With Pablo at AppleCore, I never felt for a second I was paying for services begrudgingly. Simply put, the man is as genuine, honest and reliable as they come. He talked me through the options for my dysfunctional MacBook Pro, and my concerns about a faulty power input on my iPhone. He came back quickly offering impartial advice and options available. Devices were fixed quickly and efficiently by him. I never had to worry about anything. Pablo genuinely enjoys what he does. He works methodically with care and attention to the details. I will definitely be using again in future and supporting the general ethical vision of AppleCore is an added bonus. I highly recommend you try him!

Had an amazing experience with Pablo! I phoned him after my late 2009 iMac "blew up" and short-circuited, expecting to be told that there was no hope for my computer. I was pleasantly surprised to be told he could fix it, for an extremely reasonable price AND that it could be fixed within the day. To add onto my amazement, it was fixed within the hour! He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and I know exactly who I will be calling should I have any other problems with my iMac or any other product. Thank you very much, Pablo!

I don't normally do reviews but felt I had to with Pablo. My MacBook Pro's battery was on the way out so I called to see if he could repair or replace. Pablo was able to do it within an hour at a very affordable price, and he even sorted out my phone charging port at no extra cost. On top of that, on discovering my Mac was in serious need of a clean he went above and beyond and threw it in at a discount. Now battery is like new and Mac is working great. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Pablo really knows his stuff when it comes to all Apple products and is excellent at explaining exactly what he's doing in layman's terms - he was able to repair my MacBook at a moment's notice after a huge spillage and even gave me an identical machine to use whilst he was working on mine - allowing me to keep working from home in the midst of lockdown. For a personal and expert service I can't recommend AppleCore enough!

What a great service, managed to restore my Apple Mac Air in 24 hours. I was really worried I would lose the data and AppleCore managed to get everything fixed and upgrade my laptop in 24 hours. The communication through out was excellent, really great service.

Honest pricing and very transparent with the assessment. I came over and talked about the water damage on my laptop. Other repair companies told me I needed a lot of components replaced. AppleCore gave me an assessment and clearly listed down what needed repair and what didn’t. Excellent service from Pablo. Even though he was on his way to Ikea he spend 20 minutes on the phone with me and fixed my issues, free of charge! Even if it wouldn't have been fixed I could bring my laptop to him and have it back same day. I was really in a hole and feeling desperate. I had just upgraded my computer to Macos hi Sierra. It turned from a reasonably fast computer to a piece of metal that would not respond even to a mouse click. To say that I was disappointed would be quite an understatement. I called Apple Core Services in desperation and panic, thinking that I would have to buy another hard drive plus another hard drive. Apple Core Services were able to calmly talk me through the problems that I was having and help me to troubleshoot. After about 20-minutes on the phone to apple core services my MacBook pro was restored to full working order. As they say in America Apple Core Services really came through in the clutch situation. I would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Extremely efficient, reliable and responsive, Pablo answer all your questions very clearly and in no time. He sorted out my Old Macbook and saved my files on an external drive, reset my system and all for an affordable price. He then was always happy to answer my questions when restarting softwares and passwords. He also before all, explained that if my computer wouldn't resuscitate, he was in a position to reuse some part and discount them form another laptop he'd have to offer - he clearly is interested in avoiding any waste and as a sustainable approach, so all in all : I will certainly go back to him if I ever need!

Since I have the top of the line iMac it would cost an arm and a leg to fix, and Pablo was honest and upfront about this. If you have a simple 'have you tried turning it off and on again?' query, call Apple. But if you have a serious/intractable/baffling issue, go straight to this guy. Apple won't spend hours hands-on sorting out a something really valuable to you that doesn't have standard solution, or which can't be fixed with 'buy a new one'. This man will though. The patience of a saint, the knowledge of an expert and a willingness to work through problems until they are fixed. A lot of great titles on his bookshelves too in case you need something to pass the time while the computers are doing their thing, too!
