M. K.Very friendly staff, it opens before 9am compared to most printing shops in the area and it has very good prices for printing A4 pages!
N. L.For the exchange office. I go there regularly and the rate is very correct each time to obtain Books (difference with the average rate 1.4% today). So if you are getting off the Eurostar it is ideal, rather than in the station.
Clarification, it's the same rate as the office in Tottenham Court Road, while on Oxford Street and the surrounding area it's a good rip-off.

S. B.Truly great customer service! I popped in to buy a power bank, and not only they helped me chose one, but also made sure that it charges my phone by testing it with the appropriate cable. Very happy!
L. M.Wow! Outstanding service and very professional. About five months ago I bought a charger for my Macbook air from them and just yesterday it broke. There was nothing wrong with the exterior of the cord, so it must have broke inside. I was really bummed out and I thought I was going to have to buy a new one, but I remembered what the guy who had sold it to me said. He said: "if you ever have any problems with it, bring it back and I'll be happy to help." Anyways, I went back and they did help me! They were very understanding and replaced my charger.
M. M.Most of the computers are running older operating systems, fairly priced. Photocopying is available here at 50p per black and white copy. There is also a mobile phone repair shop in the same vicinity. Staff are all friendly and helpful. I remember a money exchange desk in the shop too.
