Having spent a bank holiday without being able to send or receive vital e-mails for my business I have to say huge thanks to Ondree for the speed at which he managed to sort out the utter mess I had found myself in with my Google accounts. Not only was he supremely efficient, exceptionally professional but he undertook the task with great good humour. Within 30 minutes online I was able to pick up all the outstanding e-mails that had arrived over the weekend and get my business back on an even footing.

I have used Computer doctors for a number of years from when they first recovered data that I believed was lost. They have valiantly supported my trusty 13 year old Sony computer through the remote service. Always with good humour and with a good explanation. They knew I needed to be told, “now press that”! The computer finally died. Fortunately I had a backup for the main data, but emails etc and all the other “stuff” on it was inaccessible to me. A quick call and a trip to them and a resolution was in place. A new computer was to be built. This was done quickly and at a reasonable cost, bearing in mind it was custom built to order and when I picked it up, ALL was back in order. Software, including new was all loaded and above all, emails etc were recovered. My relief was unbelievable. I cannot than Kevin and Ondré enough and as for many years, have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services. None whatsoever!

Excellent, thorough, quick service . Andre was here within a day! He figured out the problem and had it solved in no time. This was after a week of trips back and forth to Currys who could not solve it so, next time i have a problem it is Computer Doctors immediately! Fantastic support.

Recommended by a friend, I called Computer Doctors after failing to get hold of my usual repairer.
