Had a preorder for Davinci Resolve Studio (With a free speed editor) it took a few weeks to arrive due to it being a preorder (and I was probably a little late ordering it) but they kept me informed , great communication (they emailed me several times keeping me updated) and the item arrived well packaged and prompt. Would use again!

What can I say? They saved my life especially for my MacBook Pro 15 Inch when it had a crack after the MacBook has fallen off from a slippery surface. Also they have asked me about my MacBook model and serial number saying that my MacBook is still in warranty without me noticing it which I was so surprised and shocked too. I phoned Jigsaw24 first and spoken to Scott on the phone. He has been very helpful to me and I decided to go ahead because they are absolutely friendly and been recommended by a friend also. Tracy from the reception has been very friendly and helpful to me to ensure that my MacBook will get it all fixed for me. Scott and Jake are such a lovely engineers and I cannot really thank them enough for reassuring me and they have offered me a free of charge to deliver it back to me to save my journey! They are the ones of who I will and TOTALLY recommending them! I really couldn't thank them enough!

I was in the market for a new Apple iMac and after some exhaustive search for a deal I came across Jigsaw24 web site. Initially I thought it was one of those Chinese sites because deal was so good but after some further digging I realised it was all legit. Used chat facility on their site to confirm that computer I was looking at was 2017 model. Support was prompt and friendly. I ordered iMac yesterday at around 3 om and had it delivered by 9:15 am this morning. A1 service and sure to use again but still wondering how on earth did I get such a sweet deal.

For those who saw my review on Friday about Jigsaw 24 and the problems I had with the Wacom tablet I have deleted the very uncomplementary review for a more realistic one. Yes I had a problem with my Wacom which at the end of the day sometimes you get non-functioning kit ! my problem was about the rigid response as it was 2 days outside the DOA period. (hence 4 not 5 stars) However the problem with the Wacom was not down to non-functioning kit it was a non-functioning user! J 24 came back and said that maybe I had been dealt with unsympathetically and Ben from their technical team has taken it away and tested it and discovered that there is a setting that turns the Wacom off after 2 minutes of inactivity - he was very polite and friendly and that is appreciated. Sorry for the rant
