Shopping online has its perks but there's nothing better than walking around the Holy church of GAME! Because of this chain I will avoid digital media only consoles for many generations to come 👌

D. C.It's a great place but it's not the same as it used to be. I do feel as though online purchases for DLC, games and credit have had an effect, especially seeing as there is more gaming merchandise than games in the store, now. It used to be the place to go for browsing games, but it feels a little lacklustre, recently.
R. A.A really good store. Hand sanitizer at the front of the store, massive selection of games, a section for funko pops. 1 complaint would be having a selection of ps4 controller boxes on display but when you get to the till, they say there's no more available. Id reccomend.

T. R.Customer service was good, didn't have to wait too long to be served to say I went in on Saturday. My daughter was able to get a game and a charger for her Xbox, by bringing in two games that she didn't want. She was very please with her purchases.

D. F.As Games go, it's a nice one. Obviously high prices, and have far too much memorabilia now, but this one has the room for the latter and the former is a national thing.
L. F.My son took me to the VR experience, I walked like a scared duck thought-out but thoroughly enjoyed the immersive experience. I experienced my usual fear of heights when I knew I was on a flat floor. Weird but good.

Prices where at times aggressively higher than online, and while staff were clean, tidy and we'll dressed, it felt like a place a stuck in the past. Always felt it should be partly a place where sone one who is not a gamer can go and staff can help in subtle ways to provide info and details, both to people buying goods for a relative and for self. Felt more like an over priced warehouse.
P.Just went in to buy myself a case and temper glass screen protector for my Switch Lite and one of their team Connor, went out of his way to help me fit the temper glass, as I am shocking at doing it. Thanks Again

Went to purchase a new Xbox game at the advertised online price only to find out it was more expensive in store. Ended up purchasing online. It's a shame as I would have preferred to buy in store.

Helped to answer all of my questions patiently and gave me options that fits into my budget. Really pleased with the purchase and the product.

Update 10-08-18 I was told by a young girl behind the counter only 30mins left till closing time so they couldn't check my vr headset, so I cant sell it to them. I know testing items can take up to ten mins but it looks like this store needs 30mins or more. Very odd. Went cash shop instead!

B.Yes I got what I went in for but when there are 4 people serving and all of them are dealing with returns, faults, exchanges, it's not useful for people who just want to buy one thing and leave. 10 minutes as the next customer to be served is not good service especially when there are other staff members floating around behind the counter and at least one other till they could use
M.It's really nice to have demos of things like headsets and keyboards around so you can test before you buy. And the customised controllers are cool
