I just got my computer back today and I am so so happy with the repair job. The data processor was replaced and now I can finally get on with work without the slowness and constant rebooting. As ever E-Computing are incredibly helpfl & reassuring & don't make you feel any question is too daft. I went in as I thought my Mac was making strange noises. They happily gave it the once over & pronounced it in fine working order & gave it a good clean. No charge, just part of their service to locals. Had an issue with my macbook pro that apple tried to charge me half the original price of the laptop for - stating it was an issue that it couldn't have been. After some searching came here. They quickly identified the issue, ordered the parts (which was delayed) and kept me updated on progress and ETA. Price was a fraction of what I would've paid at apple. Can't recommend them enough!

GOT A BATTERY REPLACEMENT DURING A PANDEMIC!! My beloved Macbook pro of 7 years had its first battery change and New thermal paste installed from E computing. They were able to replace the battery with a New Genuine Apple battery. Super friendly staff I had a hard drive which died and they attempted cleaned my laptop, the fans and tested if they would be able to recover the data from it. Even though they couldn’t as the hard drive was dead they didn’t even charge me anything after spending a good 15-20 minutes helping me. I went back to get the replacement with them due to the incredible service!

Friendly. Quick..solves Mac and PC problems! I have used these guys for the best part of 10 years. I deal with Amar usually, he is very knowledgeable and very friendly, as are all of his staff. They also do backups and are located in Balham.

Asked for my screen to be replaced. Quoted the £35 for 'looking at it' (The screen was broken) plus £140 for a replacement screen. A google search shows I could buy one for £80 (Confirmed with another shop and original seller) so that's what I did. Emailed that I would like to pick it up and not ready "assumed we would get the job" Low expectations poor reality. Update: The Team at E-computing kindly got back in touch and went the extra mile to solve the problem I ad. They were patient whilst I was away and upon my return solved the issue by replacing my screen from another supplier. I am very pleased with the work done. Things go wrong, how you react is what counts.

I have used e-computing for years, they built my PC so on the few occasions something goes wrong they can simply replace it. I also bought refurbished lap-tops for me and my children from here and all have proved excellent value for money. They offer good advice (I get my anti-virus protection and cloud storage via them) and I always feel I am being charged a fair price. My Issue: Needed my computer formatting and restoring with windows 7 being reinstalled as I was having issues. They welcomed me in on a busy Saturday afternoon and took the time to listen to my request. Within 4hours they had fixed the issue and returned my laptop, cleaned and in perfect (if not better) working condition at a good price for what was needed to be done. Why can't all computer repair shops be like this one. I will now only return to use these guys in the future..... I've been using E-computing for 15 years now and the service is always very helpful and friendly. recently took my laptop there after it stopped working right in the middle of a very important work project. they diagnosed the problem immediately as i needed to know if it was totally dead or not so i could complete the project. they managed to fix it in 2 hours on an express repair which was fantastic and a huge relief to me - thank you e-computing!!

Can't recommend this shop highly enough. My laptop had the blue-screen-of-death. I took it in and they explained the things that might have gone wrong, the charges under the various scenarios, and promised to attend to it right away. Within 3 hours, I got a text message saying it was ready for pick-up!! I was expecting it back in 3 days. The laptop is completely back in order (they even installed a month's free anti-virus software). Ray was courteous and prompt all throughout. Knowledgeable and impeccable service. Highly recommend!

We discovered e-computing about 10 years ago and can’t sing its praises highly enough – Omar and his team deserve way more than a mere five stars. They’ve handled our computer needs and problems since then brilliantly, doing everything from building a new desktop to our specifications, upgrading operating systems, transferring data, sorting out and setting up a new router, and most recently, supplying a new desktop and new laptop with Windows 10, together with cloud storage. They really know their stuff, carefully researching equipment and programmes, and their advice is invaluable. In addition, they never try to sell you things you don’t need – and indeed will tell you if you’re asking for something in that category – and their prices are very fair. For a modest fee, they’ll also come to your home and set up equipment for you – when we had that done with our new Windows 10 desktop, Samuel even took the extra trouble to optimise our old printer. Knowing e-computing is a phone call away means there’s no longer any need for panic or anxiety, hassle or worry, if something goes wrong or we need new equipment.

Unbelievable!! On Friday morning I dropped off my lap top,which had been playing-up for some time, to E-Computing,. I was prepared to be told to trash it and get a new one.On Saturday morning, E-Computing contacted me to say that my computer was ready. When I asked the price, I was shocked. For less than the cost of a bottle of quality wine, my computer was mended. When I picked up my lap top, I celebrated with a couple of glasses of Rose at the wine shop next door. Quick, great service at a price that will surprise you. And next to a quality wine shop!! Lucky to have these guys near by.

We've always had very patchy WiFi reception in some bits of the house Had previously used self-selected and installed power-line adapters with unimpressive results. Aamair came to assess the problem, recommended an ubiquiti amplify mesh thingy plus t-plus WiFi extender thingies. Then came and installed everything on a Friday evening. Excellent, polite, friendly & knowledgeable service gave me the confidence that I was buying the right equipment. Reception is now super fast everywhere in the house & garden. Result! I can really recommend these guys.

Had a problem with what turned out to be my HDMI/DVI monitor cable. Originally went in with motherboard, which they tested to be okay with their power supply and display. Then took it home and reconstructed the desktop. Took it back for them to test. Again it worked. It was then they advised to bring cable and monitor. Tried the monitor with their own cable and it worked. Three trips and around 30 minutes or so and I bought a new HDMI cable from them. Paid £10 for services, but very satisfied. Highly recommended and friendly service.
