We went to fix a MacBook pro- broken screen. The owner offered to give us a newer second hand laptop for a little more than we would pay to fix the screen and offered to transfer the hard drive for us. He charged us 495 pounds for a second hand 2015 MacBook pro. When we took it home we found a *broken pixel (screen was damaged) and the speaker was horrendous!* We couldn't watch a simple YouTube video without cringing. I'm giving him a 3 star and not a 1 star because thankfully he gave us a full refund. Unfortunately he never told us the computer was damaged and he completely wasted our time and seemingly tried to get away with giving us a broken laptop. In his defense he said he had no idea... I don't know, I got a bad feeling and I'm frustrated with the time that was spent dealing with it.

Fantastic place, which fixes issues fast and effectively. Charges are great and fair, and I am long term returning customer, I direct all my colleagues and neighbors to this place. Highly recommended ! See you tomorrow

I first came to Mac and PC services about 4 years ago. They are so helpful, reliable and do really good work on all my Macs. I have had RAMs replaced, Hard disks upgraded, screens and key boards repaired. None of the work has ever gone wrong again and the price always stays the same. I feel I am getting Apple quality for a fraction of the price.

First class service!!! Quality of repair is very high and I was very pleased with the quick and efficient work. Elyar was absolutely brilliant!!! I had a million questions about my MacBook Air 13” late 2010 model running super slow and not charging :( Elyar had all the answers and provided me with plenty of options to decide from depending on my budget and what I use my MacBook for. The speed of my laptop had be driving me crazy for so long and I’d looked into options myself but I’m so glad I went with Elyar. The service was very professional and informative, I could tell I was in safe hands. The turn around was very quick and he kept me updated through the whole process. THANK YOU VERY MUCH ELYAR !! I seriously recommend this place!!!

As an employee of Mac and PC, I am writing this in response to the review posted by Georg Keferboeck. We did agree to purchase his laptop at the price of £450 considering everything is O.K with the laptop. He agreed and informed us there is nothing wrong with it. When purchasing laptops from customers, we must diagnose and check that everything is fully functional and that there are no hardware faults, and cannot just take the customers word for it, as we are a business and cannot sell on faulty laptops. After opening the laptop (MacBook Pro 13 inch, Late 2013), we realised that the battery was bulging, meaning it was faulty and the condition would worsen over time. As we are a business and cannot sell faulty laptops to our customers, we refused to pay the asking price of £450, which we had initially agreed on. We offered him a slightly lowered price of £400, after taking everything into consideration, including the faulty battery. He refused and left us a negative review, when we did nothing wrong. We are a legitimate and genuine business with no intention to waste our own time, especially our customers.

life saver!!. my laptop was liquid damaged and all my files and exam files was in my laptop , i took my laptop to apple store they said you need to change main board ,logic board and keyboard which costs me £750 i said i don't have that much money i am student then the send me to this company to have look . they repaired and saved all my files for £250 , i was very happy and pleased whit service. they gave men student discount as well!!. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great service. Dropped off a 4TB hard drive on the Thursday for data recovery and it was returned to me on the Saturday, 2 days later, with all my data transferred to a new drive. I thought I had lost everything but was delighted to get it all back - and in such a quick time frame. I was also able to buy a new 4TB hard disk at a knock down price thanks to the business owners' contacts on the high street. Could not recommend this store highly enough.

They do good deals and are flexible, and most of all personable. They are a business, so they don't work for free, but I've found that if they can help you with your machine needs, they will do whatever they can for you, and you won't get that in most other places...

I recently bought a 27" Apple Thunderbolt Display from Mac&PC Services. I was very cautious about buying a secondhand monitor and was keen to check for any damage or defects on the screen, casing and connections. The staff were very understanding and accommodating and demonstrated that the monitor was in good working order. Sure enough, its been an excellent purchase at a reasonable price ensuring a significant saving compared to the fixed prices on this item in the apple store. Highly recommended.
