iStore - Northampton - I've used Apple for years, since 1986 at Art college, so always visit an Apple High Street store. This time I thought I'd give the iStore a chance with my latest purchase. Easy going staff and had previously spoken with the manager, the staff are knowledgeable, attentive to what I required, even when busy. I had a good experience and paid via Apple Pay, just to go on the all encompassing journey. I went with a Graphite colour, although they had others in stock. I've also purchased a mouse recently from the same iStore. It's local and the prices are the same as online, so no extra spending incurred. I'll be back for a iPad or Apple Watch soon. I'd recommend you give them a try... Many thanks. I'm enjoying my new iPhone 13 Max Pro. they also have Belkin product, the new HomePod smart speaker, cases and much more!

Came in with my Dad about getting a new phone for him, Bradley helped us to above even setting up the phone for him and applying a privacy screen protector which I didn’t know about! And Bradley showed us what it does and I had to get one myself as well! Brilliant customer service and friendly team!

iPhone wasn’t working properly and got an appointment at istore. Craig Lyon was very helpful, resolved the issue and kept me updated throughout- he is a credit to the company. I tried to give the regional customer service manager positive feedback about my positive experience with the store and employees but ironically he didn’t return my call - maybe he needs to take a few pointers from Craig regarding customer service....

Went in with a dodgy charging port on my iPhone. The man took two minutes to diagnose and remove a piece of fluff blocking it! No charge. Excellent service. I'll use them again.

I have been having this issue with my charging port on my iPhone 12 Pro Max where the lightning charger wouldn't go in properly. Anyway, after speaking to Apple, they booked me an appointment at iStore Northampton and I was seen straight away despite being 10 minutes early and the issue turned out to be debris. Who would've thought! Forgot the persons name but if I have any other issues, this place is the one to go to. Thank you, iStore!!!!

My 14 month old MacBook Pro decided to simply stop working at the weekend. Called Apple Support, and given that it's Covid times, it was almost impossible to find anywhere to help me out. However, I visited the iStore and Ben and his colleagues were extremely helpful, patient and supportive. Monday I left the laptop there, Thursday it was back home. Fast and efficient and very much appreciated when we all need to work from home at present. Certainly be returning there again for great service. Thanks guys!

I had an issue with my iPhone 12 pro max and was booked in by apple due to their stores being shut with whats going on (COVID-19) i arrived at the store and was greeted by Chris who was very friendly and accommodating with being face covering exempt due to a long list of health conditions that I’ve suffered for many years prior to the visit i sadly lost my bank card and in typical fashion found it the morning of my appointment so had my card cancelled and awaiting a new card to arrive however Chris went out of his way to help me the best he could and booked my phone in for a software update but sadly didn’t resolve the issue but certainly had a great experience with said circumstances Chris also issued a refund when i got my card which was yesterday 23rd February 2021 Chris was Exceptional and definitely deserves a shout out

Booked my Mac into repair with these guys when Apple store in MK was fully booked. Glad this was the case in the end as I didn’t have to go all that way. Staff in here were friendly, knowledgeable and importantly fitted a new hardrive into my Mac quickly and without any issues. Apple certified for a reason - definitely trustworthy in my experience in spite of negative reviews.

Came into the store with a Broken phone, which just needed a restore to fix it. They offered a £25 service but first told us to go to our EE contractor to see if they could do it for free first, which they couldn't. We came back and fixed it in under 30 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff, very informative, and would highly recommend.

Popped into store on the off chance I could have my phone looked at for the system freezing occasionally. Staff were welcoming and happily checked my device, gave me some options I could utilise in store and also explained how to restore my device back at home because I was pretty busy and couldn't stay for 30 mins. Was very please, would most likely go back with any other technical issues and probably to buy a new phone when this one fully dies.

fantastic customer service. I have never had a bad experience. I always hear complaints about how the prices are unfair but they're logical - you're responsible for your device and if you break it then thats your fault and there is a charge. People need to do research before they splash all their money and expect the world in return. Came in with an iPad that was puzzling MK store and was fixed easily. These people know what they're doing and a special thanks to Jordan for taking the time to look at my problem. Would definitely recommend

At short notice and on a Sunday I managed to book my Mac in for a service. Even though the problem wasn't solved, Joe was epic, and suggested a likely cause - which I was able to fix myself. No charge from iStore either!
