D. H.I found Tsvetan's company online after my laptop stopped charging, the reviews where really good and I looked on his website which was very informative.
Rang him and organised to take my laptop round that evening, he explained the process and that it was at 'no fix, no cost'. Before going to bed that evening I got a text message informing me that my laptop was fixed and collected it the next day.
He was incredibly professional, even down to answering the door with a mask on which we very much appreciated.
