I went to iMakr on their opening day in the East End of London (so many years ago!), and purchased an Up! (having only had a home built machine previously). That little machine was incredible and enabled me to dispense with 3D printing services (except for metal). A few years later, I managed to get their demonstration Cubicon 3DP-110F at a price that I could afford and it has never let me down... if there is a better machine with a Mac interface, please let me know. My only gripe is that the Cubicreate software does not run on later versions of the Mac OS, so I have to run an older OS on a virtual machine. Whenever I have had technical issues, iMakr have been brilliant. Today, for instance, they sent Tom to change the pogo board (since I am a little disabled at the moment)... great chap who solved the problem. These are people who care about 3D printing, which is such a great community that loves sharing. Treble thumbs up! My other main printer is a Form 2, having had both the Form 1, which I originally backed on Kickstarter, subsequently upgrading to the Form 1+, and when the 2 came out I donated it to the local maker space (together with the Up!), where they are both doing sterling service. The Form Labs people are really helpful too... 3D printing has changed my life.

I don't usually write reviews. I must get twenty requests every week to write them. But in the case of iMakr I decided to write one. In short they are just good at their job. They are polite, helpful and I keep looking for the catch! There doesn't seem to be one. I have bought two 3d printers from them over two years and in both cases all the staff have been terrific. I have no hesitation in recommending them

It did arrive securely packaged in good condition and was relatively easy to set up. Great service. Was out of stock but called me as soon as it arrived. They are only 20 minutes away so they arranged for a same day collection which I organised with a local taxi firm. The product was a Snapmaker 2.0 Enclosure, great quality, great instructions, and fantastic product.
