Contacted them in a panic as my external hdd with ALL MY LIFE in it stopped working out of the blue. Brought it in and ina coue of days they managed to rescue all the files contained in the broken drive. Very serious and honest. Definitely recommended!

My wife's laptop would not start up. After contacting them by email, for social distancing purposes, I made an appointment for the next day. While I waited the tech was able to diagnose the issue and I was on my way in minutes. Very friendly and good value!

He successfully retrieved the data from my crushed hard drive and replaced it with an SSD drive just before an important assignment of mine. He accepted to work on Sunday just for the sake of the urgency of my situation. Additionally he gave me 1 year warranty on hardware and 1 month warranty on Windows 10 OS. This place is the real deal. Desktop wouldn't boot and I was struggling to isolate the malfunctioning part. Turns out all the parts were working fine and it was a different issue entirely.
