Helped find and fit a new keyboard for my 5+ year old custom built, desktop replacement laptop (PC Specialist brand). Great communication throughout. Friendly service and very reasonably price. Would definitely use again.

My laptop suddenly died and wouldn't boot. After Curry's refused to help me without booking it in and waiting a week or two, I came here. They diagnosed the issue, advised what the solution is and after hearing that I needed it back urgently, they worked on it all evening out of hours to get me working the next day. Amazing service, above and beyond and the price was surprisingly low. Lower than I was willing to spend even after telling them that. They could have bumped the price up, but kept it honest. Next time I need computer help, I'll come here first.

Fitted a new port as laptop wasn't charging properly. Decent price, no fuss friendly service and kept me informed as to what was happening all the way through. Also cleaned the laptop up and replaced missing screws unprompted. Really impressive service and I would definitely use them again

Great service I'd thoroughly recommend. They fixed my faulty hard drive and backed up everything onto a new one. As the job took quite a while to complete they were great at letting me know how long certain things would take and were very professional. Would definitely pop in again

I've been working at home a lot recently, and it has put a strain on my poor laptop. It still works fine, but its i3 processor couldn't handle videos above 720p, and its 4GB of RAM made it really hard to multitask. As such, I wanted something beefier to work on, but I didn't necessarily require all the latest hardware; it's a work PC, after all. I popped into this store after seeing the reviews and asked the owner if they had any PCs. They said they didn't have any on the shelves at the time, but they had some in the back that were still a WIP. As such, he asked me what I wanted from a PC, then found a few in the back that almost fit the bill. He told me to come back the next day, at which point he'd have cleaned the PC up and fit it to meet my specifications. Sure enough, he phoned me the next morning and presented a nice, clean PC with all the hardware I wanted in it. It was hard to tell that the PC was refurbished at all! I'm now using that PC to write this review and I'm a happy camper. I got all the RAM I want, the processor is beefy, and the price I paid was very respectable. Top service!

Excellent service! I had the dreaded black screen and as a result I needed expert help. Asif was extremely helpful, gave me sound advice and suggestions to make my laptop run "like new". Which it now does! He even stayed late whilst all of my data etc transferred onto the new hard drive. The cost was also extremely reasonable. Highly recommended and many thanks!

One stop computer Services are a very honest, very reasonable computer service business. I have nothing but praise for them and their prices are very reasonable and turn round is very quick. My computer went in as after Microsoft updates all my files had emptied. They managed to recover all the files and photographs , cleaned the keyboard and added back important apps. A 100% company doing a great service to the community.

Saved Christmas! This company were really helpful when I needed an adapter to enable a favourite Christmas present to connect to an older laptop. They rang me back as promised and were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

They were fantastic with my very damaged laptop, they tried everything even though in the end it was just too damaged (not their fault), they were very swift and kept me uptodate without me having to chase them. I brought in my old HP laptop which I had been hadn't even loaded up properly for over 6 months. I was adviced that the laptop had a good process, which I knew but thought it ws a right off. However, all the options pros & cons of paying for another machine were explained. So I went with the recommendations and my laptop now works better than ever. Excellent place. I went for pieces of card and wandered around the 3-shops-in-1 for nearly an hour! It's one of those shops full of bits and pieces and bits & bobs and it was fascinating. Go there for greetings cards, art & craft supplies, stationery of all sorts AND computing/electrical supplies. Eclectic and quite astounding!!

Excellent service. These guys know their stuff and work really hard to sort you out. They've saved my 8TB HDD and a high end gaming laptop that I spilled water on. Their prices are fair and transparent. One weird thing though, not bad, just odd, they're cheaper than Tesco or PC World for good quality consumerables like small (under 2TB) portable hard drives, burnerable DVD and BluRay so don't assume you always get a better deal at the hypermarket. You also get much better customer service at the smaller retailer. Can not recommend highly enough.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Friendly guy, great service. Helped me put an awesome gaming pc together. Also helped me recover data from my old computer, thank you so much.
