Absolutely first rate. Mark set up my new laptop tailored to my needs. He asked me exactly what I wanted to use it for and then set it up to be easy and straightforward for me to use. He told me what he was doing at each stage of the setting up process then made sure I was comfortable with the laptop before he left. In short, he'd put me in control of the machine every step of the way. Thoroughly recommend him. Thank you Mark.

Found this company in a local directory when my wife's laptop died. I spoke to a very friendly man called Mark and then dropped the computer in to him on Tuesday. By Thursday We had it back - working faster than ever before, with upgraded software and a mended hard drive. Had it not been that we had some photos on it that we wanted, we might have binned it. Now we have a laptop as good as new - and for a very reasonable price. Dead as a dodo? Not now - thank you Mark!
