Her knowledge of products was excellent and we came away with everything we needed to order with delivery times that suited our busy schedul. Due to her efficiency, our experience was very positive.

OK to view things, staff helpfulness varies drastically. I usually order online but the last few times thought I would pop in and every time the store didn't have what I was looking for. 3 stars for a well laid out store clearly displaying a wide range of what they do have but inconsistent staff and stock lost the place marks. There is very little competition nearby but personally will stick to online ordering. I am a bit of a tech addict but in all honesty I can't remember actually purchasing anything direct from currys.

I went into Curry's to discuss how to feed my Smart TV through my wired Speakers on my stereo system I'm not very technical. They helped me and now I have a sound bar . Popped in on Monday evening to buy a TV. Despite being late in the day I was greeted politely with a smile on entry and then left to browse. Tyler came over to see if I needed any help and to talk through the features on a few TVs and to check stock of available sets. I made my choice, ran through some details and made payment. The whole experience was very pleasant, friendly and efficient - a world away from the Currys of old.

The prices are very reasonable for a direct brick and mortar store. The layout of the store is convenient and its easy to find what you're looking for, even if they don't always have it. It makes such a massive difference to see things in person. I've purchased a washing machine, a fridge and recently a piece of high tech computer hardware that was refunded a few days later with no problems or long waits. The staff are friendly, considerate and down to earth. So far I haven't had any bad experiences from the couple of dozen times I've visited. I don't expect the staff to know everything which is why it pays to research what you want before hand, however the few questions I asked were well received and well explained.

Went to buy a vented drier after the old one popped its clogs. Very disappointed as they only had one in stock, hundred of condensing ones. Left dejected but had more luck down the road. Buy wise I say.

I find Currys (PC World) so obliging and generally helpful when I go there with either an enquiry, a prospective purchase or just to browse. In all the years I have been dealing with them they have always gone that extra mile to assist me. Not only this, but I am struck by the lack of sales pressure they display when I simply wish to browse. So yes I give them full marks because they deserve it.

Needed to buy a replacement tumble dryer after mine unceremoniously and quite rudely died on me after twelve years of service during the Covid-19 lockdown of all times🙄. As I was the proud owner of a Curry's insurance policy I had been given a voucher to spend toward a new one and so off I gleefully trotted, face covering in situ to excitedly buy a new one. Is it just me that gets excited over a new appliance? 🤣 Anyway, the whole social distancing thing is still in operation and I was asked at the door by a burly chap that looked like security what my business was at the store that day. Once information had been exchanged we were allowed inside after being told where the hand sanitiser was, gloves were if we wanted to touch anything, to follow the arrows on the floor and the whereabouts of the product we wanted. Very regimented and efficient. Already had an idea on what make/model I wanted but needed to ask a member of staff a few questions before committing. Loved how friendly and knowledgeable he was, all my questions answered more than adequately and I went ahead with my purchase. Well done Curry's 👏 ✔ 👍

The covid measures are good. However the TV section only had one member of staff there for help and Advice as this section was the busiest therefore I would suggest two members of staff be available. We travelled to argos and got what we wanted within 15 MINUTES.

Had to give only 5 stars as there aren't 6 to give. Need I say more. Had a problem with cordless headphones, the guy in customer support (Jon) was really helpful & sorted a replacement with no bother. I then asked him about a Bluetooth adaptor so I could use Bluetooth headphones with non Bluetooth equipped equipment & he got onto the amazon website found the appropriate item, & printed it out for me leaving me an extremely happy customer. Full marks for staff attitude. Well worth a visit.

Great shop, my son loves it.. but I did recently have a not so great experience. Staff member tried to sell me printer ink at almost £70 and told me the compatible one (which was £15) that I needed they didn't have in stock even though I pointed the specific one out that I needed.. he proceeded to tell me that, that was similar to the one I wanted but it wasn't the right printer ink!! Needless to say I was not happy he was trying to make me buy the more expensive ink... So I bought the one I needed for £15 and have been happily using my printer since.

Amazing shop they even let me browse at the Amazon fire tablets even though they was only doing order online but I didn't realize it thank you currys and pc world for letting me have a look I was amazed that I got free warranty on it and free cloud storage I would highly recommend for anyone who wants tech stuff just remember to know what you want if you don't want to do it online because they will fetch the product out or they will let you find the product and then you can pay by cash or card

Amazing choice of up to date TV's. Just went to look at new fridge freezers, and because you can look at open them, much better than viewing online. Got a great fridge freezer at a good price and my wife and I are now looking forward to it getting delivered on Saturday.

I have a 5 months old LG 4K smart TV which has the blue screen of death. I rang my own care cover plan through Currys which went through a check list of possible faults which we sailed through. Because of my work schedule I volunteered to pack and delivery my TV set to Currys today. On delivery of my TV set to Currys they tapped in my details to find nothing of my problems with the TV had been logged, only I was taking my TV in. I was taken back by no real interest that my £500 pounds TV only 5 months old was faulty and to add too the fact a 7 day return of the set which the telephone cover care plan person said could be 14 days from a member of Currys team to be more realistic. So rated 3 for good will. Cover care plans from Currys 0 Currys assistant 3 for a sort of interest .

Not a bad shop but beware, you get two hours parking and no returns, that meaning if you drive in and park at 12 00pm and leave at 12.10pm, (staying only 10 mins), then return at 1.55pm and leave again at 2.05pm (staying another 10 mins and only 20 mins in total for the day), you will be given an automatic parking charge through the post as the camera only registers the first time you enter and the last time you exit. Currys cannot help with any parking notices as it is contracted out.
