Job well done on two items. My old phone stopped working, they got it going within mins and didn't charge me. Also, they assessed the charge port on my tablet as faulty (not battery failure as I thought) and replaced it, I was able to collect later that day. Fair price charged. Courteous and efficient service received. Very pleased with results.

I don't normally bother to leave feedback or write reviews but i thought the guys at Gumtek deserved one! I recently had a operating system issue with my laptop that was quite tricky to fix. I brought it to Gumtek and they were able to fix it promptly. I later brought the said laptop back with another issue and they resolved that too. for a small local business they're professional and fairly priced with good customer service!

I broke the screen of my laptop and after being told it was obsolete but I could use an external monitor I went to see if Gumtek might have a cable and monitor I could buy. When the wonderful guys there took a look at it they said we can repair it. I am beyond happy with the work they have done and I have now got a fully functioning laptop back and all in super quick time and at a very reasonable cost. I would absolutely recommend Gumtek, they’re the best!

Brilliant service and would highly recommend. Clear and concise communication on initial call. Dropped off my son’s PS4 on monday and was fixed and ready to pick up the next day. On drop off was given a brief overview of what needed fixing and what the turn around would be. Excellent and good value

I recently went in to get my phone repaired, the job they've produced was just amazing. I had no hopes for that phone to be repaired but, all thanks to their professional engineers and members of staff, i managed to get the phone repaired as well as saving a lot of memories which i had in the phone. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!

Went to fix my computer and my phone. The staff was very professional. I was told by Apple that my phone cannot be fixed but the engineers in the shop fixed it in no time. Very fast and reliable service. Highly recommended.
