Retail Assist gave me the first job opportunity out of hospitality as a bilingual call analyst and for that I am so thankful. I worked there for nearly a year and I was given full training for the first couple of months. The environment was great, I made loads of friends with whom I am still in touch. I found a better paid job, so I left but I still have great memories from there.

Website says open until 8pm, but I phoned once and waited 6 minutes, then the person answered and put the phone down straight away - then I phoned straight back and they put a recorded message up to say they close at 5pm …. I thought this was the age of information - that means the age of accurate information

I've been working here for a while, it was the first office job in UK after working for long time in the travel industry. It has been a great opportunity to grow, develop my skills, make some great friends I am still in contact with (some are like brothers and sisters now!) and kick start my career as a manager. I then left when I got an offer in the Public Administration and I keep fantastic memories of the time spent there.

Great place to work, multicultural environment, they gave me an opportunity to work in an office environment.
