I have used South Wales Computers on a number of occasions to assist in various windows installations and on every occasion their service was excellent and competitive in price.

My son recently damaged the screen on his new laptop that he had for Christmas. Dave at SWC was quick to respond to my email and was extremely helpful. Dave was in constant communication with me throughout and explained my options. The screen was replaced quickly and professionally and all at a very reasonable cost. So glad I emailed this company - I would 100% recommend.

On Friday 07th Jan 2022, at 16:15 I took my laptop over to the guys, as I was unable to get onto the laptop, and desperately needed access to a word document. Dave said he would have a look on the hard drive and even though they were busy, emailed the word document to me at 16:56. I was then able to access a very important document that I needed, which was massively appreciated.

They overhauled my computer including dealing with a virus and upgrading it to Windows 10. When they overran by a couple of days they phoned me to keep me up to date. The cost was incredibly low, less than a third of what I was expecting. I'm extremely impressed with the whole experience and would recommend SWC to anyone.

Really friendly, explained everything that they were doing and kept me up to date. Price was pretty cheap considering the amount of things they had to do. Definitely knew their stuff and weren't trying to sell you services not needed. Also wore masks and kept socially distanced. Even if your computer blows up I bet they could fix it.

Run into a bit of trouble with my old PC, I purchased and installed the parts, SDD and GPU but I wasn't able to install a new Windows via usb pen (some features on Bios were disabled and didn't know how to enable them) so I googled and rang South Wales Computers and they sorted the issue in a matter of hours, excellent service and value +++

David Matthews the computer engineer arrived at my property on time and was polite from the word go. He set about the work straight away and didn't try to drag the time out so as to get more money. He explained things in a easy to understand manner and when the work was completed after 30 minutes he only charged me £25 instead of the full £50 for the hour. I will give them 5 stars. Thoroughly recommended
