I had a slow lenovo laptop and saw a possitive review on nextdoor app which mentioned streatham pc services and there pick-up drop off service, I was pleasently suprised that John was going to fix it onsite/at our home, (he'd cycled over to clapham common) which was excellent so I could show him first hand what my issues were and look after my clients at same time. Not only did he fix/explain what the issue was with the windows laptop but sorted out the apple mac pc update at the same time, very impressed... I would highly reccommend john and his bussiness...

John was amazing with my MacBook Pro. I had a busy schedule of deadlines where I really couldn’t afford to have downtime without my machine. John was extremely flexible to allow minimal impact on my work. He was honest in that the job didn’t turn out to be as complicated as he originally thought and so offered to charge less. People that honest are few and far between. Would gladly recommend John. In fact, we’ll be using him a lot more as we grow our team in the coming months.

John was absolutely amazing. My son had built a gaming PC from scratch but it wouldn't stay on. We had tried everything. John said that if he couldn't fix it he wouldn't charge us anything! Great service and communication! John diagnosed and repaired my computer with efficience, I was afraid that it was the motherboard or the power supply of my CPU, John found the issue and solved it quickly, also he connected all my external hard drives into the CPU as I asked him if was possible to, no extra charges for diagnose and a forced format or/and install-reinstall iOS like other franchises in the area would do just to rip you off first, very communicative, honest, fast, reliable and reasonable price I totally recommend his services

I checked on line for a computer repair and saw that these guys had five stars so thought I'd give them a try. As always with computer glitches it's an emergency. I dropped my laptop to the address on Sunday afternoon and at 8pm received a text saying he'd cleaned it all up and installed new software.
