E. P.I went in this morning after a very disappointed appointment at the Apple store in Regent Street. Michael was super helpful, very nice and with a lot of knowledge. He was able to fix the laptop in only 10 minutes free of charge and he also gave me some tips on how to prevent similar problems in the future. I can't thank him enough for his precious time and help. Avoid Apple Store and support more independent and professional shops! Well done.

My Macbook Pro met the end of it's life after 9 years but fortunately Michael was able to save my data.

A. U.Excellent! My MacBook hadn’t been turning on for about a week and I kept putting off figuring out where to take it to see if it could be fixed. Booked it in this place as it was closest to me, via the Apple support website. It’s 6 years old so was half expecting it to be beyond repair but the guy fixed it on the spot in 10 mins. Super happy.
M. M.Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. I was over in London for 1 week and unfortunately only had a South African plug on my laptop. I had been searching for a different adapter with no luck. the Gentleman at Honeylight Computers was able to find me an old adapter which would work, and gave it to me for free, as he stated he couldn't charge me for something he didn't believe had value. He was a life saver in this account, and a absolute gentleman to give it over for free.
Its rare to meet people in business who still operate in this honest and gentleman like fashion.

P. L.Contacted Honeylight regarding a MacBook Pro battery service. Took it in, 5 mins test confirmed it needed replacing. Said it would take 3-5 days. It was ready less that 24 hours later. Excellent service will definitely use them again
