I don’t usually write reviews unless I am impressed by the service. Laptoptechs were great, I sent them an email around 2 am on Saturday to ask if they could fix my Macbook Air screen as quickly as possible as I needed it for my work next on Monday and they gave me a reply by 8 am with a price quote! I sent several businesses messages but they didn't even reply me (but to be fair, it was a weekend). The next morning I went down with my girlfriend the next morning and they had it fixed in 4.5 hours. The price was also very reasonable at £180 instead of the £290 Apple tried to charge me. Will definitely refer my friends to them if they ever need their phones or laptops fixed

Best Repair service. I had an upgrade issues with my Macbook Pro, a bit old 5 years to be precise. I was trying to enhance its life. LaptopTechs helped me solve graphics chip problem since the screen was not powering up and the battery needed changing. I couldn't have done it without laptopTechs Technical help. I needed to replace the keyboard on my MacBook Pro 15”. I rang up Laptoptechs to get a quote for the keyboard replacement. They offered me a fair price quote, but also encourage me to try and do it myself. Well - I managed to damage the very fragile cable attached to the start button and was basically screwed! They helped me diagnose the issue, get the Macbook Pro fixed and keyboard replaced the very same day, which was critical I was getting on train to Scotland that evening and I was looking at having to buy a new Macbook Pro! Fantastic service. Laptoptechs replaced my iMac HDD with an SSD and gave it general enhancement, all very satisfactory in terms of their work and absolutely first turnaround, in terms of the customer service and communication very good. Reinstall of operating system. Was trying to enhance the performance, by getting information on line, the whole windows got corrupted, coundn't restarted and the hard disk crashed. Fearing my documents, photos, all music files, I thought I had lost forever!! The repair engineer was very helpful and professional, explained in detail everything that I needed to know, and had no problems with me asking all types of questions. I would recommend them to anyone. Extremely impressed and will definitely use them again.
