Our delivery had not arrived in the given timeline despite being dispatched. Service upon calling was outstanding. Got into contact straight away, lady investigated and got back to me via phone within 1h. New delivery was brought on the way immediately and arrived 2 days later.
I have every understanding if a company has a small problem with a delivery company, especially in the times of lockdown. It is all about how you then deal with it. And here you are in excellent hands.
