The only IT guy I would use and highly recommend! Jason cleaned up and upgraded my old computer and has since provided my partner and I with newer higher spec computers which were such great value and which work at lightning speed - what a difference it has made to our lives and work! Jason provides an excellent services that is fast, efficient and of great value and he goes the extra mile too by adding in functionalities and programmes that are tailored to your line of work. He has a wealth of knowledge and offers great advice and on top of that is such a genuine and down to earth guy.

My computer kept cutting out and after spending 30 + hours online I came to the conclusion that it was the GPU overheating. I rang Jason who was very helpful and let me drop my pc off the same day. The following day he provided prompt and regular updates on how my computer was doing and after carrying out the relevant tests it was my GPU that needed replacing. Jason ordered a new one in for me and fitted it in. He kept me updated throughout and the price I thought was very fair. Clearly knows his stuff and was spot on. Well chuffed and will use again should I need to/recommend to my friends.

Our company, Business Writers Ltd, has relied on Norfolk IT Services since July 2013 (perhaps even earlier). We first turned to Jason in an emergency and were delighted by the service. Now we call him whenever we have a tech problem or need a PC upgrade. He has helped us buy new and refurbished machines, boost processor speeds and debug systems, while all the time protecting our data. This morning (25 Sept 2017) he even fixed my frozen mouse pad remotely. In short, he is fast, efficient and great value. If you run a small business, this is just the sort of calm, reliable and professional IT support you need when disaster strikes. Even if you haven't got a problem, you should talk to Jason about what to do in an emergency. You could start by asking him to service your old PC before you consider buying a new one. As a chap of "mature years" who just wants his computer to WORK for home use only and some writing, with no interest in HOW, Jason has set up two new computers for me without the worry of finding and putting on all the useful bits of FREE software, and transferring my old data. He has also saved me quite a bit of money, for example by downloading free anti-virus programs and various gizmos. He has come to my house at pretty short notice at least three times and we have thus got everything going exactly as I want them and saved me from enormous stress and worry. In addition he has given free advice over the phone and solved some problems with "remote control" of my computer. An excelllent, friendly and personal service - with time for exchange of a few anecdotes! - and very reasonable charges. Unless you're absolutely broke, don't try to do it yourself - use Jason!
