23.02.2023 - just editing (it won't let me post a second review) to say I've just had another fantastic job done with a laptop repair by adept. My laptop is running smoother than it ever has! The upgrade was done very quickly so I was only without it for a couple of days, and they were v helpful in answering my plentiful questions about my upgrade options, the costs and benefits. Really grateful for the advice and the upgrade, thank you!
