My laptop was damaged from water spillage. Took it to the shop, paid 18 pounds for them to take a look at it. Called me back, explained the problem, we discussed possibility of changing motherboard but he would first tried to clean it with chemicals for a lot less cost, and it worked. Quite happy with the service, the speed and the cost. I thought they were honest, they could have insisted on changing the motherboard and charging more money but they did not, they helped to solve the problem in the most economical way possible for the client. Same day delivery.

Staff were friendly and helpful, I had a broken laptop hinge and they said they would perform a diagnostics first at cost of £18 (non refundable) and would call me later with diagnostics report and ask if I wanted to proceed with the repair the £18 would come out of the total cost. Which I agreed to. My laptop was fixed within less than hour, same day. They didn't call me to ask if I wanted to proceed with repair which meant I had to pay the final total cost. Because they forgot to call, they did give me a generous discount and cleaned my laptop fan. I have had my laptop back for 3 days now so I can't say for sure whether they did a great lasting repair job. The invoice comes with a 3 month hardware warranty. I would recommend this place and I would go again.
