phones (one of the i phones is for work).
I have been dealing for many months for several issues with the customer service over the phone, as it's hard to book an appointment in the shops. When it's an emergency, how can you book in advance? These things just happen, they should have personnel to deal only with these matters, not just new customers.
Anyway, today I was so lucky, because everyone knew their job (which is not the case for telephone support), they were quick, efficient and professionals. They really helped me and sorted out all the issues once and for all. It was unbelievable. I was socked. This is never the case with Apple. The telephone support has sent me a replacement device full of scratches, which is unacceptable.
Especially the two guys that took care of my cases were excellent. One of them was a blond guy in his late twenties, very knowledgeable.
The other one's name was Shola, I think this is the correct spelling. He was so great and polite and he was going through every single step and he was trying to help me to back up everything, so I won't lose all my important images/ files. Great experience with the staff in Stratford today, well done guys, amazing job.

Nice as all Apple stores. During corona it felt like you entering a prison, though. Guards everywhere, they drag you through a procedure of temperature taking, issuing a mask, checking you are wearing it, squeezing sanitiser for you, checking you applied it to your hands and keep watching you all time while you are in the store.

Large shop, full selection, great customer service. A large number of tech support reps makes repair waiting times quite short. The only thing I dislike is that when he shop is really busy with buyers, people who come to get help with their problems need to queue up outside the shop in the corridor and make appointment with one of the reps there. It feels like - "people who haven't become apple clients yet are more welcome to come in than existing clients needing service"

Big spacious store, has all the gadgets for apple fans. Banks of desks spaciously evened out where you can try the devices.
The shop floor is manned by a good number of staff that can easily be identified by their uniform.
Definitely worth a visit to see what's out there.

Well it's an Apple Store. It does as designed, sell decent looking but dated products at an eye watering price. If that's what you like then it's a good place to go. Lots of staff, lots of stock choices, displays to play around with in a very large footprint flagship store. Remember that all of that costs a lot of money which someone has to pay for. Yes you guessed it, YOU, the consumer. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, so at least you get good service, which is rare in retail these days. They even have a training person dishing out advise during demonstrations. As I said, if it's your cup of tea, then recommended.

My experience of the Apple Store was very good. I was able to check out the large screen computers and also to see how smooth they run. The mouses are quite unique as there are no buttons on it, so it is sensor activated. Also, a laptop and a computer screen was connected together so when another person came on the laptop it affected what was happening on the bigger screen. The size of the store is enough to fit about 100 people, and the service is always impeccable. It is located on the top floor of Westfield Stratford.

As with many reviews, I completely agree that there is no orderly system at Apple Stratford City. Despite already having an appointment booked, I had to ask 3 staff members (who kept referring me to "that guy") before being booked in at the Genius Bar. Also, there is only one guy dealing with appointments/ collections, so prepare yourself for a long wait. Luckily Mr Genius was an absolute genius, so this eased my displeasure. The staff at the Bar were very friendly and nice and my faulty speakers were fixed in a few hours. However, again, there was no orderly system during collection and a lady who checked in after me was attended to before me (!?) Overall not a BAD experience, but they definitely need to improve their appointment/ checking in/ collection system.

I felt the covid measures were a bit over the top here, before you go into the store you have to put on a mask and have your temperature taken. They supply masks. I was not allowed to browse on my own, I had to browse with a member of staff, that isn't what I call browsing.
I felt that although the members of staff were polite I was a bit put off afterwards because the Covid measures were too strict, and that's just because Apple has a very high share value imo, not good. Why don't they just copy what other stores are doing 😐

The staff here are really pleasant, and they are very friendly when your in a pickle. The store is huge, so if your after something specific I’m sure this is the store for you. It can however be extremely busy and crowded, and that can be the killer in the buzz of enjoying this store. It’s best to pop in on a weekday as it’s less of a mad house, but it’s definitely a store that ticks all the boxes when it comes to product range and experience!

I think a lot of the negative reviews on how long it takes is unreasonable. The traffic through this store is extremely high, it's just not reasonable to walk in off the street with an issue and expect to be seen. You can book an appointment easily and I've always been well looked after.

I went to apple store for my apple iPhone as it wasn’t turning on, I was worried I might have lost all my data. The apple advisor or technician was very helpful. He sat with me had a look at my phone and was explaining to me what’s happened to it and the steps for bringing it back to working condition. He restored the device. Luckily I had my iCloud backed up so I didn’t lose any of my data. My phone is working great and Fully updated. Thank you apple for your help.

Helpful staff, but always have to wait long periods until an appointment is available at the Genius Bar. Apple products have been straight forward to deal with, but 2 pairs of beats headphones, both brought from this same Apple Store, which have played up 4 times in less than 1 year, are a nightmare to have replaced due to faults. Apple says this is because the are only the retailer and must order a warranty swap from the company. I dont need to know all the technical details, its just very inconvenient for me as each time it takes two appointments to have the problem sorted.

