Ordered a screen for a laptop which my son had broken, had a bit of a panic at first as looked to have some issues. However restarted the laptop and works perfectly. Issue was likely due to the fact the laptop hadn't been used in months. Delivered really quickly, tracking email received before item sent. I will absolutely use them again if the need ever arises!

Read a few bad reviews online and on trustpilot so I was a little worried, but thought I would give them a go anyway. Ordered a Macbook Air 2020 M1 screen and cover. They had the best price online. Ordered on a friday and the screen arrived on the Monday. Packaging was very good and secure and the screen was brand new and had all the seals on it. I performed the install and the screen looks and works as OEM. No dimming and quality from what I can see is very good. I would order from them again without hesitation.

Fantastic service when I needed to replace a laptop screen. Best price and arrived the following day. There's even a video on the website showing you how to change it. I received two or three messages thanking me for my business and how to get in touch if there were any problems. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong screen so had to get in touch and they couldn't have been better. You know, so close to rating 5 stars. The communication regarding my order was top notch, and it was dispatched the next morning after order. However, they said they would send out some clips after i emailed, they didn't have to, and i thought this was very generous of them. Three months later these have never turned up and they fobbed me off with excuses every time I chased it up. Found this completely unprofessional, and although my screen works fine, this provided me with an insight into what the customer service is like when things go wrong. You've turned me from a really satisfied customer into someone who will be shopping elsewhere next time.

Brilliant company, i ordered a new screen for my chromebook and it was slightly damaged, they exchanged it for a new one and sent me a new screen within 3 days. Highly recommend this company and i will 100% use them in the future.

Very fast delivery of screen and extremely well packed. Best price I found and then was reassured to buy from them after I discovered a computer repairer in Warrington uses them regularly. Important to remove screen from laptop before ordering as the screen identification on the back ensures that the correct replacement is ordered. I had to look at several different YouTube videos as none of them clearly show how to disconnect the cable at the bottom of the screen. In fact the connector on on the cable must be pulled downwards after lifting a plastic flap. It is made easier if you first disconnect the cable to camera (pull it sideways). One video suggested (for my Toshiba) loosening the hinges at the screen bottom to access the screws on the side nearest the screen bottom.

Quality service. Screens I've ordered have been supplied and delivered diligently by Accupart and I'm yet to see a low quality screen from them. There was one slight issue previous which was rectified by Accupart in a professional manner. The courier may have mishandled the box which resulted in the screen being damaged. However, Rob in Accupart provided an excellent after sales service and had another screen dispatched in no time at all.

I ordered a replacement screen for my daughters laptop at what was the best price I could find and after reading some dodgy reviews elsewhere I was immediately worried! BUT... I needn't have worried, the screen arrived today, packaging was amazing... Very sturdy outer box and the screen was triple wrapped in large bubble wrap to fill the whole of the outer box so no movement inside! The screen itself was inside a sealed bag and also had a protective plastic peel off screen on it! I'm very impressed with how well protected the LCD screen was and ultimately it was the screen I ordered and it fitted my daughters laptop perfectly! Many thanks Accupart!! Also had emails from probably the owner Dave thanking for purchase and from another guy Lewis who was very helpful after an apparent misroute by Royal Mail! It was tracked all the way and arrived, via Cardiff, in Kent, on the Thursday after ordering free delivery on the prior Sunday!! Cheers

Excellent, So there I was in Val d'Isere in the French Alps and I dropped my Dell Laptop on a Monday afternoon Ahhhhhhh !!!!!! I spoke to a great advisor and took the advice to check the number on the back of the screen and ordered a new one the Next day (Tuesday) and here I am 5 days later Saturday with my Laptop as good as new.
