This was the easiest repair experience I've ever had. I brought my Macbook to them on Saturday and picked it up on Tuesday afternoon. All my previously downloaded software was there; I just opened it and it was like it never broke. Everyone is lovely in there, I'd be happy to use this service again.

Fantastic service from Norman and the team. I took a 9 year old MacBook Pro that wouldn’t boot up, and was told there was a £42 diagnostic fee. I was hoping for free diagnostics but went with it. Within a day they had found the issue (fouled connections in the back of the machine), cleaned them up and then tested it. There was no charge beyond the diagnostics. They gave me clear advice at no charge on how to upgrade the hardware which I have now started with and it’s made a world of difference to my old MacBook Pro, which is running smoothly again. BEST APPLE SERVICE IN LONDON I brought in a MacBook with a damaged screen. Not only the team helped me to claim warranty but also the service itself was amazingly fast. To change the display it took a bit more that 24 hours which I extremely appreciate because I use my computer to work. There was a clear communication. They kept me updated on the situation so I could plan my work regardlessly. Recommend!

Have been fighting Apple to have a faulty keyboard fixed (known issues confirmed by Apple Stratford) on my MacBook Pro for a year with no luck, but dropped it into Honeylight Computers on a Wednesday afternoon, they ordered the required parts that day and the repair was ready for collection before the end of the next working day - and THIS is what anyone that uses a MacBook for their income needs right?