I had read the reviews for this Apple store and to be honest they didn't fill me with much hope so with much trepidation I booked an appointment with the Genius Bar to deal with a problem I had with my iPad.
I have to say the service was very good indeed. Even though I arrived 5 mins late for my appointment I was seen within 10 mins and my problem was resolved very quickly indeed. The staff were extremely helpful and checked on me whilst they dealt with other customers.
It was very busy (Friday 12.15 pm) so I would hate to see what it would be like on a Saturday!
I really cannot complain about my experience because it was a good one.

My five star rating is based on the experience my son and I had at the Apple coding summer camp, a free service to interest the next generation in coding and Apple products.
We had a great time over the three afternoons, there was not a single attempt to make a sale or promote a product even despite my requests for more info on buying a couple of bits... Their focus was on the kids, quite rightly.
I have been here on previous occasions and had mixed experiences- the negative experiences were always to do with Apple policy (MacBook graphics card had packed in, and although it was a 'know issue' with a recall on it I had NEVER been informed directly DESPITE them having full knowledge of which devices I own and how to get in touch with me). The staff have always tried their best to help me out in dead-end situations, even, occasionally, bending the rules or authorising out of warranty repairs on rare occasions.

After all the bad reviews, my expectations weren't that high; yesterday I took an iPhone 6s Plus to have the front screen replaced - arrived at 10h15 with no appointment, joined a queue, had my name added to the appointments list and got a text message at around 11h10 to go to the Genius Bar. Phone was diagnosed and taken in and I was advised to come collect it at 14h15 - which I did and it was perfectly fixed. Friendly staff through out, odd system of random queue spots but if you're prepared to wait and see it through, it's worth it. Plus Westfield Stratford is a great spot to while away the hours.

Upstairs in Westfield Stratford is this, the UK's busiest Apple store. Big and light and airy with lots of gear to try as with all Apple stores. Because it's so busy there can be long waits so its best to go weekday day times if you can. Staff are great, friendly, patient and helpful.

Went to an apple store 2months ago, they said the reciever of my phone was fine but it clearly wasnt- I still left thinking the "experts" were right! This was the Apple in islington- MR ISLINGTON. Spoke to Apple with online chat they said I would get a replacement for the store not fixing my phone. But when I went into stores the next day they just replaced the screen. Upset with the wait had to wait another hour.

This is a shout out to Johnathon and Polly who severed me today in sauna like conditions of the store.
I came to collect my phone that was in for replacement of the LCD because of dead pixels. When I collected the repaired phone, I noticed some screen alignment issues on the phone that was because of a slight bent on the back casing of the device.
Johnathon looked into the issue first, was really polite and apologetic, later Polly who took the case in her hands resolved the issue very poressionally.
I am honestly very happy for the service I have been provided, thank you guys and keep it up.

I recommend that employees brush up on (or acquire for that matter) some more knowledge on the products they're selling, especially accessories. I had to look up what I needed online and point it to the assistant after he looked a bit baffled and lost among the range they had at the store. Otherwise, they're very friendly and willing to be of help but that's not really possible if they lack the knowledge required for a proper consultation and useful advice to customers.

Amazing experience I walked in no appointment for a screen change on my iPhone X explained to a mr Jamison that I had a flight to catch in the evening and I needed my phone for my travels, the guy went out of he’s way to help me, introduced me to a team member called mr Bismil which booked my repair immediately!! The whole thing started at 10am I collected my phone just before midday. Bravo guys. This is the cream de la cream of customer service !

Great service and friendly staff. The store is located at Westfield Stratford City. Very spacious but always full with people. The store gets overcrowded especially during the weekends. Avoid weekends if you can, otherwise you will be waiting for hours to be served.

Another thing which was cool was that Apple has coding classes . But beware because most of the people there are around 5-7 years old(I learned that the hard way...)
We had to control robot ball things and they provided us with tablets so you don't need to bring your own. But if you do you need to download this app that is probably on their website.
Back to the store, it was really fun to explore the tablets and laptops and the latest phones
I already have this but I recommends that you get the Apple TV you can watch Netflix on it and also download some games. My family uses it a lot
But to be honest, I think that the one in convent garden is cooler because it has a bigger space

You have to stay twice in que if you want to buy cash you go straight otherwise wait in que some one will call you and if u havnt required documents your 40 minutes of wait is waisted.In my opinion in 1st time que if they ask cash or credit on the same time they should also ask for required documents as not every1 carries documents all the time, to save their own and customer time.

Well organised - went in without an appointment. Queued for one. Was given an appointment within 15 mins and advised to return in 2 hrs. Saw one of the many technicians who was fab and quick to diagnose the problem. Phone was taken behind the scenes for repair. I came back in 2 hours and all was well. Had a problem with my Iphone which I'd bought on an EE contract through Carphone Warehouse. The phone developed a screen problem around the one year mark. I originally popped into an EE store as my contract was with them but they just said it wasn't up to them and I should go see Apple - I won't dwell on the lack of customer service I received from EE in Camden.
I made an appointment with the genius bar at Apple in Westfield Stratford City and after examining my phone Declan confirmed there was a hardware issue. Have to say he went above and beyond to make sure my phone was fixed as quickly as possible and I'm very happy with the service I received from the Apple Store.
