Mr It Fix received my laptop on the Sunday evening (I tried everything I knew to rectify problem) he quoted me a price for what he guessed the problem was ; and by Tuesday evening I had it back ... fixed. He found many issues but still charged me the quoted price. Not only that , the laptop is quicker then it's ever been. I'll definitely be using him again IF anything goes wrong. Highly recommended 👍

Sebastian was professional person who helped and fixed a couple of laptops I had gathered over the years. He was able to give me a price for fixing each laptop. Came and picked them up from my property. Kept me updated during the process and informed of issues as they happened. It took less than a week and he dropped them back at my property and charged me the same price as originally quoted. I was able to pass them onto family members to help with there schooling during the lockdown in January 2021. I would differently recommend and use Sebastian in the future.

My Acer laptop was 2 months out of warranty when a hinge seized up and distorted the screen ( Acer did not want to know). Sebastian collected it, repaired it and delivered it back as good as new at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
