Great spot for repairing non-Apple laptops as well. Needed to replace the keyboard on an old Dell XPS. Brought in the laptop and the replacement keyboard without an appointment. Work was done within 4 hours. Awesome job :)

Mas took the time to fully understand how much this computer meant to me, talked me through the technical issues with great expertise and patience, and gave me options for repair (in terms of both functionality and cost). Same day fix for my 2017 MacBook Pro at a great price. Mas is transparent about the cost of hardware and labor. Highly recommend Techxpert for any computer repair needs. I spilled coffee on my 2017 MacBook Pro. The keys were sticky, the screen wouldn't turn on, and I didn't know whether to get a new computer or try to fix it. I called in and Mas clearly communicated next steps, he would do a quick diagnosis for a set fee to determine if a full repair was possible. Once the diagnosis was completed (chip replacement and new keyboard) he outlined the costs of each successful step, ending with a total cost if everything worked as planned. If something couldn't be repaired at any stage, he laid out cost for labor and time. Mas was super transparent at every stage and he fixed my 2017 MacBook Pro on the same day. I will be seeing Mas again for my computer repair needs.

Mas replaced my iphone x screen and battery. OLED screen replacement was miles cheaper than what ismash wanted to charge, and for battery replacement at the same time he charged only for parts. Overall spent half what ismash would have charged. Turned around in an hour. Honest pricing and no nonsense service. Would happily return.

BEST REPAIR SHOP YOU CAN FIND. i spilled water on my laptop and it wouldn’t turn on and was totally freaking out. i went to techxpert to try and see what they say as going to apple takes ages and lots of money. i come into techxpert with no appointment, and they immediately open my computer, figure out the issue, and give me a price (very reasonable price, muchhh lower than apple). i come back and just a day later the computer is working again with minimal damage left. Mas, the owner, knew exactly what he was doing and worked efficiently and for an extremely good price. if you need a fix for ANY type of issue do not hesitate to come here immediately. 100000% recommend

A few weeks ago I was in a hole so deep I didn't think I would ever see the light again. My Mac screen had completely broken, I couldn't access anything through a external monitor and I had backed nothing up. I'm talking two years of data. When I went to the Mac store, they quoted over £550 and couldn't back up my data. They told me it was the baseline price, I believed them. Then, on a gloomy Tuesday afternoon with my head held firmly down, I noticed, out the corner of my teared filled eyes, techxpert. After chatting with Masum for a little while I quickly realised he was a lovely man, who not only was happy to help, but was genuinely a sound bloke. Not to mention, his quote was half the price of Apple's. It took a couple of nail-biting weeks, which in the process, I lost a girlfriend, England reached the finals and my parents moved to Wales. I got the call, the one I was waiting for, Masum had pulled through and the Mac plus all of my DATA was SAVED!!! I celebrated by buying a triple cheese meal deal from Tesco and skipped all the way back to techxpert. Can't recommend enough. Sound guy, nice communication and he won't rip you off. 5/5

Mas has been brilliant every time I've had an issue or wanted to purchase a new machine. All the products are tested beforehand and come with some level of warranty which protects your investment. Friendly, skilled and able to deliver results in a timely manner. After setting up my own business Mas was able to guid me through the correct laptop to use whilst also providing additional items to ensure the business was able to run at maximum capacity. I would highly recommend and there is no doubt he is the best laptop/phone repair and purchase shop in the Aldgate/Shoreditch area. Thanks again!

Our business has a good working relationship with Techxpert. We have purchased several Mac's for our new starters and they all work perfectly. the Macs are always clean well presented and in great condition. They also offer great repeat business discounts. I would highly recommend them, especially if like us you understand the cost of a brand new Mac is expensive, and brand new PCs whilst slightly cheaper are not really fit for purpose. So the refurbished ones from here are a great option. Pop in and see them.

Brought in my laptop completely dead. When I explained the problem, the team knew what could be the reasons and where transparent with me as to what could happen. Kept the laptop for two days for a diagnostic check(free of charge) but to my surprise the next day itself I got a call explaining me the problem, and was fixed that same evening. The quote was reasonable as well. This was my second time coming to Techxpert. I got my iPhone screen replaced, quick same day service. Honest advice, friendly staff, understanding and reasonable. Has definitely become my go to place for any problem with my apple devices.
