My laptop works so much faster and better after a healthcheck at Core. I've used this firm before and these guys can definitely be recommended. Ddarren resolved the issues with my Dell Inspiron laptop and also gave me useful advice about options in the future. This firm can be trusted and I will use them again.

Used these guys a few years back to help set up our iMac at home. Due to just having just had a baby and unable to visit the shop they were flexible to do a home visit for me. Really patient and thorough..Ive since returned and happy that the 5STAR service has remained! Price is very reasonable especially as its been a personal catered 121 service. They have been a pleasure to deal with and I really appreciate their time, advice and willingness to go the extra mile. Thanks so much boys, no doubt I'll be back!!

SERVICE EXCELLENCE!! What great service! Saturday and I arrived at 10am with my Macbook not working and they had the parts in stock and as promised called me by 12 to say my Mac was fixed, and the price was reasonable too. Pleasure to do business with a small company like this who clearly cares and is not there to rip off customers. Well done (sorry i don't remember your name) and if more businesses would take a leaf out of your book they would make a lot more clients happy!

These guys were excellent. My Mac had some issue called an 'invalid sibling link' which is beyond the skills of most amateurs to resolve. The team here gave very clear, sensible advice and there was no effort to charge more than their minimum rate for the work required. The combination of their professionalism, willingness to discuss and advise on options, and collect-and-return service (same day) means I'd strongly recommend using this shop. Outstanding.

Over the last 5 years I have found Core Technical Solutions to be a flexible, reliable and professional business able to provide telephone, remote and onsite support. They have helped our business roll out computers, mobile devices, servers, CCTV camera systems and on/off site backup solutions. They have also helped with repairs and upgrades saving me time and money when others businesses have advised me to replace. Fantastic and friendly service from James at Core Technical Solutions . I took in my Mac Book Air with a stubbornly full hard drive one evening just before they closed. James called me back within half an hour to explain what the issues were and his proposed solution. I went back the following evening to collect the Mac with a lot of space freed up, significantly extending the Mac's useful life

We've used The Core for years. They are completely excellent. Fast, efficient, know everything you could possibly need to know and can sort any problem out - no matter how small or large. The reviewer who says they're rude and attacked her is talking complete rubbish. Ignore.
