Silicon Bullet are a fantastic company dealing with many different aspects of computer and software programs. Coming from a verbal recommendation they are a highly professional team. Alison has given us the best ongoing sage training at our own pace. Paul who deals with the technical side has resolved our issues successfully and promptly. We give them a big 10/10 for being friendly approachable and efficient with ongoing services.

I have had a couple of hand holding meetings with Alison, and she is amazing. I wouldn't have been able to take a client on if I didn't have her help. We found Paul recommended on our local village Facebook site. We had a major issue with a fairly new Acer laptop which refused to boot up after a Windows update, there was absolutely nothing we could do to solve the issue ourselves. We contacted Paul and arranged to drop of the computer to him, he not only fixed the issue but updated it to Windows 11 and changed the system to speed up the computer. It was all done in a couple of hours. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience.

Very clear guidance, loads of patience & a good knowledge of accounting is what I received from Alison. My Accountant closed her business so I was left with fining another one I could trust or take the plunge & do it myself. I decided on the latter as I am a Sole Trader with a small turnover.
