This was my first visit to Compucare Centre. Mostefa added extra memory to my laptop which has vastly improved my laptop performance, as a result, I am able to carry out my work more efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and a reliable individual and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reliable repair services.

I was in tears when my PC displayed the ‘black screen of death.’ For a whole week, I had wasted time calling the manufacturer, who offered me phone support but couldn’t fix it remotely & l even went to a large PC company’s chain store whose technicians were unable to give me an idea of what they thought could be wrong from the symptoms l was describing, or even after having seen it. But as soon as l contacted Compucare, the owner Mr. M. told me straightaway what he thought the issue was most likely to be and he even gave me an estimate, saying he would be able to confirm the fault, & cost of repair (which was reasonable) when he sees my PC, & he did, after l had brought it in. He then said he would try to fix my PC within 24 hours and lo & behold, the day after, l received a call that my PC was ready!!! I couldn’t believe it, especially as all the other PC repair centres were telling me it would take from 14 to 30 days minimum to fix my PC Mr M. fixed it in 1 day! AMAZING MAN! AMAZING SERVICE!!!! I will never take my PC anywhere else!!!!

The guy who was fixing my computer (after it smashed and the mother board cable which needs to be connected to the screen went loose) managed to fix it in 2 hours for a reasonable and good price. It needed to be done quite quickly and he did just that. I reccommend this shop to all of you!
