Visited Currys lunchtime on a weekday . Store was busy but a Manager came to us and apologized and assured us we would be helped as soon as someone was available. We waited about ten minutes and Edward came to us . He was very polite and patient and explained everything we needed to know . We felt he gave us his full attention and didn't hurry us at all. We were very pleased with the whole visit and look forward to using our new purchase.

Very helpful with my purchase of a washing machine, non pushy and very informative about product, think the gentleman's name was Nadeem, credit to the branch.

Unfortunately the items I needed weren't available, the staff were very helpful trying to locate the stock from another store. And I was able to pick up later on the same day.

PC Annual Maintenance:- Must improve staff training in processes and procedures - and ensuring they are implemented and maintained. PC left at store with the liklihood of a 3-day turnaround. The store would call me when it was ready. I was handed a Reference No. 1. No call came. 2. Day 5 I called the repair agent. They didnt recognise the Reference No. 3. I accessed the repair agents website, entered the Reference No. "Not recognised". 4. Visited the store, fuming and anxious. 5. A queue!!!!!!! 6. I asked if there was more staff available? An assistant did a PA announcement. 7. 4 minutes later an assistant arrived. 8. He checked the Reference No. on the in-store computer file. Looked around. 9. The PC was on a shelf 3 metres away! Been there 3 days!!!!! 10. Relieved. Still fuming. Spoke to a manager. Conclusion: Seems to me that I managed my repair and not the company I was paying for the (dreadful) service.

A large store, not too many staff, and can be hard to grab someone, I assume they have less staff due to covid and social distancing? I seem to remember going in pre pandemic, and there seemed to be 5 staff to every customer. All staff seemed very happy to help.

Credit must go to the long-serving lady in Carphone Warehouse helping me try to repair my irrational Samsung A40. Unfortunately, Know How team did not Know enough and I had to go through another 5 days without a phone and a wiped one returned again!. Thank you Curry's! The lady was really helpful, straight and a pleasure to deal with. Hopefully Know-a-bit team will help me avoid distracting her from her primary sales tasks?? Thanks. Credit where credit due!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Arnold, especially Chris (or Chrish?) who helped me mamy times with my new phone. First, in advising which phone to buy, then on transferring my contacts. Later, I had problems with my sim password and my internal password - I couldn't remember and the the staff patiently help me with it. Also gave advise on other phone issues. Thank you so very much.

Pick-up only so was asked to go online to purchase and then wait. Was told it mey take up to 20 mins but it was delivered to my car in less than 5. Very fast, hassle free and polite professional service under these circumstances.

The staff were quick to assure me they wouldn't be long serving the other customers, then Kirstie helped me quickly choose and sign up for a sim only deal for my daughter. I had already searched online but got a much better deal in store with all the options I needed like a spending cap and roll over data. Thank you Kirstie.
