Absolutely amazing service. He answered all my phone calls and pretty quick too. He even texted me the adress and helped me to find it through the phone. I took a gaming pc there and I told him some details (would not boot up at all). He emailed me an invoice of what it needs to be repaired THE SAME NIGHT and he asked me if he should proceed. The Pc was ready 2 days after I took it there. He had it ready and WORKING on a screen to check it myself! He even fixed some LED lights and added some missing screws. A true professional and a very good guy! Would definetly recommend! I even live a bit far from him but it was so much worth traveling there.

5/5 have a custom built pc that i built myself over 6 years ago. had a problem with usb 3.0 after updating windows 10 none was working. rang up n booked my pc to be looked at very easy n quick on top of that he managed to fix the issue by flash updating bios n just general checking over reinstalling drivers ect ect. (had my pc back in 24 hours) affordable, reliable. easy to get to. no brainer. p.s even does micro soldering for motherboard fixes. 10/10

My laptop suffered from BSoD to the point where I couldn't installed windows. Tried to resolve it myself with new M.2 drive & RAM but did not solve the issue. Initial call made on Thursday, spoke to Linas. I told him what the problem was and what I've tried to resolve so far. Unable to diagnose over the phone so agree to bring the laptop to him the following day. Friday, called again before heading out and gave Linas an ETA. When I got to South Woodford station, the premises was fairly easy to find ( Assuming you got out at the correct side of the station). However, there was no one in there. Shortly after, Linas came in and greeted me. I repeated what I said on the phone again. I I left my laptop with him and he took my details on the system. Shortly after, I received an email to confirm to service request. Saturday Mid-day, I received a call from Linas. He told me he had finished the diagnostic on the laptop and return with good news and bad news. He explained the findings and suggest possible courses of action. He also gave me reasonable quotes of the repair depends on the option I choose. Initially I've ask Linas to replace the faulty part as I don't want to lose any performance of my laptop. However, I have changed my mind over the weekend and settle with a limited but functioning CPU. After using the Laptop for a couple of days. CPU doesn't seems to limit/affect the software I use. From my observasion, Linas was pofessional, knowledgable and friendly. They've definintely earned my recommendation.

Took my laptop to these guys at 4.30pm on a Monday afternoon as I had a number of sticky/faulty keys on my MacBook Pro. Lee diagnosed the problem immediately. The keyboard was cleaned, faulty keys replaced and the laptop delivered back to me at home at 9am the next morning. Can't recommend Lee and these guys enough.

Dropped my laptop on its end with charger attached, which rammed the charging jack into the case, also damaged end casing. 8 years old? Worth replacing or fixing? Being an i7, with SSD & touchscreen, nearest new replacement £700+. Got a very reasonable quote for repair - new jack was fitted, and almost invisible repair on the end casing; this came in at 1/10th of a new laptop, and was completed in a couple of days. I'm well happy with that! Thank you very much.

Great service. They answer calls immediately and would have fixed my laptop within 1-2 days were it not for the pandemic-related problems with Royal Mail deliveries. I dropped the laptop off within an hour of making an enquiry, and the problem was immediately diagnosed and a very reasonable quote given (£85 for a fan and USB port replacement). They then kept me up to date with the delivery delays, and re-ordered the part from a different supplier to try and speed up the process (at no additional cost to me). This felt much safer than sending it off to an unknown company by courier, and was still quicker even with the unforeseen delivery delays that were beyond their control. Wholeheartedly recommend them, and good to support a local business :)

Really great service. Gave over my laptop details over the phone, received a text with the estimated cost for parts. Owing to the pandemic I was offered a drop off time for the same day. If the screen was in stock Lee said it would be repaired on the day. Lee also gave me all the info about how long it would be (roughly) if my screen type wasn't in stock. This place is brilliant. I had a CPU problem which most places said was unfixable. So I thought I was down £300. I dropped my PC to Lee at 10:30am and had it back at home and fixed by 1:30pm the same day. And it cost me £60. Lee is a guy who knows what he is doing, charges a fair price and gets it done quickly. Don't make the mistake of going somewhere else.

Excellent, prompt and honest service by Lee. I knew there was a problem with the hard drive and thought there were also screen connection problems. Lee was honest and told me there was nothing wrong with the screen when tested. He replaced the hard drive in my HP Envy laptop within a couple of days getting it back to working order. I spilled half a glass of water onto my mac air and had a bit of a panic attack as I am a student writing my dissertation/ didn't have my work saved. The mac air seemed to be working but I was scared so I powered it off. The next day, it wouldn't switch on. It was on a Saturday and I was worried to wait longer. I called up Computer repair LTD near my house and received an almost immediate response for me to bring in my computer within the next 30 mins. The engineer gave me an assessment and a very reasonably priced quote for the repair (1/3 the minimum price quoted by Apple) within the next hour. The damaged parts were replaced the next day and I was offered a home delivery service too. The mac air is working perfecly and I didn't lose any of my data. The engineer explained the damage that was done in detail and in a way that I, with limited computer knowledge, can understand. He also ensured a 6 month warranty service for the repair (most places only offered 3 months). I am very happy with the service and would recommend it to others as well.

Amazing service. I spilled beer all over my macbook air keyboard, messaged Computer Repair the same evening and brought my laptop over the next day. Got it back the next day: not only did they clean out the liquid, but they also went and fixed my keyboard which wasn't fit properly, and changed my battery. I used the mobile service that come round to your house. The engineer fitted my teenage son's new graphic card. Turned up when they said they would. No messing, no "oh you might need to buy this or that before we can sort your problem", just got on with it, efficiently, promptly and really reasonable charging too. Engineer recommended further improvement for better performance but no hard sell. No hassle and they provide a really great service, I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. This company is honestly the best repair service I have ever used. I completed swamped my laptop in a pint glass of water 2 days before my last final year exam. I contacted this company to inquire a price and within an hour I had a really friendly colleague travel into central london (on a weekday!) to collect my laptop. It honestly seemed too good to be true and I was second guessing if it was a scam cos I had just handed my laptop over to a stranger at the time! either way, I was contacted later in the day and given an extremely reasonable price to repair my laptop since I had visited apple and they told me my laptop was a write off and was already recommended me the purchase a new laptop! I agreed to the price and it was repaired by 9am the following day and dropped off again! later that day my charging port became faulty so I contacted the guy and he repaired my laptop within 15 minutes replacing another section of my laptop free of charge. This is the best service I have ever received and I cant thank the man who helped me, I didnt get his name but he was an absolutely life saver and I can't recommend this company enough. Will absolutely be using again

Was so impressed with this service. My Macbook Air was dead after stupidly spilling a glass of red wine onto it. After being told by my local shop that it would take 14-21 days I phoned CR Ltd and was told it would take 1-2 days. Not only that but my mac would be collected and dropped back for no extra charge other than the cost of the repair. I thought it was too good to be true and was worried that something wasn't right. I didn't need to worry - my dead laptop was delivered back to me the next day for the cost originally quoted and is working perfectly as if the wine incident had never happened.
