Absolutely brilliant service, went for the £100 trade in offer they have, sent my faulty PS4 over and had a brand new PS4 slim less than a week later. Dealt with one of their advisors Matthew on the phone and by email and he was more than helpful. Would definitely recommend and would be more than happy to use their services again

My PS4 slims disc drive completely stopped working after less than 2 years of use from brand new. It would have cost £125 to send it off to Sony to be repaired so i went to a local console repairer who informed me it could not be fixed. I then found Console Doctor and their trade in deal. I sent them my broken PS4 then, they sent me a brand new PS4 for £99.99. It couldn't have been easier. They sent me a paid for delivery label that I printed off and stuck to my old PS4s box. I took it to my local Collect+ office where it is picked up by courier and delivered to Console Doctor. They give you a tracking number for Yodel who do the delivery so you can easily track the progress of your old console and your brand new one. The communication was brilliant as was the free delivery. Couldn't have asked for a better or more affordable service.

No complaints from me. Sent console to them free of charge. Turned out they couldn't replicate the fault I was experiencing so having checked it and returned it to me I tested with scepticism... Shouldn't have worried, console now appears to be working fine. Total cost was £10, which for two-way courier delivery was a fair cost. Would definitely use again.

Just had my switch serviced the plastic casing had warped/snapped also they went out there way to do the rails and the kickstand and also sorted the screen out they also put a screen protector on it as well 5* would easily recommend you guys

If I could give it 10 stars I would, I sent it on the Monday and I seen it again the following Monday, therefore the delivery was quick. No faults with my gaming device, however there are a few scratches but nothing too serious. Overall I am pleased with the result of the fix and will definitely use the service again. Initially had an issue when accidentally they sent me back a psvr system that was not mine. I called to complain and this was swiftly investigated and put right by Paul who handled the replacement from start to finish and gave a very high level of service indeed which was very much appreciated. It is often how things are handled when thing's dont go right that you truly see the level of customer service offered and in this case I was very pleased. There was a delay in receiving the new system but this was solely the fault of Yodel. Thank you Paul and Console Dr

Wii U game pad screen repair. Excellent service. Very efficient and professional. Easy to send console to them and they keep you updated with the progress along the way. The engineer forgot to send the stylus pen back with it. I contacted them, received immediate reply and they posted it back straight away. Really excellent service, quick with good communication, I always knew where they were with the repair. Beforehand I was in touch with them to get some information, and every query was dealt with professional and efficiently. Really gave they impression they cared about what they were doing. If something goes wrong with any of my or my friends consoles, I will whole-heartedly recommend this service.

I can't recommend Console Doctor highly enough! I came across them as the warranty repair people for Argos, when they repaired a 3DSXL. The repair was painless - using local newsagent as the collection service, very easy to follow status reports & the console was couriered to our door. Fast forward to now & the same DS was broken again, but out of warranty, so back to the Console Doctor it went. Their website is easy to arrange the repair with a flat reasonable rate for the repair. Again, I used the local newsagents to send the console off, was able to follow the repair online. Payment is only requested once the repair is done, then it is couriered home. All in all, the service is brilliant and communication second to none. If you have a faulty console & are out of warranty, Console Doctors are the ones to choose!

Sent a friend's Xbox to Console Doctor which had the RROD (Red Ring of Death) issue. Website is easy to use and provides the required information. The Xbox was repaired within 2 days of receipt. I was kept informed throughout the process via text an email. Sensible price for the repair (reflow). The repaired console was well packed and returned next day via Yodel. No issues. Sent my ps4 on Sunday morning to collect plus. Received it back a week later. The problem I had on my ps4 was the common disk spitting out issue. They had look ed after my ps4 including repair and shipped it back with extra packaging. It was like unboxing a brand new console again. Amazing service with top notch communication.

Console Doctor successfully repaired my PS3. I ordered the re-ball service, after my PlayStation failed (YLOD), and it came back good as new. 3 months later, it's still going strong. The entire process, from sending the PS3 using ColectPlus, to it being delivered back to me, was 8 working days. Now credit due when credit is due... my sons Xbox runs as if it was brand new, he has Autism and his Xbox means something to him so for you to return it like it was brand new no noise or anything, you deserve credit. You said on the document you sent back with Xbox One saying you had repaired the controller too... its brand new you wallys, you didn't repair it you replaced it! The best repair company I’ve ever appealed to, they moved very quickly once I sent them a faulty item subjected to insurance and they quickly sent me a brand new one and they also packed it really well to assure the safety of the item, very satisfied and will definitely go the second time ! The perfect company for Nintendo - when my 3DS LL's hinge snapped, they fixed it and bought it back, as good as new! The reason it got 4 stars, though, was because it arrived long after the due date - after 34 days. That was most of my time off school and I even squeezed in a family holiday to Majorca for a week while waiting, although I think it's because the part supplier took forever to send the part. I sent in my 3DS to a nearby store to be shipped off here on the 7th and because it broke in the same place, it'll supposedly be easier to fix. As far as I know, if your Nintendo breaks in the same place twice, they'll fix it with less haste than before because they know the fix. Overall, this is a brilliant company and probably one of the best for fixing Nintendo.

A listening ear with a human touch- And a solution to match. How refreshing, from a console repair service company! My Playstation VR headset decided to give up the ghost after just 18 months use. I have to say that the whole process was so straight forward, from the choice of Collect + drop off points to despatch the Headset to Console Doctor (free of charge), to the regular text msg updates received from them after it was delivered, to the professionalism showed by their very human telephone advisors. And it is to one telephone advisor that I would particularly like to single out for commendation, that person is Matthew. He didn't just listen, but demonstrated real empathy, he came up with a real solution that ticked all my boxes.
