I was quoted the best price I could find online, so I sent off my Mac, 3 days later I get an email to say that my Mac has blemishes on the screen and broken keys, and they have reduced the price by more than half. Now take a look at the below picture - none of that is evident, so I asked for it back, and they sent it straight back which is great, but I do get the feeling I’m not the only one that this happens to!

Excellent pickup service, wasn't the 48 hours as advertised for turn around, but once device is booked in payment is quick, i had around £140 knocked off my final price due to minor scratching to the outer case, this was a machine that was Brand new in Feb 22, so bare in mind if you send your mac, they will find the tiniest issue to de-value your machine. I accepted this as it was possible as these machines are easy to mark. But considering this machine had AppleCare until Feb 2023, i was a little disappointed not to get the full quote. I also think they should list a price without accessories too to prevent issues when you have no way of telling them you dont have them.

Good service and quick turnaround. They did downgrade my iMac for genuine reason (which I didn’t spot) so I declined the revised offer and they returned it promptly. Only issues were it was returned covered in thick dust/grim which wasn’t they way I shipped it and communication could’ve been better.

Sent my IMac last week and the money is in the bank this morning. Couldn’t recommend more, so easy and simple. DPD delivered packaging and they even packed it all up for me. They did reduce my quote due to damages however was still a very reasonable price.

MacBook Pro was collected on Friday, message to say it arrived on Monday, contacted Tuesday to say there was a fault with the DVD drive on the Mac, we came to an agreement over the phone and payment in my bank by Wednesday. Brilliant company to deal with, no hassle at all.

Great, efficient service. Prompt reply to e-mails and helpful telephone advice from Charles :) Courier excellent - box for my laptop was delivered to my work address within 2 days and laptop picked up the next day from a local store. These guys are the best. They very quickly gave me a very fair quote online, without me having to supply an email address. Also they appeared to be highest price. Charles was most helpful and promptly and professionally assisted me through the whole process. The devices were picked up by UPS, when I wanted, and MacBack supplied a prepaid label to apply to the packaging. They even supplied an outer box if needed. I was kept totally informed on the progress of the delivery and result of the engineers findings. The payment was immediately paid into my bank account. A FIRST CLASS experience.

I traded in my MacBook as I needed to upgrade to college. I made a mistake a put the body as a Unibody but it was actually a retina. I was amazed as although they found some small screen marks I ignored as I thought they were minor they actually paid me more. I got the money via Faster transfer and I now have a shiny new iMac 5k which is very cool. My only criticism is MacBack is so busy but they do work hard. I'd email rather than call to be honest.

Superb service. Was really concerned about who to trust with my beloved MacBook Pro. Read a lot of reviews and finally plumped for MacBack as a) they offered one of the highest prices and had a very easy-to-complete online form, b) they send out DPD as a courier to you to collect (who are the best IMO) and who give you a receipt there and then, and c) they had excellent reviews online. Also, they respond to emails promptly AND answer the phone (most places don't!) and a lovely man was able to help me with a concern I had re OS install after erasing the built-in harddrive. He was very knowledgable about Macs (tick!) and really friendly. The courier came on Thursday afternoon, I received confirmation of Grade C condition and amount payable on Tuesday and the cash was in my bank the next day. Couldn't praise them more. Thank you!
