I cannot talk hghly enough of this business. I have been using it for year's. I know little about computer but Tony explains everything so it is understandable. Low price for the amount of labourer carried out on my laptop. It thought it was for the knackers yard and he brought it back to life

Excellent service, sorted the issue with my computer. I required a basic service for my machine and WebSystems wanted to charge me £39 to take ten screws out of the base. They didn't get my custom. I highly recommend The Computer Shop.

Great service, very helpful advice!

Outstanding service. Very knowledgable with many years of experience. We live in an age where people throw away electronics instead of repairing or upgrading them. I just saved myself 2.5k on a new laptop by upgrading the hard drive in my existing one for a very competitive price! Would highly recommend :)

Don't go to the city center; make this your first stop. Trust me, I tried all the other 5-star 100+ ratings shops and they couldn't figure out my PC issue, and they generally are too busy to have time to care. This shop, on the other hand, has time to give each customer personal attention and service - something other shops in Nottinghamshire simply can't give. Tony spent over an hour with me and my PC as we tried to diagnose an extremely complex issues that 3 other local shops failed to do. I think he's solved it. Only charged me £10!!!!!! What else could you ask for?

After updating a driver my screen went black and I couldn't see anything. In a weekend the gent at the Computer Shop managed to rectify the problem, reinstate all my vital files, and even clear my device of dust for free. Great result, very happy and I'm very thankful (my laptop is likely the most expensive and important thing I currently own). Thoroughly recommend!

Very nervously took my CPU along to Tony, having had a difficult 3 days removing the tentacles of Windows 10. It took him all of 2 minutes to find exactly what went wrong!!! And he sorted out everything without my feeling like a total idiot. A truly skilled man, and a gentleman as well. I will take any of my computer problems to Tony in a heartbeat, and can only recommend you do too.

Picked up a PC as a project yesterday, dropped in a graphic card, software installation went without a hitch, burn tested A+... quality build in a quality case, I am absolutely tickled with this - and the price was unbeateable! Thanks Tony!

I had an old PC which had become very slow and unresponsive. Within 24 hours it was as good as new, in fact better as the shop increased the RAM by 100%. The bill came to £35! I will not be using a 'chain' to repair my pc again!
