I often drop into PC SUPPLIES as they located so close to where I live. It’s a real breath of fresh air to actually speak to real down to earth people who show real enthusiasm and interest in whatever you have gone in to talk about. It’s not often the staff have been stuck for an answer but on both occasions they have told me they will find the answer or resolution and contact me within 24 hours. On both occasions within an hour they have contacted me with the answers I needed. I will always favour using PC SUPPLIES over the larger outlets for the simple reason they are an honest, independent, and genuinely friendly outfit that are steered and motivated to satisfying the customers needs and priced realistically so they return again and again.

Paul is absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable and lovely. I wouldn't go anywhere else for anything to do with computers! His other staff are also incredibly helpful too, when I went in and asked for a DS lite case (expecting absolutely nothing as its classed as an old model now😆) but the staff instore were great and even managed to find just what i wanted!! If you need anything to do with computers, come straight to Paul!

Hi I have used Paul's services now for a few years and would not go anywhere else if I have problems with my laptop or desk top computer. Also his retail part of the business is very interesting and worth a browse when lockdown rules allows.
