What a fantastic service 🙂 I had my year end books to do for my business and my computer wouldn't work. I phoned Damien at 5pm on the Friday and took it round to his house at 5.30, in less than an hour he had phoned me to let me know what was wrong and what he needed to do to rectify the problem and I said go ahead . The following day at 12.30pm Damien returned my computer and I was able to finally finish my books. It is cleaner and faster than ever with everything installed that I needed. I would highly recommend Damien for his expertise and knowledge plus the price was very good and his commitment to getting it sorted for me in such a short time was second to none. replaced a failing hard drive , backing up all my data including emails and internet sites , dennis dropped it back off the next day with a new hard drive and new windows and had put all my files back and came to setup my printer and internet back on for me too , i have used him many times over the 10 years he has been running and always had a great service. it was funny to read one review say his wife answered and dennis called back , the reciewer clearly doesnt know that it is dennis who does all the repairs and if he was to sit and answer the phone all day he would not fix any computers , lol

Cotgrave Computers collected my laptop on Monday, re-installed Windows 7 and upgraded it to Windows 10. Highly Recommended and 5 Star Service, returning my laptop on Wednesday.
